The most irritating, poorly maintained car wash I have seen a very long time. The first all I went to didn't work. The second stall I went to had packing tape on the hoses so when I use my I put the money in the water sprayed everywhere. The third one I went to because I was stupid it worked but apparently with the credit card it only gives you about a minute so every minute you got to run back and swipe the card again, it's dumb.

Chose the $10 option for the automatic car wash which is the most expensive option they have. Car left with a broken radio sensor cover and nothing cleaner than what it was. Sprayed literally 2 drops of soap foam and just absolute waste of money

I should have read the reviews before visiting this location because I'd certainly have avoided it. Drove back from Miami in the night and my car was covered with bugs but little did I know that all of the bays had no bug cleaner or tire cleaner, yet, I spent $6.50 to prepare for cleaning my car and all I got was water and the soap brush. Avoid at all costs to save yourself from the headache guaranteed to follow.

If I could post NO STARS I would. What a scam. The price on the machine was $2.00, but when I looked at my back account they took out $5.00 each time, totaling $40. I will never use this place again. I should of gone to the SUNOCO next door and had them hand wash it. PKMR II LLC are the owners, lets see if they do the right thing and refund some of my money. I'm good to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Don't come to this place to use your card. Go get quarters or some form of change. The product gets the job done, but of course you will have to use your own products. I don't see why people are surprised about this. Simply, go to Wal-Mart buy your products & just use the water here.

Had a great experience at this location the automatic wash was great and the price is very reasonable there is plenty of space to clean your car after you get it wash. I truly recommend it

Zero stars needs to be an option! This is the crappiest car wash around. 2 bays were blocked off and the one I pulled into had no brush which I didn't notice until after I fed it $10. There was no tire or bug wash, no high pressure soap, and no wax! Why the heck are you even open if you are out of all your chemicals and you don't maintain it!!! Save your money and go somewhere else.

***A $ COSTLY $ EXPERIENCE*** The soap that comes out of the scrub brush will dry VERY QUICKLY. Even when you use the power rinse wand. It will NOT rinse away the dryed soap residue. You will have to "Rewash" & "Rinse" the area AGAIN and AGAIN and Again. NOT a great experience but simply a $$$ COSTLY EXPERIENCE $$$

Equipment is poorly maintained. Automatic car wash is broken most of the time now, and even when it works it does a poor job. Credit card readers in hand wash bays have never worked any time I've tried them. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money here.

I have used this self service car wash in the past and it at least was functional. Weak pressure is definitely an issue. Also I was triple charged when using a card to pay. Not a huge deal since it's all of $6-9 but still annoying. Latest attempt had no working credit card readers so if you don't carry bags of quarters on you don't waste your time like I did!

Relatively expensive compared to other self serve car washes. You don’t get a lot of time for your money. Almost better off just taking it to drive through car wash as you’ll pay basically the same after it’s all said and done. Felt ripped off, will not be back!

dont go unless you wanna lose money, first a wash doesnt even work but has no sign or anything i went to another one also on but ate my coins it doesnt even let you return your coins it said it was on but nothing comes out of anything and once again no sign thats its out of service, i was like its fine ill go the big car wash lol to my surprise it didnt work either LOL finally a wash opened up , when i went to go exchange coins i used the vending machine yea it also ate my quarters. theres no point in coming if half of the machine dont work or say they work but just taking the quarters make the drive somewhere else bc this place sucks and by reading the other reviews “its changed management” but nothings changed 💀💀💀 been going on for years yea just dont go!!

Went to wash my SUV and, after paying (swiping my card, multiple times to get time), realized there was no water pressure. Only the foam brush worked in my bay, I did reach out to the contact number, and they were able to remedy the situation and refund me for the transaction. I will be back to give them another try, just because they were very proactive in finding a solution for me.

Among the best DIY car washes I’ve used over the years. My large, tall, long cargo van doesn’t even fit just anywhere. Everything worked as it’s supposed to. Kept very clean and in what appears to be a safe area. No one hassled me, as it takes 3 times longer to wash my commercial van. It’s so tall, that I can only wash the roof at home, on a ladder, using a big mop.

Stopped here to get a quick drive-thru wash for my niece's car. When we got home, we realized it didn't even wash off the light dirt and it left a blue liquid on her car. We then had to hand wash the blue liquid off her car at the house. It was already staining. Very disappointed. Will NOT be back.

Stopped by, $2 for a car wash. Swiped my card... nothing. Go get change to put in quarters... takes the money, nothing. No one is here, I call the number, voice mail. Not going to hold my breath. This place is a scam. Save yourself time and just throw $2 out your window Update... month later, no surprise. Never received the refund. Here's what you could do: 1. Pay someone to maintain your equipment, so that it works. 2. If it were me, I'd give a customer who had the problem something for the inconvenience. I'm thankful I'm not concerned about this, so I learned an inexpensive lesson Customers... if you do use this location, only use bays that are wet. If it's dry, assume it's not working

Vacuum has horrible suction and it won't clean anything. Number to call was not visible. So if you don't want to waste your money better go somewhere else. Two stars because location is good.

Unfortunately, the location is a disaster. The cleanliness and rotten objects make this place unpleasant. In addition, the machines swallow coins. It could be a good place, but with someone who wants to serve the public, this place is a disaster.
