THEY WONT CANCEL MEMBERSHIP AND KEEP CHARGING YOU MONTHLY! AGREEMENT WAS TO CALL HIM OR EMAIL HIM TO CANCEL BUT HE NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE I LEFT VOICE MAIL ALSO EMAILED HIM AND ALSO USED THE WEBSITE CONTACT MAIL. MY SUBSCRIPTION KEPT RUNNING

3 years since it open and still maintains a wonderful environment Wi-Fi music whatever you want and the machines are always at least 98% all working it's a nice feeling when they care about their customers

Not a great location, uncomfortable to wait around for vacuum. Paid for the premium carwash but didn't seem to do much.. probably all the bugs were still on the front of the car after the wash... Smh

The owner is extremely unprofessional and his behavior toward me bordered on violent. First he disregarded my complaints and treated me dismissively (multiple times) and then he screamed at me because HE misunderstood what I was trying to explain to him. It is unfortunate because I otherwise really liked the car wash itself and it is in a convenient location for me.

Be careful when using cash at the machine outside. It will take your money and they won't refund it. Then instead of checking the security cameras or machine outside, they ask the people in the car behind you if they saw anything and if they didn't, you're outta luck. It wasn't much but, if they do it a lot of people that's a lot of unaccounted-for cash that they probably pocket. Plus there was no attendant in the office so we had to wait for the guy outside to come and accuse us of lying. Anyway, that's the very last time I go there. If they take your money, don't say I didn't warn you.

This is a do it yourself sit in your car roll thru. Great wash and dry. You vacuum yourself as long as you want. If in the area or driving thru I get off and roll thru. It's only $6.00 or maybe $7.00. It's by the Sears Roebuck on Soto right off the freeway

If I could give this car wash a zero star I would. This is the worst car wash experience I've ever had for the last 30 years. The car wash equipments are old and the foams stays on the car. I brought the issue to a gentleman by the name of Ali and the manager who is a Spanish guy. The manager said that's the way it's and it was normal to have foams on the car!!! He had a very bad attitude and he was very offensive. I asked for the phone number of his supervisor or the owner of the carwash. He got out of control and he wanted to attack me physically. Ali and security guy stopped him. His behavior was so unprofessional and hostile. This is not how you treat a customer. Please save yourself time and money and find a better place to at least treat you respectfully.

Management is uncooperative. They could not find my club account and wanted me to wait until their accountant found it. What?? I asked the manager for a wash until they could find it and he lied and said he could not activate the wash for free. That is until the owner came over to ask what was going on. Then the manager told the owner he didn't want to service me anyone. He also mocked me when I said I was going to initiated a charge back. Some people should not be managers.

Car was still dirty afterwards in the guy yelled at me about it. I let him know that it was so dirty and he told me it was just an expression if I didn't like it I needed to hand wash my own car. Heathen procedure to point out the person drawing their car next to my car who was with an air shot and told me about how that person has a monthly membership and washes his car three times a week and that I need to do the same thing as him if I want my car to be clean. In and out of the state multiple times and always comes back to this car wash to get it clean and he takes good care of his car and that's why his car is so clean compared to mine. Why do I need to know that? The other customer of course ignored this and didn't say anything but this was so rude. He's basically telling me that I'm crazy to expect for my car to get cleaned up the car wash because it's just an Express Wash and then he let me know if he was to wash my car again that he will get in trouble. He was so unnecessarily condescending and angry after I simply let them know that my car was not clean after paying for the most expensive wash. Is this how you guys were really choose to treat customers? I wasn't rude or mean to him at all I simply spoke to him normally and he couldn't do the same. I don't need to be compared to other customers... Unprofessional isn't even the word.

Been coming here for like 2 years last time had an issue and brought it up to staff because at the rinse cycle it did not rinse only threw soap. We let staff know and he followed up with “ it’s because it’s a big car we don’t want to take big cars anymore “ while we showed him that the car was full of soap and he said okay pass it again but it’s not a guarantee it’ll come out clean, we said why? If a big car just passed through and it did a rinse cycle. The staff was rude and condescending for no reason when we were just bring up an issue - when he told him we’ve been here several TIMES —and never had an issue, we just wanted to pass it again for a rinse. Staff was rude and said he would have issues with the owner ??? And they were giving us a “free” wash and we let him know we were asking for the money back at all we just wanted a rinse cycle! Rude !!!! It’s literally a CAR WASH - what’s the point of being rude for when we just bring an issue up ???

Stinky dirty water!! I just ran my car through the car wash, got the "best" wash and it left my car with a really bad smell inside and out. It is like if they are using water straight from the sewers. The odor is terrible and will not go away. It ruined my daughter's stomach. You can even get the odor from walking by your car. Disgusting experience, not even worth a one star

Manager is extremely rude. He came up super aggressive when I had a problem before going into the car wash. On top of that the wash was not good. Machines are extremely old. Do not come it is the worst car wash I’ve been to.
