Friendly staff for the most part. Great selection of food. Produce is usually fairly fresh and healthy. Meats are on par, seafood is good if you know what too look for. Over all no complaints but also nothing over the top to add. Good store good value.

I often frequent this Hannaford. It is clean, the deli is good, it never feels super crowded and you are usually out of there pretty fast. I'll always spend a couple more pennies and go to Hannaford over market basket where I feel anxious and want to avoid a certain type of shopper. My sister and I both worked for Hannaford in high school back in the day so until they do me wrong, I'll continue to shop there.

Paying $8 for a bag of ice really doesn’t sit well with me but needed it and forced myself to buy it. How much did you make off of that little bag of ice 70%, 80%? This is the greediest food store by far and are always charging 15 - 20% more just because they can.

Hannaford always seems to have what I want. The associates are friendly and helpful. Just for a minute, imagine that you couldn't go to a grocery store, any grocery store. Kudos to all the Hannaford people that keep our homes filled with good stuff. We appreciate everything you do. So I can say, thank you for your service. 😃

I am pretty sure I have witnessed a quite aggressive member of loss prevention accuse perfectly normal paying customers of attempting to steal/ mind you this was before they were even at a register. They were “hiding merchandise under their handbag/coat” but they didn’t have a chance to unhide it and… I don’t know … PAY FOR IT. Both customers were so mortified and one walked Right out

Meat department not looking so great, the cuts don't look good, groud beef has been not so tasty, been making the extra trip to a small store not to far away where you can get fresh groud chuck! And even will have prime cuts here and there. Prices are competitive but the steak just look better. At this point will shop here but will continue to buy meat elsewhere. Also being back brown cow yogert! I hate haveing to goto MB for it!

There was such a great selection of products here at this Hannafords. All of the staff were so wonderful and helpful, especially in the seafood section. Prices were quite fair and there was plenty of great items on sale. This store itself is located in a small town so I imagine that this store must get fairly busy at times. I will definitely be back soon for more!

Awful experiences at Goffstown Hannaford. Unfortunately for us, this is the grocery store that we use daily, so we will have to suck it up. BUT I plan to let other people know about the awful service here, so that they may make an educated decision for themselves. My wife and I use Hannaford Pick up and Delivery. We have 3 kids and very busy schedules, not enough time to go into the store and shop around like we used to do. Lately (about every other trip we make) there appears to be something wrong with our order, because the staff doesn't take the time to diligently check to make sure everything on our order makes it home with us. Stuff is missing or broken, which is just unacceptable. When we call the store to ask for the manager they did take the time to listen to and acknowledge the problem, but I'm not convinced he did anything to address his team about our frustration. He said he would credit us the eggs that they forgot and we could come back and get them, but that's completely besides the point.... Now we have to get back into the car, drive all the way back to the store to pick up eggs that shouldn't have been forgotten in the first place. And remember: this isn't the first time this has happened. My wife went back to the store to just get the eggs we were due, and STILL had to wait almost 15 minutes outside for someone to acknowledge she was there. They came outside empty handed and continued to ask her what she was there for, as they were completely unaware of the situation. Bottom line: Goffstown Hannaford is clueless, careless, and they display zero communication skills between the staff and their customers.... I do understand that we are all busy and have our own tasks and personal problems to deal with, but DO YOUR JOB!!! Or please, find another job. Management needs to take accountability for actions (or lack thereof) or they too should be replaced.

Awful. They charged me for 2.2lbs of lobster (2 chic lobsters). They were the smallest lobsters I've ever seen, so I weighed them. Turns out they were 1lb 11.6 ounces (1.7lbs) together.

I have been shopping at Hannaford in Goffstown since it was built in the late 80s as Alexanders. They have always had all the products I needed and everything has always been clean as a whistle, including the bathrooms. The meat and fish departments have very friendly associates who aim to please, and all that I have bought has been delicious. The produce is fresh and, if I do (rarely) find a piece of fruit or veggie that is not up to snuff, I simply bring it to an associate in that department and it is removed. The cashiers greet me with a smile, no matter how late in the day or how busy they are. I think of this as "my" Hannaford and can't think of any other place I'd rather shop for my groceries. A++!
