I have to give this place an honest review so here it is I brought my car here to give it a wash so I bought the $15 option thinking it was going ti get pretty clean. It did not, it felt like they gave me the cheapest wash that they offered. And so I complained and went to talk to the worker there and gave me another wash and the same thing happened the car was not washed properly again! And so then I went to talk to the manager asking for my money back and he said that because of the company’s policy he can’t refund me my money but he said he can give me another wash, the best car wash offer that they offer there which it was a wash of $20 and so I agreed I said let’s wash it again. These pictures are after the third wash I washed the car! The car still didn’t get cleaned. They say it was a $20 wash but I believe they are scamming people and have their cars washed with the cheapest option, at least that’s how it was for me! After I got out of the car wash I took pictures of how “WELL“ it was cleaned, you can see the top of the car, the rear ended of the car, the wheels, you also see the hood and back trunk that were not cleaned and this was after the 3rd time of washing it, the dirt could easily come off just by wiping it off with my finger! Take your car somewhere else to wash your car! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM !

I tried this new place out of curiosity. I was quite pleased, it' an easy in and out experience. I loved the attention to details, the cleanliness, the employee assistance, the power of the 2 huge turbo vacuums, the excellent vacuum hose suction, and the U-shaped vacuum stations. There is a stand alone center building with two devices to wash your "carpeted floor mats... FREE. Carpeted items ONLY. I was so pleased, I subscribed as a monthly member.

Isaiah approached me with knowledge about the types of washes offered here at this location. He was professional, friendly, and assisted me with a wash for the day, and also offered an alternative for future savings, which I respectfully declined. I informed him that this is my first time at this location and wanted to see the service before enrolling for a membership. After the wash was completed there were some soap scum still left on the tire and unfortunately had to clean the rims myself. I'm aware of what a car wash is intended to do but I have been to a location in Cicero Illinois that does a more thorough job in that area. It would be nice to have some of the air dusting guns offered in the dry off section and a larger vacuum nozzle as the one offered does take a lot longer to vacuum.

Jose at the Burbank location was great! He explained all the wash options and their benefits. Unfortunately, for the actual wash itself was a little disappointing. I had purchased a membership for the second tier package but it would always leave some dirt, grime or bird poop behind. Sometimes I would wash twice and my car was still dirty. So today I wanted to take advantage of their promotion of 30% off any wash package but unfortunately I was ineligible because I had been a prior member :( That part is a little disappointing because I had faith that maybe the highest package was best for me. So I paid full price for the best package just to try it out. I really hope it works! The staff is always great, it's the wash that needs help! THANK YOU JOSE FOR HELPING ME CHOOSE THE RIGHT PACKAGE! AND FOR BEING PATIENT WITH ME WHILE HANDLING ALL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS!
