I had the pleasure of meeting Jarissa today, and I just have to share how impressed I was. This was my first time visiting this location — I usually go to one closer to home — but after today’s experience, I’ll definitely be coming here from now on. Jarissa was the only person on shift (or the only person I saw out there working) when I arrived, and she handled everything like a pro. Even with a steady stream of cars coming in, she managed the line perfectly to keep things moving smoothly. Watching her bounce between lanes so effortlessly was genuinely impressive. Anyone else working alone under that kind of pressure might have gotten flustered or let customer service slip, but not Jarissa. She kept her calm, stayed friendly, and greeted every customer with a smile. As a restaurant manager myself, I know how rare it is to find someone with that level of patience, professionalism, and dedication — especially when things get busy. Honestly, I even thought she *was* the manager for a moment, which says a lot about the way she carries herself. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize her hard work and amazing attitude. I really hope this message gets noticed, because Jarissa truly deserves the recognition!

The car wash itself is fine, but the staff was inconsiderate. They made me wait behind a car while they spoke with the driver who they knew for about 10 minutes. Another customer even left because of the wait. They also didn’t offer for me to use the other lane, saying it was only for members.

I feel robbed. I’m so disappointed in the fact that in December. Javier told me that I would only pay 1¢ to get a free month of car washes. I then said okay bet and proceeded to give him an actual penny. He said “I need an actual card” I said “why? So yall can try to charge me for a membership?” He said no we just have to have it on hold I promise you it’s nothing shady….This guy did some shady stuff and signed me up for a membership. I seen a charge on my card for this month that I literally did not approve of. And I remember saying to him “are you sure they won’t charge me and he said “no you’re fine” I come there last week asking for a refund and it’s him again. And he’s saying they can’t process my refund and telling me to go to a different location to try it. Like bruh. As a man… do you not feel bad? At least send me my money via cash app. Show some integrity.

Overall the experience was positive. The employees were very friendly. The brushes in the tunnel didn't hit my side mirrors like a lot of other car washes I've been to. They had a good selection of tools and clearly marked chemicals to use for various parts of the car. Still some bugs,etc on the car but overall a good experience.

The service by the team was fantastic but the overall car wash and detailing center could use help. Firstly I got the shine package but my tires weren’t shine and were basically wet, there were still black marks on my car that I could wipe off with a towel that never got washed off. The detailing station has oddly placed vacuums, but a good range of products to choose from including brushes. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend getting a monthly package here.
