Out of all the locations on the Westbank I really love this one in particular. A young man that works there named Mike Ellis, is so helpful and careing. There should be more Dedicated workers like mike in the hospitality area of the workplace.

The vacuum don’t work too good. I’ve been to several of your locations. It’s so hot to you have to wait on workers to come out. Dry towels are damp and smell. The wash on Lapalco had no winded or inside spray out.

FIRST OF ALL, Gary tried to trick us into a membership saying it was a 1 month payment but after reading the paper he handed me I clearly saw I was signing up for a monthly payment. Really not okay. Also the guy that guides you and is supposed to pre wash did not do his job. When you pay 27 dollars for a wash you definitely wanna see a difference. More like a 1 out of 10, will never come here again.

Did not have auto wax, no tire wax, when I informed the employee that there was no window cleaner or interior cleaner he rudely and upbruply said “there is none”. This is unacceptable. This is not the first time with an issue. I have had to immediately return into the car wash area because of soap suds remaining only to still have soap suds remaining and only on the second time in was told” there was a problem and would not be fixed until the following month.” I am concederating dropping the subscription and going elsewhere.

This Carwash company do not take responsibility for any damage to your vehicle going through the wash, the location on Manhattan Blvd broke my drivers side window and denied to fix it, so now I'm handing it over to my attorney, the District Manager ( Shanice Dokes) didn't even have the cortesy to contact me by a phone call, this is the message she sent by email. (No equipment in our tunnel malfunctioned that could have potentially caused allegged damage to the vehicle)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Pro 5 Car Wash Detail Center! After driving through their car wash, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary detail center they offer. Marvin, Mike, and Chad were absolutely fantastic. They provided me with all the supplies I needed to detail my car, from high-quality towels to top-notch cleaning products. Marvin made sure I had everything I needed, Mike offered great tips on how to get the best shine, and Chad was super helpful in ensuring every spot was perfect. The service was exceptional, and my car has never looked better. Highly recommend this place if you want your car to look like it just rolled off the showroom floor!

Totally unsatisfied! I thought I should get a membership and it was the sorry as thing I could've done. I previously had a membership with Rick's but I moved. I believe Take 5 was closer to my new location so I joined without having ever used this car wash before. I am totally disappointed. My vehicle was still dirty after using the car wash.

The guys working were super attentive, helpful, and kind. I thought his name was Derrick, but when he spelled it, it was loud and sounded more like Derance. He made my day. The kindest young man! The facility was clean and well stocked. He explained the cost of a membership and it sold me because it was worth it

Just left this trash dump of a car wash. Worst car wash I have ever wasted money on. Run don’t walk away from this place. When I brought it to someone attention and just said I wanted my money back being that it appeared my car hadn’t been touched, the response I got was are you a member? When I said no, they said well if you were a member you could go through as many times as you want. What kind of response is that. Never ever again. The towels are the dirt that I wiped off the truck AFTER paying $21 for a wash.

Jon the manager is the man and supper nice. Man I got his car wash and the other take 5 car wash mixed up in times. I got there late and they was closing and he still took me instead of making me go to the other one that was way out the way. That dude is the man, He got so much respect from me in my book for that. He didn't had to do that but the kindness of his heart, he let me through anyways to wash my car. I hope the owner sees this and knows he has a good manager working there. This location gained a new customer now. If you in this area, show love to this take 5 car wash.

Right side slams into my truck, first cycle barley wet or soaped my truck so you know its scratching my truck even more. The first thing that cleans the hood jumps up so fast and hight it misses my entire hood all together! I pay monthly but may have to kick rocks. I hit pelican the other day amd there wash was wayyyyyy better!
