Their dog wash is amazing!!! You get a private room and the bath table is in the middle of the room, so you can walk around your dog. The machine dispenses the soap and conditioner together with water, making it really quick and easy to apply. They have a dog vacuum that has a kind of built in brush, and two different speed blowers. They provide a disposable plastic apron, which did prove helpful-ha! The machine takes credit cards, and charges you for the time you used, up to 15 minutes for $10, and you can restart it if needed. It also took cash. There is also a vending machine that only takes cash, which has treats and small towels and wipes. It was the easiest (and quickest!) dog wash I’ve ever used, and way better on both of us than dealing with the house shower or hose. It took me 21 minutes for my dog, but I spent too much time pre rinsing (didn’t know the soap would have water with it), and rinsing the conditioner (I couldn’t tell if it was gone, because the water has so many bubbles). Next time I think I’ll dry her with a towel before vacuuming/drying. My only complaint was that they say its air conditioned, but I was super hot and dripping sweat by the end. But, trust me, I will be back!!! It is also a great car wash. We take all three of our cars there, and have the monthly plan for one of them. I have also gotten two of the cars detailed at the Del Prado location and was very happy. Great place!!!

Have to just add to the most recent reviews. Since the sale this place is no longer one I would go to. They no longer spray the vehicles. I called Mr Car Wash to complain only to receive a call back from the same girl I complained about who was pretty rude telling me that they are "tweaking their equipment" so that there is no longer a need to spray. I told her that was not working and her customers should not be the test case for this new method. She told me to just go through twice... ya that's not a good response. Went again today and the pics don't show it but my car is far from clean. I will be cancelling my membership.

Before entering, I was asked if the antenna was power. I replied no. Then, I was pre washed by the employee and directed into the car wash. During the wash, the antenna was ripped from the steel cowel, breaking the antenna and damaging the metal. I had to remove it myself to continue on our trip. Update.. they have purchased a new antenna to replace damaged antenna

SCAM! This place has not only gone as far downhill as possible, but they charge you for things that you do not get. I was just there today, 30 mins ago. I saw exactly which car wash package included the tire shine. I confirmed with the attendant that the package indeed included the tire shine. As you can see from the pictures, the tires are absolutely filthy and there is no tire shine whatsoever. Among stacking the cars bumper to bumper inside the chute, the air dryer is worthless. My vehicle is loaded with water spots. They no longer offer any interior packages. I am not paying $20 to dry and vacuum my own car. This car wash is a complete ripoff. It seems that this place has cut every corner, every cost imaginable. I'm pretty sure the vehicle is dirtier than before I brought it there. I will never go back to this place.

The car wash broke my radio antenna. I reported it and the gentleman put all the information in the computer. I have yet to hear from anyone. I have called 3 times asking for a return call and as yet no one has returned my call. I guess corporate will be my next contact. So not happy. Not even close to good customer service. I'll never use Mr. Car wash again

Have always had a good experience here. They are very helpful also. Truck decided not to go into gear after the wash and they noticed it right away as I had people behind me. They stopped the wash and helped push my truck out without even asking they were already there to help. This is a Good place to go. Good people here 💯

I am very disappointed with my experience. I just got home from my trip to wash my car. I spent almost $27 on the premium car wash and I still have dirt on my car. The tires are horrible. For the amount of money you spend to get a car wash it should at least take the dirt off. I think I am better off hand washing it myself. Downtowner car wash at least got it clean for me. I liked that they sprayed the bugs and stuff before you went in. Spending Almost $30 for a car wash and you still have to go home and do it by hand is ridiculous.

This is just a car wash. Stop having the attendance asking for a tip. For what do they need a tip for? Spray my vehicle down and tell me when to go. Pay your personal more money so they don't have to beg for tips. Tipping culture is outrageous.

Yesterday I renewed my monthly wash pass, after being away all summer. I used the mat machine to remove all the sand from them. I used the vacuum for an hour and a half for free( good thing I’m not paying by the minute). My minivan looked really decent if I do say so myself. The wash job took care of everything else!

When you sign up for the unlimited carwash deal for a month, they take the liberty of assuming you want a recurring charge on your credit card that doesn't end until you call them and complain. No where did it say I was going to be charged again when I paid for one month of unlimited washes at the kiosk. This is fraud.

I am very disappointed with my experience here. While the staff was friendly, I selected the premium wash, and they missed some very obvious things on the inside to the point where I called when I got home. However, got no answer. I will not go back and waste my money here. Never want to pay for the best service they offer to get not even the bare minimum done inside. I am posting some pics of when I got directly home from the car wash and what I found that the left. My car was very dirty from multiple road trips, and they rushed and left very obvious things like soda on the inside back seat car door from a cup holder one of my kids used.
