For the most part, they do a good job, but anytime I pay for the extra ultimate car wash, I never feel like I get my money’s worth. They don’t wipe down the inside of the door jam nor do they pop the trunk to wipe down around the door. They also don’t lift the wipers to clean the bottom of the front window. It’s just not detailed enough and I always end up wiping it all down myself when I leave. The first time I noticed this happened, I mentioned it to a manager who wiped everything down himself, but clearly there isn’t any spot checking to see the inconsistencies.

I have been here 3 times now (today, my third visit). I always get the Ultimate Wash and New Car Air Freshner. I have never felt that this place is 5 Star service. However, it's been good enough for me to go home and do a few minor touch-ups, and it's good. Today was probably one of the poorest cleanings I have experienced. Honestly, the inside was barely cleaned and very visible that it wasn't vacuumed well. Windows were dirty and with smears. No air Freshner and the interior looked like it was sprayed with something, but no one ever wiped it. I did notice the older guys do a much better job. Their were 4 teenagers that did mine, and they just don't have what it takes. I felt bad for the manager guy. I could tell he was trying to hustle and keep the flow going, but it seemed the rest of the crew were in their own world. If I were the owner. I would be trying my best to recruit the management of Pronto in St Pete! Definitely needs that level to make it outstanding. I also feel that "shared tips" doesn't incentivize anyone to do better, and it's unfair to the very few that work so hard. I'm a business owner myself, so it pains me to write a 2-star review. But I feel that someone needs to do something or else this business won't be around for the long haul.

I kept an open mind about trying this location, and it started out good. The young man that greeted me explained why a service would be a better option than the higher priced before of the type of interior I have. When my car came out of the wash, they drove my car over the speed bump with so much speed that I thought they were going to scratch the entire bottom of it. What infuriated me the most was that the inside of my vehicle was not cleaned. Only the carpets were vacuumed. I spent $30+ for an outside wash and carpets vacuumed. Ridiculous....

Paid $40 for an Armor-All job... brought my car in on 3/31/23 hoping that I finally found a place to do a good express detail. I noticed as they were sending it through the bay, they only did half of the exterior in the pre-wash, even though the car ahead of me got both sides. I didn't really mind, because I was there for the inside. However, they missed several spots on the interior, and left it incredibly greasy with Armor All. On the way home, I noticed they didn't even clean the passenger side mat. When I went to take the mat out, I discovered that they ripped the hook out of the floor liner. It's a shame, I was hoping to be a regular at this place, but I'll never go there again. **Edited after the snarky response from the owner: There were three small areas where sunblock rubbed off on the driver side door, the passenger seat and head rest. I pointed the spots out to the gentleman who assured me they could remove them. YOUR staff neglected to remove the spots from the passenger seat and head rest after I was specifically told it was possible I was able to remove them at home easily after your business failed to do what they were paid to do. Your response doesn't even address them ripping the hook out of my floor liner. I was going to give a higher rating until after I saw the damage they did, and said nothing about. They didn't even wash the mat- I had to do it myself at home. Your responses show you don't care about your business. Do not be surprised when you close permanently, your attitude is bringing you there.

Came in at 4:20 and they didn't vacuum my trunk which had dog hair and the whole reason I went to get my car cleaned. Brought it to their attention and said they couldn't vacuum it because they closed the gate and packed up for the day at 4:35. They offered me the option to come back tomorrow and get it done. No thank you! The last that I will ever patron this place.

It is getting harder and harder to find a good full service car wash in Tampa that does excellent work. This was my first time here, and I am exceptionally impressed. I have a dog, and this always makes things a bit more complicated, so I was sure to tip well. They did an excellent job with the dog hair. And the wipe down was on point. Moreover, I am just so impressed with the customer service and politeness of the people working there. I will absolutely be back, and highly, highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a good full service car wash in Tampa.

Been there more times than I can count. Never have any issues. Strongly suggest getting the tire shine. It tends to last a week, even in rain. Gets busy from 12 to 1 ish. I believe they give 20% off within the first 7 days after your wash with receipt. And folks, don't be one of those people who hover and complain about everything. These kids don't make a lot. Be kind

Very disappointed with the service I received here. I brought my car at 11:15am and left it so that I could get it after work. (This was to avoid having to wait after work). I pointed out areas that needed focus and left. When I returned at 2:50pm to get my car it looked like a little boy merely threw soap and water on it. The seats weren’t properly clean, the dashboard was dirty, I had to clean the cup holder, the windows had spots all over it, and the areas I pointed out were still there. This was a $45 service and was not even worth $5. I was highly disappointed. The only positive thing I can say is that the gentleman I originally left my car with took matters into his own hands and re-cleaned it himself. I did not leave until close to 4pm. I will NOT be returning to this car wash. And I would not recommend.

I just left Mission Bell car wash where I paid for the ultimate wash at $38. It was supposed to be complete clean inside and out. They did not clean the inside or vacuum very well, either. When I complained to the guy that gave me back my vehicle, who also cleaned the interior, he said that he was the best and if it would have been the other guys it would have been much worse. He said that he wiped it while he was driving it around. He said if I wanted it taken back around to the vacuums that it would be a long wait because there was a long line of cars. Then said “sorry you’re unhappy” and walked away. I won’t be going back again.

Sign on building says they are open till 5:30. Cashier unwilling to give change for tip to guys because he counted his drawer already. Guys standing around while 1 guy did most of the work. When they claimed it was done I walk to the truck to have my entire bed of the truck covered in foam soap in places over an inch deep. Asked them to rinse it out. They refused as they had already turned the water off. There soultion was to try to dry it with towls. I don't want soap in my truck bed. Soap should always be removed. Manger saw I wasn't happy and didn't even come over. Water spots on the truck. Glass not cleaned running boards dirty. Took truck back showed issues to manger. They redid the truck still not great. I revised review from 1 star to 3. Just know mission bell is very spotty on what kind of wash you will get.

My first experience there was great. Wonderful job I even bragged to everyone about it. I left at 4:15 today and was quite disappointed. The wash is OK on the outside, but the inside is pitiful sticky stuff on my console. It looked like they spent about five seconds wiping the dash, dust streaks, dirty rest, dirty cupholders. This makes me sad. I thought I found the perfect spot. Obviously they’re not consistent.

I have always had great success with Missionville car wash, everyone is very nice and does a really good job, and I am pretty particular as I used to work at a car wash when I was young and later I owned a detail service. I will say the prices are a bit high, but I guess everyone is... And I would rather have quality than cheap crappy service. I would definitely recommend them !

Paid 30 for a car wash even tipped and when I got in the car I see they didn’t even bother to while down the cup holder or dash, unfortunately I have bad anxiety and didn’t say anything because I’m a suffer in silence kind of person but I’ll never come back. Smh

I have gotten to know several of these gentlemen by name because they've been here long enough to know my name..i know several of these gentlemen by name because they've been here long enough to know my name and thy are absolutely trustworthy in a world according to me. I have been to Mission Bell twice and had tge pleasure to deal with the Manager Admir!!! The first time was to get liquid soap out of the back of my new Honda Pilot, which they got out without a problem. Yesterday I went because I had well water spots on my car. Admir said he wasn't sure he could do it but he would try. My car is absolutely beautiful!!! Go see Admir for anything you need because he will do everything possible to help. Thank you Admir I will be back.

I have used the services here for well over a decade. However it’s been about a year since our last visit because we haven’t been satisfied with the service. Today we brought in our vehicle to give another chance and once again we’re disappointed. I’ve attached pics but with the sun and reflections it’s tough to show just how poorly the job was done. Windshield has wipe marks all over, none of the doors were vacuumed or wiped, the rear area of vehicle had the mat cleaned but nothing vacuumed. Truly disappointed, again. Total cost $41.91.

I didn’t know what to do when I realized someone on I-275 splattered paint all over the front of my car. It was dried, and I couldn’t get it off even with my nail. I took my car to Mission Bell Car Wash, where the manager himself came out of the office and offered to take a look. He spent about 45 minutes, using different solutions and methods to try and get this dry paint off, and then ran it through the wash. At the end, he buffed and waxed the whole front and wouldn’t you know, all the splattered paint was gone! My car looked brand new, and when he brought it back, he didn’t even charge me. I still insisted that I pay, so they deep cleaned my car inside and out, all for $37. This place is top notch and will be my go to car wash from now on!
