No longer worth it. 1.) Car wash itself is no longer pressure wash / brushless. Facility has been retrofitted with rag spinners like the Flagship franchises. This will result in micro abrasions. 2.) $34 (!) for full exterior / interior cleaning and rims. 3.) My car was sitting neglected for about 5 minutes after service. 5.) Rims were still dirty and visible splotches noticeable all over paint exterior.

I went to that car wash today and they machine pulled my car bumper off my car this car wash ruined my car "beware"when I talked to the manger they tell me that the company not responsible for the damages i took pictures of the damages also

I paid 26.99 for a wash on august14th 2023. They didn’t wipe the car down I had to make them vacuum the back seat over because it looked like they didn’t do it at all I spilled curry chicken in my car and wanted the smell out. Thankfully the smell is gone but it’s still on my car door . And the said they would get it out. I remember going here with my dad when I was younger( back when they had the hole puncher card) and his car would be spic and span. Idek what’s going on now . But it’s seems they need new workers or management because something hasn’t been right Since Covid

I’ve been coming here for years! They are under new management and this is how the hood of my car was returned to me. My hood was bubbling and scratched. Like something peeled it. I called and they refused to take any accountability. I am currently speaking to an attorney. If you have had a similar issue please reach out. We have to hold these people accountable.

Upon my first visit to the car wash since its change in management, I was pleasantly greeted at the payment window. They offered a $59 membership for unlimited washes, a $10 special, and regular services starting at $34.99 or $28.99. The process requires customers to drive through the wash first, then to the vacuum area. Before I could even gather my belongings, employees swarmed the car. I decided to cancel the lifetime membership, which allows for unlimited monthly washes, but was told I could no longer use the remaining funds. They stated this policy was in writing and I should have waited a few days before canceling. When I asked to speak with the manager, they confirmed the same policy. I then requested a courtesy car wash in lieu of the $59 refund, but they refused, reiterating the no-refund policy and suggesting I should have waited to cancel. They concluded by saying they could not assist me further and wished me a nice day. I advise against going there due to their poor customer service, and if you do, avoid purchasing the membership.

First time here since new management and remodeling, a very mechanical experience. CONS: *Membership $65 *The workers are cold, no smiles and unfriendly. *No longer touchless brushes *Brushes slaps, hits hard, back and forth on vehicle. *No hand tire shine, shine comes out the machine before exiting the car wash. *Mats are wet when they put them back in the car. PROS: All three car washes are owned by the same management. You can go to either one with the same membership. *Wash Works, Howard St *Liberty Heights, Druid Hill make a right turn on Walbash Ave. *Catonsville, across from Double TT Diner

Just left here I rarely come here. They left bird poop on my car which was the reason for going. And for some reason the lady cleaning inside my car decided to pull the lever under my steering wheel ( the adjuster) didn't notice until I was two blocks away and was wonder why my car was driving weird when I turned the corner. Won't be returning that could've caused an unnecessary accident

Went here to get my truck washed, wasn't completely satisfied with the service. Rims were still dirty and visible splotches noticeable all over paint exterior. But top it off they STOLE my daughters air pods out of the truck. I will never return and hopefully they will lose customers with this review.

I brought my car there last week they do a horrible job . I went to this same location years ago was not happy with the service I was told they were under a new name so I thought it was bought out and another company took over is why I tried it . My car was still dirty and windows I would not recommend this place to anyone .

It should not take an hour for a car wash. I have been coming here for years and yes they are usually packee but fast. Today it took me an hour from start to finish to get a car wash. I carved out 30 m thinking I would be done, but took an hour today. Not sure whats going on or if they just need some more stagf but they need to put in some work to get it fixed. Now, they make you pay before they start your car so you cant even leave. Like we have nothing else to do all day. I am far from a complainer, this was just a very poor use of time and very inconsiderate ! Do better and I will update my review ! Took a picture to show you its not an hour worth of cars here today

I come to wash works often. Went there 2 days ago, they did an excellent job on my car. I always take money out my car so we don't have any problems. Today I go look for a quarter and all my change is gone. I go back there just to make them aware. I manager told me he trust all his staff and they would never do that. Wth. I will never go back again. I

I have been a member for several years before the new owners even took place about a year and a half. I get The monthly membership that does not include washing inside the windows, which doesn’t make no sense to me right there. But if you want the inside windows wash, you have to pay an extra eight dollars which I am fine with. The problem is they use wet rags to clean inside of your windows, so the next day or the same day when the sunshine through the windows, it’s nothing but a smeared up mess. I brought this to the detention of the two managers their responses and we don’t have dry towels so then I asked for the phone number for the owners. They can’t give that out OK but you’re charging people eight dollars and the windows are all smeared up because you’re using wet dirty rags to dry the inside of the windows! The owners need to know this because those little boys that call themselves managers that’s what they were a little boys, they did not address the problem. The one guy addressed my prom. The first time I complained about it but now that he has a partner manager, you know it was like a gang up. No, we don’t. We don’t use dry towels we don’t have dry towels to drive inside of your windows. Dammit don’t charge me eight dollars to do the windows for them to be all smeared up when the sun shines through. I hope your owners see this and correct this issue because I can take my business someplace else cause the only reason I usually need to start off because you’re inconvenient location for me that’s all because the job is not that great that’s why you don’t have business this business that you bought every day there was a line all the way of Howard St to 24th St. do you have that kind of business now no you don’t. You need to address some things. Thank you.

First time here waited 45 minutes to get the clothe finish and tires polish. In the time of waiting trash can blew over and stretched my car and owner is talking about other part of my car that didn’t have impact from the trash can. Won’t take responsibility and is completely unprofessional
