I was scheduled for 8am, but Alex didn't arrive until after 9am. I had to text for ETA. Having a scheduled time and not receiving a text letting me know you're going to be late wasn't a great start to my first service. After Alex arrived, we discussed my service and we walked around my car to make sure we addressed my concerns before the start of my service. Service was done in 1.5 hours and I was happy with the results. We discussed next steps to get my vehicle to the level I want, including how often I would need each service and pricing. I recommend sending pictures of your vehicle to get pricing confirmed before service. My service was listed at $50 on their website, but was confirmed at $65 after I sent pictures. I will give Most Excellent Auto Detailing another chance for my polishing/clay bar service discussed because I was happy with the results of my Express Wash.

They’ve detailed each of the last three cars I’ve owned—plus my husband’s—and the results are always flawless. Their work is consistently top-notch, and their customer service is just as excellent. Alex has built a phenomenal team—Jeff, in particular, is my go-to. He’s professional, courteous, and always communicates clearly.
