I paid 20 for the works and it did nothing to remove the bugs. The attendant said if not I could go through again. The treatment failed to remove the bugs. I drove around again and the manager looked and saw all the bugs remaining and approved the second $20 wash. Seriously. It failed AGAIN. But thanks to the free holiday rags and and cleaning cloths I used to clean the bugs, I have a clean car. They were really stuck on and I pretreated with a bug tar remover before I drove through. Nevertheless. Tommy's failed the bug test. Big time. Photos after SECOND wash. Look close.

I got the $20 package deal and it got all the dirt and old rain stains off my car but the only down side is that there was still a few water marks when I was finished I wish they would supply microfiber towels by vacuums or an air pressure machine but overall will come back

I’m literally leaving right now. Talked me into the $20 car wash because “that’s what will get the bugs off” … Not only didn’t get the bugs off. It didn’t get off one other thing on my car. I’m literally sitting at the vacuums, scrubbing and cleaning my car still. Vacuums also suck. No power whatsoever. Last time I come here.

I went to Tommy’s to get my car washed the other day. It was closed. When I called to ask why, they let me know they were closed due to the temperatures outside. Not a lot of businesses have their employees stay to let their customers know they’re closed.

Just went tonight to their haunted car wash. I never knew they did that and I always take that street . I saw all the cars in line and the sign on the way home and had to stop with the kids. It was fantastic the Beetlejuice looked pretty close to the real one from the movie. The decorations and the goodie bags was a nice touch too. It was well put together. Great job to the staff! The only negative is the traffic backed up on the main street it was hard getting in and out. Otherwise great expierence! Great job to the staff!

Such an amazing place to get a car wash. I've never been to a car wash where the employees are always smiling and happy to greet you. Everyone at this company does an amazing job at what they do! To be honest I don't know what I think is better the service or the hospitality from the employees. Every single time I get a car wash it's like my vehicle is brand new again. The monthly membership is by far the most Superior of any car Wash company around. I like to get the works for $35 a month I wash my car frequently due to the unlimited services with the monthly package. They also have floor mat cleaners that work amazing with my WeatherTech floor mats. They also have a floor mat cleaner for regular mats as well too. The fact that the vacuums are free is the icing to the cake. 10 out of 10 I'm coming back again.

DAMAGED my license plate! DO NOT RECOMMEND. I’ve been to many different similar car washes without any issues. First time (and last) using this place and was SHOCKED to see my plate like this. Completely unacceptable. Emailed them and they said they can’t do anything about it. Extremely disappointed - do not come here unless you want to risk this type of damage to your car. You’ve been WARNED

The staff works so hard to keep things running smooth in these frigid temperatures and they are very polite. They have the best equipment around. The manager Chris was very helpful.
