Really starting to go down hill. Credit card machines are iffy in several stalls. Takes forever to change between different cycles, some don't even work.

Stay away from this location it's nothing but a scam! They will accept your credit card in the bay then the sprayer will not work. You call the number and ask for assistance and she tells you there's nothing that can be done. Stay away!!

CAR WASHERS BEWARE!! THIS CAR WASH IS TOTAL CRAP!! THE CREDIT CARD OPTION CHARGED ME TWICE FOR ONE CAR WASH AND THE COIN OPTION JUST TOOK MY COINS WITHOUT GIVING ME CREDIT!! I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THE OWNER WITH NO RESPONSE. IMAGINE THAT!! My reviews have over 10.8 million views, so people are reading them. Take your cars to the car wash off of Chandler Road. It's a little bit pricey, however, everything seems to work. Big John's Car Wash was a COMPLETE waste of time and money!

The place is rundown and not taken care of anymore. The touchless bay is inoperable and looks like it was left to disintegrate. Unfortunate. This used to be my favorite spot.

!!!!(DO NOT USE $5 BILLS, THE CHANGE MACHINE CONTINUOUSLY SHORTED ME 25¢ EVERY TIME. DOLLAR BILLS EXCHANGED FINE)!!!! Aside from what seems to be a sneaky change practice, Big John's car wash is a nice car wash. It has decent water pressure, credit card accessible payment method, and all the wash attachments seemed to be in working order.

Have gone in a couple of times. Usually love going here but as of late, I've had some issues. Quarter machine ate a $5 bill, and I wasnt able to get it back. I failed to call the manager to report the issue. The dryers don't work. If I turn on the tire cleaner setting, it barely works and leaks badly from overhead in a couple bays. Very clean spot from what it was years and years back. Owner clearly takes care of property appearance. Will continue returning with my own quarters lol, and hope the tire cleaner works so I'm not wasting $6-7 for more time to get my stuff cleaned up on the vehicle I'm in.

it is average due to some of brush are worn out and I had no choice to use it due of fithy from winter after it got dry and many missing spot on it. But the cost for use are reasonable better than pay 17 buck for fancy place with full automation wash are luxurious.

I really like this car wash. It is fairly priced, the vacuum suction is top notch, the wash selections all work, and the water pressure is A+. The only real issue, is the lack of/delayed maintenance. Most of the time, only half of the credit card swipers work, and sometimes an entire lane or two are closed. The owner is a good guy, and he could just be busy with his other businesses, because I don't see him being a slacker at all. Maybe he needs to hire a maintenance man for some of his businesses. I guess if that's in the cards, and John is reading this, I might know a guy who. 😄

I have a black Jeep 65 that I take pride in her upkeep and I was very disappointed in the results...the tire/wheel degreaser did NOTHING AT ALL for mine, in fact, left my rims that retail for $500 EACH, looking dull and NOT how they did BEFORE using it!!!! I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend this place if u value the look of ur car

I’ve visited this location multiple times and have always had a good experience. Typically, I utilize the DIY bays that are available. However, during the cold winter months, the automated car wash bay has come in handy. The prices are reasonable and there’s a touch-less wash option which is the only type I’ll do!

Pressure washer was ejected from holster and caused a softball size dent to my car. Could have injured a person had it struck them. Owner will accept no liability for damage or address danger of pressure washer.
