It was OKAY. I was disappointed with the wash actually. Came here only because my regular place was not available. Got their $20 package, which did not clean as well as the $11 package I usually get. Still had a good amount of bird poop, dirt and grime still on the car after the wash. I do, however, liked how they have air and vacuum included. PS - whoever responded from the business has reading comprehension issues too

The actual car wash was just fine But I encountered a very rude young Hispanic girl with 20inch black nails who allowed me to just sit there instead of telling me to pull up a little It was clear that she was being "Funny" I'm an older black woman and I deal with this a lot when I go to certain businesses... So hopefully management sees this and talks to her because I'm not everyone And some would've done more than just leave a review! She actually allowed cars to go before me instead of saying you can pull up...Thats how serious her disrespect was This was 8/30 around 8:45am

I used to use this car wash, signed up for the monthly payments to be taken out of my account, because at the time it just made sense. As many washes I wanted in each month. Started off with the $27.99 Per month, next thing I knew, I'm seeing an increase to $34.99, without notice. Still didn't trip because it was still less that my Previous car wash place. But one day last year I go to get my car washed, and like from the start, I was not sticking the sticker to my dashboard. Young man stated, "it's supposed to be stuck to the dash." My response "Not in my car its not." As I am driving up, next to go through he's telling the Mgr and pointing my way, so I rolled the window down and stated, yes, I told him I will not stick a sticker on the dashboard in MY car. This man then asked that I let him check to make sure its for my car... SMH 😒 I allowed it, went through, dried my car off and it just didn't sit well with me, you've been drafting money from my account and Now I have to prove to you that I pay? Nope, I'm done! I wonder who else has experienced this from this place.

They had the place decorated so cute for Halloween. I'd give it a 5 but there were technical difficulties for multiple drivers at both payment kiosks. Once they get that resolved, they will be unstoppable!

Not the best service as the staff seems to be missing a lot of the time and the machines seem to break down a lot. I expect a better service for paying a premium price. Overall it's just an in and out drive thru carwash.

Do not go to this place. They do not want to be held responsible for the damage caused by their carwash and they claim that they will not repair cars that are more than 5 years old. Which is a stupid thing to say for a 2013 car, and having acknowledged that it was the carwash that damaged my car.

When the car wash 1st open for business, everything was up to standard and monthly membership was less. Now that the car wash has been in operation for some time, the quality has decreased and the monthly membership has increased. When you go through the car wash, you can see the decrease of soap being dispensed, some of the brushes don't work for long periods of time and the bad odor makes it feel that they are reusing water that is not being filtered out or perhaps the odors are coming from stand still water in certain places of the car wash as you are going through. The car wash does it's thing but the quality can improve. If you are going to charge more for monthly memberships, the quality should be better. Lastly I was charged extra for moving one vehicle to my other account as I was down grading which did not make sense. I had paid the current month for the premium wash which had not come to an end as the month had a couple days to go however I still got charged for moving my vehicle to my other account which was set for the basic wash. I don't understand how / why I was charged the couple extra dollars for the change.

This place is new from what it seems like but honestly I’ll be coming back again. Just seems convenient. There’s plenty of car spots and have everything you need for one of these self washing car places. The machine itself did a pretty good job washing my car. There’s two types of vacuums which is a plus for me. I feel like I can take my time here and do what I gotta due due to how big this place is.

Edit: they replied and are denying damage when clearly their machines obliterated my trunk trim. Big mistake ruining my paint by repeatedly wasting money with your car wash franchise. SAVE YOUR PAINT DONT COME HERE. Also no bodyshop work on my vehicle. I got hands, this ain't chatgpt. Original: I noticed the machines would leave scratches on my hood and I didn't mind since I would polish my vehicle. Then one of the machines malfunctioned and broke the trim of my trunk. I filled out a form thinking I was going to get compensated in some form, but nothing. So I came back asking for a refund they gave me the run around and told me to come on thanksgiving when the manager was there. It was closed. Then I came back yesterday and one of the workers said because there's a sign stating they are not responsible I couldn't get a refund on my membership. Just beware your car will be scratched and if the machine malfunctions they will avoid responsibility. Crazy how they treat loyal customers.

This was the worst car wash I've ever been to. They ruined my car; it scratched it and broke a light, and they didn't take responsibility. They told me I should have noticed when they were vacuuming my car, and I only realized it about 10 minutes later. They told me I should have waited 5 minutes after the wash. I don't recommend this place if you don't want to spend more than your wallet would allow.

Great management very helpful with the membership plan. Will say sometimes a basic wash doesn’t get your car all the way clean but we can understand how that works but honestly for 21.99 a month up to two car washes a day free vacuums you really can’t beat that. And also all the employees are super super kind. Definitely something I would recommend!

first time I went in today in this location, I enjoyed washing my car here, you pull up like in a drive thru, then get charged before entering the wash zone, then get guided to align your wheels to the automated car wash rails and washing begins there.. after it’s all done you can make a left and pull up to the vacuum area wheee they have multiple vacuums, also a air hose to finish drying your car.. good service But if I can add something is that the staff should ask to those who are there for the first time, that way they can receive guidance , at first I was a bit clueless specially when arrived at the automated wash station to align my tires, I didn’t know when to stop and when to place my car in “N” Neutral, other than that it was a good experience, still debating if I should get a monthly subscription or not..
