★★★☆☆ I've been going to water drops for the past 6 months. , unfortunately The detail to the wash is not very good. It completely misses the back and quite a bit on other parts of the car including wheels. However the people there are very very nice and helpful as well. 5 minute speed wash in Simi Valley did absolutely excellent and they should take a lesson from them.

★☆☆☆☆ I’ve had a membership at this car wash for a year now. Ive never had an issue until tonight. I got to the car wash at 7:55pm I asked for a new barcode to scan since my windshield just got replaced. The guy asked me to park on the side then he came to take my info & made me wait 10 mins to get a new sticker. He also said that it was a $5 charge for a replacement, I’ve had my sticker replaced twice in the past & never have they charged me for a new one. In the 10 mins I waited I could have washed my car & been in & out but then he approaches me & says they are closed & I couldn’t go through & wash my car. What a joke I’ve had this sticker replaced on the spot & have been immediately let through. Customer service needs to be improved. Response: Claiming that I almost took your gate out when there was no gate up & the car wash was still opened is crazy! Claiming that I refused to pay $5 when I actually paid is another false claim. wow -
