Best car wash i have ever used. I didnt do the drive through as it was evening and closed but this is a clean well maintained place. I will definitely be back!

My husband went to the car wash (the automatic one) paid $11 and the screen said to pull up when the door opens, the sign then switched to closed. It was noon when he attempted to go through. Not only did every phone number on google say busy but the number posted on the office door no one answered. It took an hour for someone on their fb page to get back with him in which he was told to bring his receipt (which it doesn’t issue a receipt I know I have never received one.) then the fellow gave a different number to pat? Who that person didn’t respond to the text as the gentleman said he would...we had to call and was just told “I’ll go check it out and get back to you”. Very disappointed in the amount of customer service and being given no solution to the money that was taken although no service was provided. I think I’ll take my business elsewhere, very sad since they were just up the street from my home and were not only convenient but also did a good job of cleaning our vehicles, but the lack of customer service is just very saddening. Hope others don’t run into the same issues we’ve had today, but thought it needed to be shared.

Powerful jet spray. Takes both hands to hold on to wand. Got my SUV VERY CLEAN. Don't recommend using this if your paint job is old and flaking off because this car wash will blast your paint off and get it ready for a new paint job ! L0L !!

It's funny that my phone should ask how Big John's Car Wash it is, cuz I wanted to say something about Big John's Car Wash. I went through about a total of five or six Cycles spending an excessive 25 to $30. I found at the end that the foam brush that I thought wasn't putting out enough foam was indeed not putting out enough foam. Ended up that the dirt that it broke loose stayed stuck on the paint. I called their customer service line and left a voicemail, that was about a week ago. Since then, I went to Cornhusker Auto Wash and got the job done for $20 even. If you're heading to Big John's Car Wash looking for a deal on your car wash, is it good chance that you're going to find you should have just washed it home.

Carwash stopped right after spraying the pre-wash on my vehicle. It did not restart and I had to exit it and use the manual spray gun to rinse the soap off. I called the company and left a message about the automatic carwash shutting down but got no response. I lost $11.00 dollars and had to fork over another $5.00 to rinse off the soap. Sorry customer service overall.

Nice automatic car wash, reasonably priced. We come here often during the winter to get the salt off of our cars. Drive in sllllooowwwllyy and it will wash your undercarriage pretty well. Also, with all the options, the car comes out looking clean and waxed.

Quick visit while weather was warm to wash car. Line for autowash was a little long but not bad for self help. Was able to wash and rinse for about $2.75 so not bad to get rid grime off. Timers seem a little fast but that could be me maybe next time I will take someone with me to time it and see.

I have been visiting Big John for over four years, (even from north Omaha) big John is now the only place I know if I can wash my mountain bike for a near $2.00. every other places have gotten so greedy, that it's a $4-5 minimum. When I ride I need a quick wash so I don't damage my derailer"s. Thank You Big John"s for being a honest Nebraskan. I recommend to all my fellow friends, soap is great and wax also.

I lost $5 in the change machine. I called and left a message but never heard back. Two weeks ago my daughter was going to vacuum, put the $1 in and no suction. Won’t go here anymore even though it’s .5 miles away.

The owner was filling the machine when I pulled up. He was very nice and talked with me while I waited in line. He told me to go forward when the light turned green as he had taken care of the cost and to have a Merry Christmas. The actual car wash was great too! The soap smells like bubble gum and the brushes really get the dirt off. The machine also dries your car for you so you don't have to worry about timing your your exit perfectly to use the 60 seconds most places give you. I would highly recommend stopping at Big John's next time you need a car wash!

I know it's winter, but the bays were like an ice rink without a zambone. I had to hang on to my car to stay upright. There was too little soap to really clean my car. The automatic easy has been out of order for a couple of years now.

10-15-24, Back at Big John's Car Wash to wash my truck and unfortunately ended up with a machine that didn't register my coins being deposited. There was no coin return button to get the coins back. I ended up using another bay with a machine that fortunately worked properly. Just irritating.

Put $5 in the change machine never gave me my change. Called the number left a message and text the number given on voice-mail. Never got a call back or my money back. Will NEVER use this car wash again!

$2.50 for a car wash, need I say more? I used a stall and had no issues. I'm very pleased with the price and the place was clean and everything worked as it should. I will be using this car wash for now on when I hand wash my ride.

The first bay I pulled into had a coin-jammed box. The second bay had a broken hose holder. It works, but is a pretty "tired" facility overall

Barely any pressure soap is so cheap won't cut through dirt stall was all muddy had to wash my shoes off before I can get in the truck definitely not worth going to

Best price for self car wash! And super easy to use. The trash cans are always cleaned out so when you pull up you can clean out and vacuum your car nicely without overflow. The atmosphere is quiet and simple. Thanks 👍

Barely any pressure compared to similar self washes, the automatic wash appears to be out of order and for a long time based on what it's looking like. The water is ice cold, no attempt whatsoever to warm the water up, you know you're in a cheap place when they don't warm the water at all. The asphalt lot all around is kind of beat up, the doors above on several of the stalls look like they don't work at all. From all appearances it looks like the place is just somewhere that really isn't kept up all that well and someone is looking to just keep milking it for all the money they can get out of it before it completely falls apart. You'd be better off going just about anywhere else for a car wash. I gave it two stars simply because it did actually work number one, and number two the coin dispensing machine did work. That's the only positives about this place.

Good car wash, I come here often since I work the night shift. Only qualm is that the vending machine for the rags and air freshener does not work. I put in 1.25 and nothing would vend; Other than that, I enjoy it!
