Have been here 3x. The first two times were amazing. Car was spotless and dried without watermarks. The 3rd time, and may be my last, my car was still filthy on the bottom half. When I got home, I had to wipe down both the driver and passenger sides with a bucket of water and soap to remove the dirt. It looked like the touchless sprays didn’t even reach the bottom at all, and I have a small SUV.

First time trying this location on centinela, and I must say Great car wash, it hit all the spot, and I love the fact that it cleans underneath your vehicle. I'll be back

The car wash machine broke my windshield wiper. Bent it out of shape and broke a piece off my windshield wipers. They refuse to call back or pay for damages. Run away from this poorly run business if u love your car.

The Chevron touch-free care wash stations are all pretty nose. The biggest downside is that on a nice day, the wait can be up to 30 minutes just to enter the car wash.

I have an active monthly membership and waited in line for 40 minutes. The car wash sprayed for 5 seconds, then the loud speaker repeatedly told me to exit. Spoke to the cashier and they told me I had to wait in the 35 minute line once again. I asked what they could do to compensate for my time, and they offered me nothing.

Great touch-less car wash!!! The car wash cleans your car perfectly and puts some type of wax that keeps the car cleaner. They have great self serve vacuums however they’re not working most of the time… other than that, it’s the best car wash!

People are not kidding about the long wait. I was 8th in line and waited 15 minutes for us to move 1 car forward. So I left and went to Sunrise LAX Express and got a $10 wash. Took 5 minutes at that place

This spot free car wash did a good job washing my truck, I was impressed on the quality of the wash that was done. If you arrive early you can avoid long lines to get your vehicle washed. I waited for 20 minutes for my wash because I arrived during busy hours, I strongly recommend arriving early and you can be in and out in not time.

You guys should not have clothes. The Washington location has a 24 hour sight. Now, the only one left is the centinela location and the day it's more than 70% of your vacuum cleaners there do not work are temporary out of order or literally have 0 suction power. If b even capable of doing suction. There's also no 24 hour or late. Staying open site in the lower part of the southern California maps such as San Fernando valley. You have to drive all the way to lax. We're just in the middle. Yeah, it's sort of everything right. But still, it's pretty much far from the valley. Any major area where a car wash might be needed. It's 4 years driver's after hours. It's pretty fast. It's far from the one location that stays open with bad vacuum cleaners. For example, east delay, downtown, west delay, West Hollywood, San Gabriel valley area and San Fernando valley. Are all right? About 30 to 40 minutes away from that car wash, so yeah, yeah. I'll change my rating if things change but right now it's basically a hassle to keep your car clean whenever you want to. I have it cleaned breath. I'm using your door watching for the services. Sorry voice to text.

This car wash is very slow. They added a 5 mins cooldown between washes and made you wait extra long time. It used to be 5 mins wait per car in front of you. Now 10 mins. Good luck waiting! Unlimited washes membership is a lie, you can only wash once per day. The reason I needed twice was because the quality or car wash is like rinse with water. The amount of product they use during the wash was reduced significantly compared to the past. Considering canceling my membership.

I recently got laid off from my job and didn’t want my family to find out. Now, I just get in line at this car wash at 9am everyday. By the time my car is done at 5pm, I can head home and my family doesn’t suspect a thing. Thank you Spot Free!!

There's a few Spot Free Car Wash locations in the area, this one has a partially ventilated side of the building that I don't think is great for quality of your car was. Also a less extensive drying setup than some other Spot Free Car Wash locations. Not a fan of this location as a result.

I’m waiting in line for the car wash and the green light never turns on, even though the wash is clearly empty. Everyone is just sitting there for 10+ minutes, not moving. This seems like a software bug or system glitch. The whole process is super slow and confusing. Please fix the system — it’s a waste of time.

After 1 year it’s consistently inconsistent…! Might have to review my monthly membership and somewhere else can take my money. Came back 11/6 at 8:30 am for a 2nd chance. Still consistent with their inconsistencies. Car wash was closed/unavailable. Came back here 7:20am Sun 9/22/24 and is still consistently inconsistent…!!! Back again 1/26/26 10:56pm and it’s still consistently inconsistent that I can not again access monthly car wash membership…!!!

If you wash you’re car once they’ll keep deducting money from your account even if you don't sign up for a membership, and if you want to cancel you have to physically go to the station and cancel it, very inconvenient and not transparent with that when you visit.

I was a loyal Spot Free member for over a year and used the car wash 1–3 times per week (I have many animals and elderly family that I assist), but I cancelled my membership this week due to ongoing location, service and billing issues. Many locations were frequently closed or had equipment problems, including vacuums that remained out of service for weeks to months. In addition, I began noticing unexplained miscellaneous charges on top of my monthly membership fee. When I contacted customer support, I had to work with Matt Pouldar. Unfortunately, he repeatedly provided inaccurate information and refused to escalate my concerns to a supervisor. We have been emailing back and forth since August 2025, and on several occasions he claimed the vacuums had been repaired, but when I arrived shortly afterward, the equipment was still not functioning. I had reached out to customer service most recently (Matt Pouldar again) because of the changes to my membership that I did not make, but instead of allowing me to speak to a supervisor or allowing me to change my membership back to the way it was I was told that it was my fault that it was like this, and then ignored for days. The phone number to contact Spot free car wash on their website is also outdated and disconnected. After months of unresolved issues and additional charges that were unrelated to my membership, my request for a refund was denied. Due to the lack of transparency, poor customer service, and ongoing billing concerns, I no longer felt comfortable continuing my membership. I had to struggle to get back into my account to cancel the membership, but they refuse to take my credit card off the account. Beware of this company. Please do not get scammed as I was. Beware of the miscellaneous charges.

Do NOT go here, it’s a complete waste of your time. It’s always busy, 5-7 cars are in line all the time. If every car takes 10 minutes to clean, that’s 50-70 minutes of your time. So, take your hourly wage, add it onto the already inflated price of this car wash, and realize you’re paying $40+ just to go here, when you could have a mobile cleaner come to your home for that much, or you could go to another place for 1/3 of the time and a fraction of the price. Time is your most valuable asset. Don’t waste it here.

I had a very complex tax return this year because I started my own business. I also had a few other life changes like getting a divorce, donating my ex-wife’s money to charity, and so on so forth. It was going to take me hours to do. So I decided to get a car wash here. I showed up in the morning. By the time I finished my extremely complex tax return and had multiple calls with my accountants, I the beautiful green light finally turned on for me and I got my car wash. As I rolled out I got a beautiful sunset too. Love this place.

One of the best touch-free car washes in L.A. It is open 24/7. The various soaps and waxes used are good quality. The final rinse is supposed to be spot-free but realistically it leaves your car with soft water spots and come off relatively easily. Overall, it does a very good job for a touch-free wash! Warning - the lines here can be very long. Estimate about 4 minutes per car. I go here almost daily and yes I have used a stop watch. On average, there are at least 5 cars in line, so you will have to wait at least 20 minutes before you go in. There is usually no line between 11:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. =) Just FYI, What is a touch-free car wash? The wash uses high pressure water and a variety of soaps to blast your car clean. No rotating brushes or anything that "touches" your car. So your paint or vehicle wrap is safe here. Cheers!

Paid for $20 "Extreme Seal Wash" and was left with a dirty car after lol. Ignoring the comments about lines (which are true - part of why I went is how busy it usually is,) the car wash is just... sub par relative to other washes I've been to? Definitely overpaid for what the result was
