They have a sign asking people to wear masks but employees don't wear masks themselves and they don't enforce customers to wear them. It's so stupid. This was my go-to stop for gas but their complete disregard for the lives that have been lost due to covid-19 is unforgiveable and irresponsible of this location.

Staff passes responsibility of the car wash failing to the manufacturer of the car wash who installed it years ago, instead of managing complaints with empathy and integrity. Hope things improve here soon.

Was at the gas station today and instead of the pump stopping it started spilling all over my vehicle and onto my leg !! i go in to tell the lady in charge and she just tells me that it’s ok to just move my vehicle. Terrible not only did I get gas all over me but I was also robbed of some money.

I just purchased a subway sandwich in this establishment. I asked the girl politely if the bread for my sandwich was fresh, because I was a little hesitant about the freshness of food in a gas station Subway. Well she said it was fresh. I went home and bread was horrible and all crumbly. I will never buy Subway from this chevron gas station.

Terrible customer service. Came here three times to get air for my tire and the same thing happens everytime. I go in, ask for the air, they say press the button, I hold it down for 20+ seconds, nothing happens. I go back in and tell them it's not on, they say press the button again (usually in a semi-annoyed/rude tone), then I go back out and it works immediately. Not sure if they forget to turn it on when I ask or if it's just a faulty machine but I'm done supporting this location.

I stopped in to get my two propane tanks refilled. There were no prices clearly visible on the propane refill and my receipt doesn't list the price per gallon. I ended up spending over $4 a gallon for propane. That's highway robbery, I usually spend $2 per gallon at my usual go to spot but they were out this time.

Carwash malfunctioned and the the manager Luis told me I needed to learn how to follow instructions after one of his employees said that I should go ask the gas pump for a refund because I didnt buy it from her. Finally, the manager re-issued a lower tier carwash (I purchased the highest) after arguing for a few minutes. When I finally went through the car wash I used the code and paid more money to get the higher tier carwash, it only got half my car covered in soap. Terrible.

They do not post prices on their merchandise at all. I questioned the manager about it and he just said that it can be scanned at register. But WHY can't prices be posted so we can decide what we can compare? Think it's so he can overcharge because after he scanned my merchandise it's was expensive. But I just paid it ,but I won't ever shop there again. Manager wasn't very helpful at all, he knows what he is doing. PRICE GOUGING!

Receipt wouldn't print. Attendant couldn't "access the system" because he was clocked out. Attendant pointed to a guy asleep in his car and said "he starts in 20 minutes if you want to wait." I'll call later to get my receipt and I'll use the car wash that I bought but I can't come back after that. There are plenty of other gas stations in the area.

Point blank truth and Im hoping this reaches those who are counting every dollar and making each one count because when you lose it and worse yet have it stolen, not only is your bank broke but your heart is as well when you give people you do not even know benefit of the doubt. Last night I was returning hone to LA from a job in Ventura and over the last couple years I found the one place I began to call "my stop" for fuel, car wash and that sinful honey bun to eat on the way home, tired, anxious to put traffic behind me, I stopped here at pump 6, gas is so expensive so Im truly budgeting so I can still keep my one asset clean and feed people. I went in, prepaid 25 dollars and got the 9 dollar car wash. I knew my cashier spoke limited english as over the 2 years I hear the chatter around me and to their dismay, I am fluent in spanish. Im that typical white guy clean cut you would not think spoke the local tongue but I am very comfortable around those communities and tend to hope my patronage is supporting their business of hard working people. Last night was a bit stressful more than usual for me, I had been taking care of a friend after her chemo treatments and driving such distances I have to work had me stressed knowing she may need me but not want to be a strain so I was a little distracted. I paid and went right to my car and drove into the car wash. There was no line and as i entered I remembered my gas!! I looked back and saw the pump still empty so i called the number listed over 15 times while in wash and theres never an answer, when i exited 2 min later, the pump was still empty but the one before it was busy so i pulled into the next one grabbed my receipt and went to tell them 3 min prior I had prepaid. I showed my receipt, and to my surprise, they acted like they never seen me before although it had only been 3-4 minutes. I explained my ordeal and a young kid I had not seen before that was also working saw my receipt, noticing the cash prepay and gave me an OHHH NOOO I SORRY but someone steal your gas. It was as if I were hearing an answer to a completely different question. It wasnt possible, so I knew nothing in 2 years of me stopping there meant anything but just an opportune target. Nothing can be done he said. Anyhow, I left and just before leaving I asked him if that really was his truthful answer and he said yes some people are not honest, confused to the ridiculous reply from the thief himself, I left hoping I had enough fuel to get home. Its bothered me so much over the weekend, I wrote this as it seems its all I can do to let others know.

0 stars if I could. On 5/28 I had seen a huge sign outside stating “30 cents off a gallon with a purchase of a car wash” I had went inside to ASK how I could redeem this, the man (Luis) asked questions such as which pump, how many gallons, and which car wash. I had answered thinking he was “helping” or simply explaining how I could redeem it. My total came out to no discount I had then asked why then he mentioned something about I would have to select it on the pump? Like why couldn’t you have told me that since the beginning?? I kept questioning him only to be ignored and talked over rudely that it was my fault. Again his name is Luis, don’t understand why one reply in that way. Doesn’t cost a penny to have great customer service and not that hard to make sense in the beginning. Also car wash still left my car dirty on the top lol just to top everything off.

Gas may be a few cents cheaper here, but the catch is that there are NO workable windshield washers or ANY available and no paper towels. Additionally, the water bins are completely empty. These needed items come in handy. I'd rather pay a few cents more at another Chevron location, but at least I'll have the needed items handy.

Pumps are not being maintained. Two times it has spilled gas and caused an extreme fire hazard. Employees have no idea what to do. Drove away with gas spilled and no clean up both times because thw gas station attendees had no training on protocols with chemical spills. Kind of important when you sell flammable liquids. On top of that the credit card readers are always malfunctioning. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra few cents to fill up at a quality gas station. The owner/manager of this place is subpar and cheap.

I'm not one to post reviews but I had to. I filled up my tank and paid for a car wash. $43.01(gas) and $9.00 (car wash) total bill was $52.01. I finished gassing up and then proceeded to go to the car wash. There was 3 cars ahead of me. When it was my turn, the access code on my receipt didn't work. I went in to speak with the cashier (Perla) who was very rude to me. I explained what happened, showed her my receipt, and she said too bad. She claimed to have no record of my transaction and she told me to leave. I went back to my car in disbelief, then returned with my phone to show her the charge on my online banking matches the charge on the receipt. She took my receipt to reference her computer and still claimed she had no record. All I was asking for was either the code for the carwash I paid for or a credit for the $9.00. She refused both. I proceeded to ask for the manager she refused, so I pulled out my phone and recorded her behavior and the fact she wasn't wearing a mask when it's the law. They require customers and employees to wear them. She finally gave me a credit for the carwash after she realized I recorded her. If I didn't photograph her without the mask I don't feel she would have given the credit. Buyer beware. Owner Siad... return calls if you care.

Business does not care about the toilet being broken or not fixing it for some reason. Guess they’re on hold waiting for somebody to fix it like a plumber, which is ridiculous. It’s a company that I would never go to use their high prices also so I advise people to stop going there and find cheaper places And gas stations to go to.

Holy crap... this is by far the worst gas station in Oxnard (maybe Ventura County). I recently went there, purchased premium with a car wash. Machine did not print out receipt so I had to walk in (needed the receipt for the code for the car wash). Stood in line at the counter for about 2 mins not acknowledging me. Someone else walked in behind me and the associate said that she could work with him. I said I just need a receipt please; the associate told her colleague that I wasn't going to get a receipt because I was black.

The manager is rude, I was just giving him feedback on his digitizer not working and he was mad at the world. I pump gas here because it's convenient but if rather drive a bit farther to food for less next time if this manager don't change his attitude it's your money you've been warned. The owner needs to put the manager on check and remind him he's operating a business with customer service, someone get this man some help.

Horrible experience with the Owner! I took my daughter to put gas in her car and we saw her cousin. My daughter walked up to her and chatted it up. We were then approached by the owner yelling at us to leave his customers alone. Huh? Why would you approach us and beliitle her for having a conversation with her OWN cousin. Degrading and RUDE!!!!
