After a year and a half of membership and automatic monthly payment, I decided to cancel because of always lack of cleanliness or water spots. Please note it was extremely difficult to cancel my membership. I am a senior citizen. I went online. I talk to people over the phone and I actually spoke to people at the car wash, and my dispute was not settled because I did not have proof of cancellation.. Please be careful with this company.

It's a simple layout easy to follow first you pay then you pull through and just before the you enter the actual car wash two employees on either side of your car scrub your car, that is were I have my complaint. I've been there 2 times and both times the same employee does not scrub my passenger side window effectively and after the wash I have to clean the dry water marks off my window myself defeating the purpose of me paying for my car to get washed. Other than that the vacuuming station with trash cans very convenient and it was a fast experience

I have the monthly supreme unlimited deal. sometimes when I go through I get the wrong wash. On average it's only like once a month that happens. And with the volume of cars going through there, I'm surprised it doesn't happen more. Other than that, the place is the best. Nice staff, good working equipment, and lots of shaded spaces for cars. I recommend this place for anybody that cares about what their car looks like.

This place is my favorite car wash. It's kind of difficult to turn into though. It's totally cool because once you get inside the staff are nice welcoming and knowledgeable. Aime or Aimee was really helpful and have me the insists scoop. For 20 and/or 30 bucks a month you can get a carwash every single day😁😊🤗 if you're like me and like to keep it nice and shiny I say try this place out. Worse case scenario thought car will be clean. I brought my Ford SUV here for the first time, the wash was actually pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised. I did remove my antenna in advance because they had a warning about possible damage to it, and I didn't want to risk anything happening.

Really enjoy the simple crossbreed of machine car wash meets hand wash. I like the little car asscessories and tools they have for purchase (at a good price at that). I like the vacuums, could be a little stronger but nothings perfect. And what suction lacking flaw there is, is made up by the strong air pressure of their air gun thingies. Anyways, friendly staff when I went and a nice quiet and peaceful experience that your carwash SHOULD be.

Got the free wash from text... idk how much the ultimate is but i wouldn't buy it..had to wax my car after was alot of water spots like below also on doors and front and rear bumpers and the tire shine didnt even last until i got home 🤔the $6 one buy my house did just as good owell now i know ...

Something has changed at this car wash. It used to be the best. Last two visits, car came out streaked as if from dirty brushes in the wash. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, they would offer for you go back through. Yesterday, the "manager" had a big attitude over the streaks, saying they were all on the inside of the windshield, but he didn't comment on the hood streaks. After a not so friendly conversation, he had me run it through again. Still streaks, not as bad, but not a good wash for $20.00. I've been gong to this wash for five years. After yesterday's encounter with the manager, I'll go down the road to the competitor.

Avoid this place if you don’t want to get ripped off. I went in for a wash about a month ago and paid for the highest service (extreme wash). At the end of the wash, a flashing sign said I had just received the lowest service wash. I was kind of in a hurry and also I understand people make mistakes so I didn’t think too much into it. I went back in this afternoon and again paid for the extreme wash (best option). At the end of the wash the sign flashed I received the lowest option. I spoke to the manager and he was very uninterested about what I had to say and said they were busy. I asked for a refund for the difference in price and he rudely said no they don’t offer refunds. I will not be going back to this place.

Well, I had a wonderful experience at this car wash. Everyone including the Manager were very kind, courteous, and professional. I will not go back to the one near 5th and Victoria in Oxnard. Sometimes they don't have to say anything - just a look sometimes says it all.

Did their cheapest wash? It was 11 bucks. All the equipment except the drying rollers at the end was working. Every time I go to one of these places something in their equipment is broken. Still came out looking pretty good

The customer service here is great! One of the employees there saw my car didn't come out good enough the first time and they gladly let me go thru a second time! I highly recommend this establishment over any other car wash business in Oxnard.

It was a big disappointment paid $17 Carwash looked awful maybe even worse than before the car wash, and I drive a nice car very disappointed but on the other hand, the vacuums were excellent the best vacuums I used at a car wash ever that’s why i gave two stars. Other than that it would have been zero. Stars

I like this place overall. I have the 5 wash ultimate wash but the tire shine does not get applied all the way trough. I wish there where better options for families with multiple vehicles. Like the shared 5, a shared 6, 8 or 10.

DO NOT waste your time coming here. Had my passenger side mirror broken during the wash process. Filed a report the day of. No call back . Called and was told the claim got denied. When asked if there was anyone else I can talk to Raul the manager said no and he told me to “SUE the company”. What a joke!! These people should not be in business. They refuse to cover something they're equipment caused. Enter at your risk.

I have been taking my vehicles to be washed at this Surf Thru Car Wash since they opened for business about 7 years ago. They offer different car wash service levels. I have always opted for the premium wash service. My vehicle always comes out shiny, clean, and detailed. Sometimes this location gets busy with vehicles, but the line moves quickly. The customer service has been always great. I would recommend this car wash location to anybody.

This carwash has gotten so bad. I pay for the most premium wash, and it leaves so many spots, dirt and residue on my car. My windows always leave with streaks. The Drying spindle at the end does not work half the time. The employees seem lazy, only pre spraying the driver side half of the car (sometimes barley at all) before entering the tunnel, the Passenger side doesn't even matter to them. Theres a sprayer on both sides for a reason, because 2 employees are supposed to be working the pre spray station. The Barcode scanners in the membership lanes hardly ever work. It honestly isnt worth it anymore.

This place is amazing!!! The cashier Maria is SUCH a DELIGHT!! She asks if you want coffee ,cleaning wipe, and lastly , what type of air freshener I would like !! Super courteous and profesional, above and beyond expectations!!
