Overall good and clean, vacuums worked well, but several of the options on the car wash did not work (spot free rinse and turbo dry, specifically), so we wound up losing money as we'd accounted for that in our time.

They have a great Car Wash even though they are located on a Barren stretch of Patapsco extension everybody that has lived here for any amount of time knows that is the best place 24 hours a day to get a car wash. And they have an attendant there during the day work hours that is. To make sure it stays clean and safe.

It's exactly what you expect. Self car wash, good enough, wish the credit card reader let you select your time instead of making you swipe every minute to keep washing.

Come through here before I processed the VPC. I used the drive-thru automatic car wash and it didn’t do a very good job. Luckily, the staff were kind enough to issue a *partial* refund. We ended up using clean rags to finish the job.

I bypassed people using the self serves washes to go to the touchless car wash. Now I know why there were no cars at the automatic wash: it's lousy. I could have balled up a $10 bill and had a similar result. Lesson learned - find another car wash.

Not the 1st time I've purchased a wash and couldn't wash my vehicle. Many time I used my card and was charged for two washes. If you use cash and can't get your wash there's no way to get a refund. It's like this company give service based on location.

The vacuums weren't working great. The car wash was fine. We had trouble using a card and had to switch to the other car wash stall We felt unsafe. Early in the morning, as there was a man picked a car wash right behind us when the whole place was empty. He kept watching us. My daughter and myself. We were at the vacuum cleaning and vacuuming. He then pulled up right next to us to chamuie his car off in the sun, at the vacuum station. Who does that? He was still watching us, and his windows were all tinted black. It was only him and whoever in his car and us. We didn't feel safe, so we hopped in the car and took off. We came back later with other people there. He was gone. I think they need a security guard or an attendant.

Pretty basic place but a few negatives really stand out. they aren’t competitively priced for the area. There’s several other car washes in all of them have an express wash that’s usually a dollar to two dollars cheaper. this becomes a real concern, when you discover that the express wash does not include the dryer for the automated wash. It’s rare to see a car wash location with owners so cheap drying isn’t included.

Went through the auto car wash. Anytime I've used this type of car wash in the past at different businesses, it's done a great job cleaning my car. I was hoping this would do well, the location is convenient. There's a lot of dirt and bird poop left on my car after paying for the second most expensive wash (I think it was called "Deluxe"? It was $14 and not worth that much).

The second car wash I visited since moving to MD and will now only go there. I only use self-service car wash bays. This car wash has many of them and it only cost $8 to wash my car. When using the power wash with soap option, there was a good amount of soap compared to the competitors. Had a great first experience and I do not plan to go elsewhere.

First off, use the automatic wash if you can, it reduces 90% of issues found here in the comments section. Secondly, if you have an issue while you’re there, call their number. Someone will work with you to make it right. I was unhappy with the condition of my car after using the wash bay. It wasn’t clean after running through the wash options. I called the number and Mark came out and worked with me to make it right. Lastly, despite what google says, there are no free vacuums here. It costs $2.00 for 4 minutes.

A lot of quarters are not counted - the machine misses them. So you get to insert a lot of extra quarters. Their equipment is outdated and sucks. Expect to pay extra.

At the beginning didn’t seem very good, the price for the self service was okay but the equipment was old. One of the triple foam conditioner cords were tangled up so it barely even sprayed with soap. The vacuum where I went to didn’t even start, even though I put 2 dollars for it to start. Tried to find an employee for a refund but there’s literally not even a single person at the place (employee/manager). Please remodel the place, it’s been here for a very long time and there’s been no remodeling or nothing, a lot of people come here I’m sure you have the funds to do it. And please do better.
