They wont leave you alone when you are trying to make your selection at the screen. All i wanted was a basic car wash and ended up with nasty tire shine all over my nice rims because the guy was distracting me when trying to make my selection👎

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was traveling through and needed to wash my car, and afterwards noticed I had paint chips and nicks and bubbles on my hood, which were not previously there. I contacted customer service and my issues were not acknowledged until I pointed it out again with proof. Then was told they were from rocks and paint issue with my car. Not to mention the $20 wash barely got any dirt off the front. Waste of money. Waste of time. Waste of a car wash and business in Channahon. Wish Crew car wash was in IL. Make sure to do the touchiness wash over at the Jewel Osco gas station, that one does the job! Edit: to the owner of the reply - Thank you for looking into this FINALLY. there was no pre wash’s ration and if there was it’s not noticeable as I didn’t see it as I pulled in. Also I was offered a re wash but I declined bc like I said again, I was traveling through and won’t be back in the area anytime soon to do so. The lack of communication from your employees is the reason for an unhappy client. The emails exchanged made it sound as if my complaint wasn’t being acknowledged in any way except for the leftover dirt, and it just seemed like the employee and company were covering their own tail end. As far as the scratches go I would gladly like to see the video of before and after as again, I had not seen the nicks in the car hood before the wash.

It’s a descent car wash to have in town, but the only thing is I’ve noticed is the drying isn’t as good compare to the one in Morris. It leaves water residue on the side of the front doors as well as the trunk. That’s the only thing that they need to improve on, but other than that the monthly pass is very convenient to use in town! I’ll give you 5 stars if you are able to adjust the speed going through the wash so it can dry my car along with others more effectively.

The Minooka/Channahon location will regularly leave grease on your vehicle. Easy to wipe up but inconvenient when you are at a car wash. If your vehicle is damaged by the carwash, they will not stand by their product and you are on your own for repairs. My professional quote of $100 worth of damage was not worth it to them for me to keep 3 memberships alive.

Decent car wash. Wish they had a brush that goes over the front and top of your car instead of just drapes. Also need to up their game with the amenities available after to wash your car. If there was a Gas 'N Wash close by I would be going to that one instead. Other then that it's the best available in the area that offers a monthly plan.

My car wheel well was torn off when driving up into the car wash. Although I can slightly understand their point of view on why they wouldn’t compensate the repair costs (because my car is slightly lowered) I still feel like I should’ve been compensated due to the workers still waving me to drive in and not telling me to stop because my car is too low The manager stated they couldn’t see the wheel well while I pulled in, but my wheel wells are no lower than my bumper, so they hit the yellow part on the track when my car stopped going downhill when it initially came in In my opinion they should’ve stopped my car if it was anywhere near too close to the ground for their Carwash, and since they didn’t I believe that is their fault, I figured since I was being waved in that I was more than good enough to go The worker and manager were both very respectful but at the end of the day I ended up with a bad situation that probably could’ve been prevented that they didn’t want to help with and now I have to pay fully for.

Great looking place with very helpful staff. But the wash was not great. I felt like it's moving too fast and the brushes are not touching the car (see picture) . Back of my car was mostly not cleaned. This place just opened up , maybe they need to dial in the settings on the automated wash.

Would not recommend. Went to the car wash and had normal dirt on my car. Left the car wash with grease marks all over my hood roof doors and windows. I went back to speak to a manager and was told that the grease marks were already there. The manager then sent me through the car wash again and had more grease marks on my hood. The manger did not offer me a refund( I paid for the $12 wash) and simply told me to go home and use a microfiber rag to get it all off. I spent close to an hour trying to get all the grease marks off my car.

It's OK bit for the price they need to do better. They need to have a pre wash to get the spots they know the wash will miss. It missed my tailgate back bumper and my running boards. I have been to many washes like the between here and NW iowa and this is by far the worst one the upside to this place is the free vacuums are decent . My suggestion is get the guy that pulls you in to do a few min pre wash and I think this place would be great and would get 5 stars but for $16 it can be alot better

Spent $16 on a car wash to still have soap on my car asked for some help, was given a polish rag that had dirt on it complain further it was laughed and waved at by ignorant help do yourself a favor and save yourself. Some money just cost me $11 to get my car re-washed somewhere so I will just be disputing the first charge with credit card company as services were not rendered. went to Shell across the street and you can see the job they did. if you read reviews, you will see I am not the only one with this problem. Other people had to go across the street to get their car washed properly just avoid this place. He’ll be much happier.

BEWARE! This car wash will Damage your car and the owner will not do a thing about it. I had several side pieces from my car fly off as well as the fenders on each side of my car pop out. I called the manager, they watched the video and agreed they were at fault and originally said they would take care of it. The manager told me to get a quote for the repairs at a nearby shop which I did. He told me they worked closely with the car repair shop and could get everything taken care of for me pretty quickly. It has now been close to a year and still nothing has been fixed. He has given me the run around many times, not responding to calls, and acting like he doesnt know whats going on with the repair shop.
