Automatic touchless car washes need improvement. Blower doesn't remove water completely and I always have watermarks below the sideview mirrors.

The Southwestern Blvd location is convenient for my travels. Clean car exterior and undercarriage. Not complicated. What's not to like?

The body brushes need to be replaced I put the brush on my white vehicle and all it did was smear black streaks that wouldn’t rinse off so I paid 10 to wet my truck up. I had to wipe the entire vehicle down with a wet clothe and dry with a towel to get it clean.

I do not like that it’s a self-serve car wash and you cannot use a bucket. I just paid $8 to pretty much come out with a car that is still dirty. I like to wash my car with a cloth and a bucket. I will not be returning.

Best self wash I know of in Maryland. 3 self wash bays, 2 touch free laser wash bays, 6 vacs. (NOTE: Without the use of harsh detergents [think dishwasher detergent] which would remove your car wax, all touch free car washes are very poor at removing dirt). It's usually never a wait midday on a weekday. Bays are kept clean, equipment well maintained and operating (they even have hand air shammees), cash or credit cards accepted, good tunes (FM 95.1), and great price for self serve---$3 minimum cash for 4-1/2 minutes, $6 minimum credit card for 9 minutes. Only thing I would like to see is an under carriage spray for getting salt off in the winter.

The wash doors are a bit tight if you want to wash your car yourself. But they do have two fully automated water stalls that offer a high-pressure water. All in all not bad for a quick rinse

Worst self serve car wash I've ever been to. ALSO the only car wash I've ever seen to get mad at you for using the entire 12 minutes you paid for. I was constantly rushed and asked to hurry up. I won't be going here again and i suggest if you want a nice time washing your car don't come here. I don't understand how it has 4 stars.

I seen this car wash prices went up to 14 to 16 dollars for the top wash ever since they upgraded their automatic car wash, It’s nice how the new automatic car wash tells you to drive forward and tells what progress it’s on applying to your car. What’s the difference between the new and old one the old one had more of a had pressure rinse wash then this one did and this new one not the best The car wash was eh the car wash doors was tight before entering the wash and the high pressure wash quality. Once I drove it home from the car wash it was dirty again water spots left on the car dryers didn’t do the best but it was ok though. I kinda miss the old laser wash here at this location until they upgraded maybe some day I might go visit the elkridge location with the express tunnel wash maybe that can get more of a clean to my car there.

Good wash machines that yield a good wash. Facility is always clean and no waiting. Payment is a bit confusing though. I believe credit card is authorized and you're charged for the length of time the machine run. Wish I knew for sure. But good DIY car wash facility.

The brush in bay one scratched my back windshield. Never again Update: just spoke to the manager or owner..not sure. They are more focused on making it seem you are lying than actually trying to do anything about it. Never ever. Go at your own risk.

Water Works is the Best self service wash in the DMV! I use the Annapolis and Arbutus locations. I enjoy the flexibility of the 24 hour self service. My cars come out looking new each time. I was recently super impressed with Eric at the Arbustus location. While he was cleaning up the lot he ventured out to the streets along side the carwash and up the block to clean those areas as well. Very impressive! I love the care for the neighborhood as well! 5 Stars!

Dryer is not working properly and it’s for very short period of time. Vacuum should be free with wash, $14 for car wash and another $5 for vacuum and not satisfied at all. Find some other places where money worthy 😡

I was very happy to find a touchless, automatic, 24hr car wash. It's also pretty new. The cons: it's a bit overpriced at $12 for the mid tier wash, and it wasn't able to get my windshield as clean as some other touchless washes have. However, overall I was pleased.

Clean, organize and good price. No problem at all there. I will definitely be back. Next time will ask about a member program. Unlimited car wash something like that.

Such a great wash and bargain! The self wash was reasonable and it was soft and gentle with my babies paint. Definitely will be back.

Last 2 times I was here the money changer shorted me. The 2nd time I drove off without using their service. Im not going to frequent a place that cheats me.

I've been getting my car washed here for years. The self-service and automatic washes are both better than any other car wash I've been too. Also, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. I definitely recommend Water Works !!

Been coming here the past few months now and the operations are top notch. Finally took a dive with the monthly pass. Monthly pass made sense especially if you come to get your car cleaned 2x a month. Not sure why people have been complaining, but there's an attendant most of the time. I've seen maintenance people come to fix the machines. Overall it gets the job done. I've used both the automatic touchless carwash and the self serve. I used the touchless when it's an easy clean and the self serve when I want to clean some extra grime on the car. Facilities are clean and I haven't had issues with the equipment. You can pay with card. It'll be a $5 charge and unless you press stop, it'll continue to charge your card. So just be mindful of that. I get it's for convenience so you don't have to keep going back to the machine. Not a complaint against the company, but people need to clean up after themselves and throw their trash away instead of throwing it on the ground. Again, it's not the company. Use the carwash. Don't overthink it. It's a good spot.
