I love coming here to get my car washed! Their prices are great and my car is always super clean. And they even have free vacuuming and compressed air after the wash! Everything is well maintained and clean, plus their customer service is amazing! Everyone is always super friendly and helpful, especially today when I accidentally locked my keys in my car after using the vacuums. They were able to help get my car unlocked and provide above and beyond customer service!! I am extremely thankful for the help and friendliness of the staff! I definitely recommend coming here when you need your car washed!

Saw an add for a free 3 drop wash. It did great! I did have some 2 week old bird poop on my car and and it took most of it off so I was impressed. They also have free vacuums and air hoses which is nice.

Found them online and I happen to be around the area and really needed a quick car wash that would also remove sap on my car and They even offered a free car wash for your first car wash, and it did an excellent job! On top of that the attendants Working, there are awesome and I will definitely be going back! If you happen to be in the area or live around any of their locations, I highly recommend you try them out!!

This car wash on channel Islands is probably the worst maintained car wash ever. Went there today about 130. Get any help to get the ticket and then when I get up there, they don’t spray nothing on the front or back of the car as I’m going through the car wash Equipment not working. It did nothing on the driver side no brushes no nothing didn’t go across the top with the wheel. It didn’t come down the back when the car was rinsing. There is still a whole Lotta soap on it and then it dried and didn’t even dry it very well so none of the scrubber wheels are working. Absolutely nothing working in this place and they raised it five dollars more so it is a $25 car wash that would’ve done better just the garden Hose , this place has gone downhill and not worth five dollars Lil alone 25 absolutely disappoint disappointed in this place will never go back

I have been coming to this and their Gonzales locations for years. The wash is older now, and some things have changed, like less perks per wash. They used to give a trash bag, scent, two wipe, water bottle, and lollipop. Now they only give one wipe and scent for the $15 and $20 wash, which is less nice. I really liked hanging those trash bags on my steering wheel, but oh well. What I still like about this place beyond the convenience and their vacuum stations is that they are very good at dealing with grievances. Once, my car was specked with yellow spots after the wash and they didn’t have me run the car through again, but they hand wiped the spots off the body and windshield. Today, the water smelled like poop and the car smelled too after the wash because of the water that gets between the doors and frame. They gave me a refund pretty readily.

This location is pretty good and the cleaning that is provided is usually decent. Please be warned for bigger vehicles there is a chance to have scratches from the machines. There is a 10m complimentary vacuum time after getting the wash as well however due to light For the parts that it does get the wash is excellent, though they also will tend to miss the bumper and trunk.

Paid $18 for a wash that guaranteed tire shine but did not happen. Another thing is, I'm not sure if it's common with this particular carwash business, the mirrors to help align our wheels to go in is so small that we have to lean forward and squint to get a better view. There's only one guy pre-washing out front, would prefer 2 persons, each on both sides. And lastly, did not get a really good clean on my truck exterior. Had to wipe whatever spots was missed by hand. I noticed this problem on most of the vehicles that went through that same day I went.

Excellent for the price and the staff is incredible, they won't charge you more if you're driving a SUV either. Only thing for me was that the roof of my Jeep Compass did not get completely cleaned and there were streaks on my rear windscreen.

Offer was great. Staff (you know the one) was awesome. Got a FREE wash and a FREE gift. The triple drip hawk tuah soak and splash made White Lightning as white as a rock!! The pressure of the blow outside was intense, as was the tornado type suction inside from the front to the back. Hope to do it again!

The water that is being used to wash and rinse stinks like sewer water. Decent carwash when its all said and done. Just BEWARE if the car wash station damages your car they hold no responsibility to fix it. And will tell you they are not going to fix it.

Paid for the most expensive package you can get, this was the results. You can see where their machine cleaned and all the stuff they missed. Prior to entering car wash I asked if it being a Jeep would be okay for their machine. Which the lady attendant stated yes it wouldn’t be issue. Yes I don’t expect it to be spotless since it’s a machine wash but nevertheless they missed over 1/3 of the vehicle. When I complained I was offered a rewash for free, and you guessed it same results. A refund would’ve been nice, but apparently since I went through two times in their eyes that was sufficient. Moral of the story if you have a truck, Jeep or big SUV don’t go here. I would’ve done a better job at home with a hose, seeing how I can at least get my back windshield and mirrors.

Wash was ok, tire treatment was lacking. More so was not happy with policy of business they do not take change for payment. I bought the most expensive wash went to hand three rolls of quarters I had in truck. Was told they don't accept ( legal tender) change for payment. Won't be using that carwash anymore, or it's other spot. So no worries.
