Terrible absolutely terrible left streaks on every glass surface, didn’t clean inside rear view mirror didn’t wipe down seats only wiped the driver butt seat with amoral so you get the slidy slick feeling getting in and out of the car left what looks like someone squeezed or rung out the wet rag on the wall on my back driver passengers seat with dirty water dripping Nd and dried to the inside all they really did was pressure wash the outside with some soap lightly scrubbed with a towel and vacuumed the inside why spend the money for a mini detail here when you can spend 30 bucks on supplies and use the other 33 bucks to get yourself a good lunch after the work you did

I was pleasantly surprised to find somebody that understands his way around a paint job. My wife's car had scratches from our grandson's artistic ability with a blunt instrument on the side of the car. Tim worked his magic and restored the paint to its original luster. I am very happy, because now, my wife is very happy!

Horrible. Make sure you check your car before paying or better yet don’t waste your time or energy coming to this place. I was hoping it would be a good car wash due to the fact that it’s the only hand car wash in the area but I was wrong. And they get an attitude when you tell them that your car is not done right. They didn’t do my windows or my tires. And I paid for the most expensive one 50$ because I have mid suv.

I had the $190 detail package done this past Sunday morning. Upon showing up, the guy there smelled like he had been out drinking all night and came straight from the bar. Not always a concern as I realize sometimes it doesn’t affect a person’s job performance. However, it apparently did this time. The interior and interior glass looked like it was cleaned with a dirty rag. Streaking everywhere. None of the door jambs were done either. The worst part is that the guy took it upon himself to use rubbing compound in one area of my car. The result is in the pics. I took my car to an auto body shop and they confirmed the damage was done by someone who didn’t know what they were doing. I’ll never go here again and would strongly recommend you don’t either. The only way I will return is to give them the bill for the damage they caused that I will get professionally repaired.

Terrible experience.. the guy at the desk made me wait 15 minutes to take my order when he found out that I wanted the wash #1 and walked out on me to go finish detailing another car, when taking my order would have taken him less than 1 minute. I eventually chose the wash #2 that included fender tires clean up, just to find out they didn’t even sprayed water on them when I picked up the car. On top of that, they ripped off my floor mats from the securing straps. NOT COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN.

Went by for their $25 package and the manager asked me to pay before my car was finished and I did, but have never done that before. After getting my car it and streaks all over and looks like it wasn’t dried properly at all. Inside was done by someone else and was done well, but the man who did the exterior was just sloppy and didn’t care as much as the other workers there. All cars done before mine were done by other workers and looked perfect so I guess it’s luck of the draw. Second time here and haven’t been truly satisfied either time. Suggest don’t tip before seeing your car or don’t come at all.

I came because the place had some good reviews. Idk what happened or if I just went on a " bad day. I paid for their highest tier. Was VERY DISAPPOINTED. They were supposed to do all the door jams. I would never go again. Better off getting a mobile detailer.

I had an amazing experience with Tim and his crew they were super friendly and professional, and they paid attention to every detail. My truck looks brand new, inside and out. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service, and I appreciated the quick turnaround time. They even went above and beyond by cleaning areas I didn’t expect, like the air vents and cup holders. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to all my friends. Keep up the great work.

The worst car wash experience ever. The guy I initially spoke with couldn't speak English. He got a guy from inside the building, who had an attitude. Told him what I wanted, sat in a super cramped tiny room with a strange man who was feeling his legs and looking at me almost the majority of the time. There was no employee in the office, and I felt very uncomfortable. Then, about 25 mins later it was done --- I tipped the guy before I saw the finished product because it was all on the computer. Well, these pictures show the fact that he left this gross white film all over the tires, which wasn't there before, and there are still dirty spots all over my car. I won't be back. Super disappointed because my friend said they did a great job on her car. This is a terrible experience.

This is my first time using this place, I have a GMC Denali Truck, I am not impressed in the slightest. The whole grill was not even touched, it has as many bug splats as it was when I sent my son to go have it cleaned. The running boards weren't touched. I have gloss black wheels and can still see all the road grim on it, not touched either. I wanted hand washed as both vehicles are ceramiced. Which is supposed to be easier to clean, I guess not so much. I was going to have him take the car in after, but I will wait and look for another place that does hand wash and shine. I have no idea what my $42 paid for but it wasn't a external clean. I won't be back.

I wish I took pictures of how bad my truck was before these magicians worked their magic. My car looks, smells, and feels new inside and out. I had dog hair, sand, old soda residue in the cup holder, and crumbs from every drive thru in Cape Coral. He found em all and removed stains I thought were permanent. Support local, support quality. Mister and the rest are superficial and scratch your paint. This is service was mommas home cooked dinner; the rest are over priced microwaved pizza bites. You think it’s good. Till you burn the top of your mouth and empty your guts later. Thanks again guys

This place is amazing! I dropped my car off, let them have it for the whole day and they went to town on it. I have three boys and my car was a flipping mess. And now it looks brand new. I can’t say enough about how efficient and professional they are. The pricing is a little less than what you would expect to pay to get a car professionally detailed. I can’t believe they got all the stains out. Awesome place! Five stars all the way. Update! Dropped the van off! The photos speak for themselves!!!
