I've been going to water drops for the past 6 months. , unfortunately The detail to the wash is not very good. It completely misses the back and quite a bit on other parts of the car including wheels. However the people there are very very nice and helpful as well. 5 minute speed wash in Simi Valley did absolutely excellent and they should take a lesson from them.

I’ve had a membership at this car wash for a year now. Ive never had an issue until tonight. I got to the car wash at 7:55pm I asked for a new barcode to scan since my windshield just got replaced. The guy asked me to park on the side then he came to take my info & made me wait 10 mins to get a new sticker. He also said that it was a $5 charge for a replacement, I’ve had my sticker replaced twice in the past & never have they charged me for a new one. In the 10 mins I waited I could have washed my car & been in & out but then he approaches me & says they are closed & I couldn’t go through & wash my car. What a joke I’ve had this sticker replaced on the spot & have been immediately let through. Customer service needs to be improved. Response: Claiming that I almost took your gate out when there was no gate up & the car wash was still opened is crazy! Claiming that I refused to pay $5 when I actually paid is another false claim. wow -

Great place to keep your car clean and shiny, staff is always nice, they seem to enjoy their work and really care about their customers, the management team is doing a great job in the upkeep of this location, been a very happy customer here. Best car wash in the area!

It was still dirty when I got home. The entire backend was not washed. It still had bird shit on the side and on the roof. My windows were cleaner when I came in than when I left. The wheels were dry and dusty. I washed it properly when I got home.

This is our favorite Waterdrops location. Cleans the most thoroughly and never a line to get a wash. The vacuum area gets pretty full/tight. We pay the monthly $34.99 for unlimited washes and it's totally worth it with the amount of pollen, dust, and sand our vehicle gets covered in. Highly recommend!

I come here all the time. great wash for $14, love this place...I come here at least once a week... they have an amazing monthly discount book you can buy where you pay $29 and get one wash a day! I haven't done it yet, but thats the best deal for a car wash this good that ive ever heard of. thank you Waterdrops for taking care of us locals!

The worst car wash experience I ever got. I claimed a free car wash to give it a try, it turned out the worst experience ever. First, they didn’t take my free car wash coupon due to their technical issues. I paid out of pocket and got my car washed, it still looks so dirty. I turned back and showed them my car. They asked me if I want to pay again and get another car wash. Unprofessional stuff and old machines. They don’t wash your car right.

Old, dirty, bad experience, poor quality. It is the worst one here in Oxnard, I don't know why they don't pay attention to their employees and to this car wash and it is also very bad, even though the prices go up, this for me is the worst rated of the Car Washes, the others are much better. There is never anyone serving here. I was there for five minutes until someone arrived.

Jose was very hospitable. I stopped by to get a car wash today after having a bad experience a few weeks ago. Jose assisted me and was very understanding and helpful. His customer service and professionalism is on a greater scale than I can rate. I had a bad experience last time I came due to a DIFFERENT staff member, I planned to never return. I left today with an unlimited car wash membership. Very satisfied with my visit today thanks to Jose!

Right around the corner from my house and an good place. Every worker I talked to or asked for help is nice. Jose is amazing, nice, and helpful. If I remember someone’s name you know they left a good impression. My grandma came with me one time to wash my car and she mentioned how nice he was.
