It's well run. The staff is very conscious of the pandemic and consistently keeps the handles of washers and dryers sanitized as well as the clothing carts, tables, chairs and bathrooms. A person couldn't ask for a better well kept environment. Every washer and dryer works extremely well. Rates are the best for your buck. I dont usually do reviews, but they deserve it. Great place.

This place is awesome! The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and they accept debit cards! No more going to the bank or ATM to get cash! Absolutely love this place, and I don't have to worry about the machine eating my money! Also, everything works! The staff is amazing, they take the time to show you how to use everything, and they make sure the facility is clean. I will certainly come here for all my laundry needs. I hope they will eventually offer dry cleaning services because I will also do my dry cleaning here as well!

Who wants to spend their Saturday night doing laundry?! Yea me either...I just moved into an apartment and now have to do laundry at a Laundromat and I was not thrilled about it due to past bad experiences. Well this place was so different from what I have ever been too! The staff were so nice and attentive. The machines were all clean and working! They have different sized machines and A/C! There were about 4 televisions, wifi, snacks, the cards to use the machines were so easy to use! It was a great experience!

I love this place! Hands-down, the best place to do laundry in Abilene. I have never had to wait on a machine; even during peak times, there are plenty of machines! Always very clean, and spacious enough to get your work done while the air conditioning and heating system here are great as well. Wi-Fi and TVs to watch. Seriously, the best laundromat I’ve ever been to.

Definitely one of, if not THE best laundry facility in Abilene. Love the self-service card system, and the large variety of washers and dryers. Even on a busy day, it was rare that I had to wait for an open washer, but even then it wasn't for long. The industrial sized dryers are awesome and makes drying large loads of clothes doable. And my laundry always felt safe. I could leave to the gas station across the street to grab some food and my laundry would be left alone. The staff are very polite and helpful, and they constantly walk around sweeping and wiping down equipment. It's one of the cleanest places I've ever seen. If you don't have a washer/dryer, go here. Very impressed by how clean and convenient everything was.

Lots of washers and dryers to use. It can get pricey if you separate and wash (whites,colors, towels), but they have a huge washers that fit multiple loads. The dryers are huge. The place is very clean with bathrooms. The staff is nice and helpful, and they have a few activities for kids. They also have a laundry service, which I haven't used.

I drop off a bag of clothes that weighs 14 pounds and get charged for 18 pounds of clothes. See pictures. They don't even make it right. I'm out $7, but the money is not an issue. The issue is the fact that they act like they don't care, never will I return.

Had to stop here when my washer broke, very clean, these commercial washers are huge! Should've brought more laundry...I was very impressed w the cleanliness, one of the workers was spraying and wiping the chairs and chair mats, the machines were clean, bathroom was clean, it smelled so good in there!

It was my first time here and I thought he machines would take my credit card. :) Luckily, the staff was very sweet and helpful, and they directed me to the machine where you fill up a card. Great attendants! They were kind and patient in showing me how their washers and dryers worked. They also through in some extra pointers on how to properly select the right size machine for the load I would be washing. The washing machines are capable of an extra wash and rinse for an additional fee. This is an awesome extra feature to have available at a laundromat.

Lots of laundry machines, three different sizes, and dryers! The staff helped very well when we asked questions, explained and helped. The place looks clean, and there is a waiting area with play area for kids. Also they sell some detergent and softener when needed, they also sell snacks. Bonus is that the supermarket is across the street!

I was here about 4:10pm on Monday, 11/3/2025. Usually when I am here it’s about 45 minutes with drying and folding clothes. The staff is usually very kind and and helpful. They are always cleaning or helping someone. Not this day. I noticed the business wasn’t being kept up, and I was surprised. When I was bringing a basket back into the business the wheel caught in a rut. I almost fell forward into the basket. I ended up hurting my leg. No one came to see if I was okay, but I didn’t expect it either. This elderly lady is okay, my leg is very sore.

Richard made my first time experience WORTH IT! I had questions (loading a new card with $20) and he answered and assisted me so swiftly. EVERYONE was extremely nice and they all kept the place SANITIZED including the restrooms! 🤩 They know their clients name, I was in and out in 1hr including fold time. The machines washed and dried my 2medium loads ($5.60 20mins)and one small load($2.80 20mins), using 2 dryers ($0.75ea 20mins) I honestly loved this place! Bless your business!
