I used to drop my wash and fold off at a different business for wash and fold. They would literally make me feel horrible about dropping off so much laundry. I would DREAD going as they would roll their eyes, be confrontational, and clearly not happy when I would come. I started looking around to other options in Dover and found Wash Street. I cannot tell you how amazing my first experience has been. Efficient, cost effective and superb customer service! I will be a regular client - no doubt about that. As a small business owner with little free time, this is an amazing service I allow myself to free up what little time I have at home. Thank you!

They're awesome ! They don't normally take same day wash and bag but they saved me when my washer broke. Can't guarantee the same day treatment for everyone ! But the staff was warm and helpful, even helped me bring my laundry back out to my car! Definitely would recommend their services.

While I know you mean well, the Loads of Love program is having HUGELY detrimental affects on the oldest gay bar in the city that is just next door. The crowd that is forming on the door step of the Breezeway is scaring customers away, and rightfully so. Not everyone who uses this service is bad, I don't want to be that guy, what you guys are doing is good. However, the blatant drug deals and usage right outside the window, the people asking for money or cigarettes, harassing customers, is sadly a side effect of this service. These actions, while not your fault or intention, are hurting this business that is already struggling in today's financial and political climate. Please reconsider your hours of operation, possibly limitikg this service to the early morning.

I've been using Wash Street now for a while for their pickup, wash, fold and deliver service out of the Dover route (I live in Lee but fall on the Dover route) and LOVE their service, whenever I speak with their customer service they are always friendly, professional and a pleasure to speak with. For example I just spoke w/ Caitlyn about a delivery scheduled for tomorrow that I needed to reschedule, no problem at all took me all of about 3 minutes on the phone and its done. The laundry always comes back clean and nicely folded in a plastic bag inside the laundry bag I provide. Definitely recommend these folks!

I used the Wash and Fold service a few times. They are okay if you're in a bind, and the delivery drivers are amazing. They always read my notes and leave my laundry where I ask, even though my apartment has multiple entrances. However, the "fold" part leaves a little to be desired. Each time I've used this service I've had to re-fold pretty much every item while putting it away. The folding isn't very organized or detail oriented. Even normal shaped square towels weren't folded properly. Unfortunately for the work I have to re-do every time, it isn't necessarily worth the price. Maybe using a wash and no fold service, it would be a little more worth it. My laundry also comes back with a weird smell even though I send unscented detergent. I now unfortunately drive an hour back and forth to my parents house to do my laundry.

They have an app that makes scheduling pick up, drop off, and payment easy. I had about 90lbs of laundry and it cost about $188. Everything came back in nice bags and they were folded and vacuum sealed. They found a lighter in some clothes and even put it in the outside pocket of the bag the laundry was returned in. The laundry smelled good. You can choose scented soap or unscented and folded or hung, as well as plenty of other options including dry cleaning.

Tried the pickup/delivery service just once: - pickup was easy despite our nonstandard pickup location and directions - delivery was hours after the stated delivery window (deliverer was friendly) - received other people's laundry mixed in with ours (someone else's socks) - only one shirt was hung (the rest folded) - a good portion of the clothes were wrinkled 2 loads worth of clothes/towels in two medium trash bags (8gal) at ~19lbs + delivery tip = $43. Not worth it for us at the moment especially considering that if we received someone else's socks, then we may also be missing items as well.

I decided to pilot them by using their Wash and Fold with pickup and delivery. Pickup was flawless, app lets you track the status, delivery was excellent! The service was pricey for me personally, but was worth it considering the pickup and delivery. I will be continuing with their Wash and Bag, almost half the price per pound. I called the store a few times with questions and every time I was given thorough and quick answers on everything!

I came here to do my laundry, and it was a great experience. All of the employees there are great. Extremely friendly and very helpful. The chalk board was a really fun idea as well! I will definitely recommend this Laundromat to my friends and family. It's unlike any other I've ever been to! Thanks for not being the normal boring Laundromat everyone's used to!

Always a problem, not picked up or not delivered. Do they take accountability? NOPE! The manager of the day is typically rude and cannot be bothered and they won’t pass along the message to anyone that can help. We have continued with them trying to better the relationship but it’s just not worth the effort at this point. If the owners cared they would reach out to their customers, instead they will tell you to find somewhere else. So we will be doing that. Edit: If I could give 0 stars I would. Response from “owner” with first of all a response to the name of “Kris” not my name and not sure where they got that from? Second of all gaslighting that it was the customers fault for their failures! Incredible just how ridiculous are. First of all the order was ready for pickup, second of all they tried to say we lack communication when I did call to complain. Also failing to note that we had an issue the week prior as well and they AGAIN FAILED to do their job and had to be called on Monday for correction. Then the best part is the “manager” tried to tell me I was rude on the phone because my staff was going to go without clean clothing yet again (which has happened so many times in our business with them I have lost count)! I think they would be upset also if they received the same crappy service they give their customers. Told them I would find a new place that day and I did. Also new place was SUPER nice and friendly and mentioned they have gotten a lot of Wash Street customers due to their lack of customer service, so I guess we found the right place. You need to reassess your responses to customers and train your staff and listen to what these reviews have to say as most of them are poor. Your responses as a business are horribly lacking any kind of compassion and are in turn gaslighting or blaming the customer and taking zero accountability! . If you cant deal with an upset customer than you shouldn't be in the customer service industry!

Got a comforter blanket dry cleaned there on behalf of my girlfriend. It was done promptly and well. However, staff was rude and the cost was approximately what it would cost to buy a new comforter blanket. I cannot recommend this place.

I was charged for the pick up order I scheduled but my order was never picked up. When I called the store for help, they didn't even know what to do.

I’ve had a great experience with this laundry service! The staff is always professional and upfront about pricing, which is clearly posted. They do a fantastic job with dry cleaning and wash and fold, and my items always come back fresh and well cared for. If you’re looking for quality service with options to fit your budget, they also have self-service machines. Highly recommend

The washers arent commercial grade just small loaders. I included pictures of how much I washed. I did 3 loads of laundry wash and dry and it cost me close to $35. When I asked the worker for anything he gave me an attitude. The place was 45 degrees and freezing. The tide pods I used (which you can use at home) didn't completely dissolve so when they were moved to the dryer they melted into my towels. When the first and 2nd loads were done being washed I was surprised at how dry they were because the rinse cycle is usually one that makes them sopping wet and then they spin dry making me believe the water didn't even out in the machine. Not happy at all with the experience.

I went in to do a wash, and although it was relatively clean inside, half of the front loading machines were out of order. They only have 8 or 9 front loaders to begin with.. The attendant said I could use a top loader, so I put my laundry in one before I realized, it's cash only. They need to get with the times. Not too many people carry cash anymore. With half of the machines not working, I can't recommend coming here. I seriously don't know how this place got a 4.3 rating.

Say they close at 4 on Sunday. I came to grab my clothes at 345 & they were already closed, so now my clothes are trapped inside until I get off work on Monday. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely won't be coming back here ever again & I'm going to spread the word as well unless I'm fairly compensated for this BS

Wouldn’t honor 10% off first order like it says on the website. Instead told me I could use the coupon on my next order. When I called to explain the size of my order as a courtesy since it was a large order, the person on the phone went “Ahhh!” and then proceeded to tell me “You made me sad.” They washed the clothes nicely, but I wouldn’t use them again. I even got told “We are charging you a $10 delivery fee to see if you’d change your mind about placing your order.” I didn’t even get a quote for the full amount of my order, only partial so I was slammed with a huge invoice that they never discussed with me either. They split the work into 3 orders but only sent 2 invoices. When I tried to explain the weird customer service I received after being denied my coupon, I got no response from the business. ***I have to add to my review that they melted three brand new mattress liners and they charged my card over $200 above what the portal said I owed. I still cannot get a response and had to do credit card disputes.

First time I’m leaving a review for a place or service I’ve never used but they deserve it. I was driving up from the mills and saw one of the Wash Street folks (blonde/redhead in her mid 20’s-30’s?) hop out of the van at a red light to help someone in a wheelchair who had dropped some stuff in the water/snow by the intersection while trying to navigate the terrain. So anyways shoutout to Wash Street and their great employees!

This was my first time here and loved it. If u want that small business feel and not crowded or overly busy this is place for you. The prices are very affordable. $4.00 for a 4 load stainless steel front loading machine or $6.50 for a 6 load stainless steel front loading machine. In comparison you'll find $9 to $9.50 locally in Manchester for a 6 load stainless steel machine. It's clean inside, there's a TV for you to watch, lots of magazines to read, toys for the kiddos and best part for the summer, nice cold AC that you'll appreciate as soon as u walk in the door. Really a hidden gem in the city with a bunch of apartments. This will be my monthly laundry mat for sure.
