I always go every Wednesday to wash my truck. Mrs. Karen is so helpful and knows knowledge about keeping your clean and smelling good. She is very helpful and always attentive to her guest. I have been here several times and my car was clean after the wash, but today it was not clean. I informed the manager and they told me to go home and wipe the spots with fabric softener it should come out easy because the car wash loosened the dirt for me.. I have heard in the past them tell white men to come and run it thru again.. but not this black girl they dismissed me.. but never again will they see another dollar of mine..

Good for a quick, fast car wash!!! Hope the detergent is powerful because the car wash seems really quick! Vacuums are powerful and the car comes out clean. Guess that is all we can ask for. $29.95 for 30 days unlimited car wash!!! They also offer early bird specials M-Fri $2.00 off each wash. Go check out Washington car wash!!!!

Got the monthly membership for $29 a month and we only got charged $19 because it got prorated for the month. I have an SUV and the lava wash makes it cleaner than any other carwash I been to before. Their vacuums are high powered and are amazing at getting into those hard to reach places. Linda is the manager and she and her husband make sure your experience there is great every time. I highly recommend this for your vehicle!

The owners are great people! I love the personal touch they have here compares to other places. I also like that the vaccums are very powerful and work every time I go there. Most places have weak vacuums that don't clean your car right...this place does maintenance several times a week on theirs to make sure they work.

This is my number one car wash. The staff is helpful and friendly. Usually there is no wait and they have an early bird special everyday, $2 off from 7-9am. Plenty of vacuums and they are free to use with purchase of a wash. I recommend this car wash to everyone! 5 stars all day! Even on the weekends...

Bought the second most expensive car wash and had to use my blue towel to wipe the dirt off the back of my car AFTER going through the car wash! Unfortunately, this was not the first time. I thought the blue towel was supposed to be used to dry my car? I had to use both sides of the blue towel because it was so dirty after I wiped the backside of my car. Unacceptable!

OMG, The attendants are so kind, courteous and professional. I thought Karen was the owner the way she handles the customers with care and is always cleaning around the place. They all greet you with a smile and a kind word. Awesome customer service at a decent price.

I give Washwego Car Wash a 1 Star rating because of the stall I was using the water was coming out from the top of the ceiling were a pipe is present which I didnt relize that the hose with the spray nozzle was not attach to that pipe in the ceiling intill after I feed the machine $3.00 worth of quarters! I was very dissappointed because there was no signs stating that thos stall was broke! So I moved to another stall because my car needed a wash bad! I've notice that the timer for the car wash is pretty fast and the soap thats coming out of the brush head is thick and alot to were when you start to rinse off your car it will take alot longer to wash off all that soap which requires you to add 4 more quarters to really wash off all the soap and maybe have time to use the wax option and the spot free rinse.

They messed up my car. I went today Sep 13 to get my car washed and as I was going though my car stopped like a hole was on the ground. When I went to use the vacuum cleaners this is what I seen when I got out my car. I just got my car fixed up yesterday and when I was speaking to the manager, she went back and reviewed the footage and told me my car was already like that when I brought it, which is not true

The lady that works at the car wash name Ms. Karen was so nice. She worked 12.5 hours and still took the time out to register me for a membership even though I pulled up after registering hours. Thank you for great customer service ma'am! Great car wash

If I can give this place a 0 star I would . I was. trapped in this car wash for hours because my car jumped off the track The owner said it was because I had new tires. When the police arrived she said no report is needed because she will pay for the damages. I took her word and now its months later and she refusing to pay for the damages. I have been a loyal customer for years and anybody I know I will be sure to let them know about my experience

Brand new truck and whatever bug spray they put on here just peeled all the clear coat off the hood and side panels. IM LIVID.
