Not of the employees were wearing masks, yet they felt the need to ask me to wear one. I'm not sure the logic in this. This review is being left because of the black lady that felt the need to ask me to wear one when she wouldn't. Next time lead by example!

Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable about the wiring harness / wheel speed sensor I needed for my 2021 Ford Ranger. I decided to replace the ABS Wheel Speed Sensor myself after having major incompetence issues at two different Ford dealerships. O'Reilly's had 1 of the 2 parts in stock but was able to quickly get the 2nd part ordered. Jason called me when the part came in. Jason also put together a parts list / quote of possible different pigtails he thought might work because he was going to be off the following day. In doing that he made his co-workers job easier. I arrived the following day and was able to get the part I needed. Jason went above and beyond to help me get what I needed where Londonderry Ford and Autofair Ford of Haverhill, Ma failed... I hope the corporate pencil pushers at O'Reilly's realize guys like Jason have very uncommon work ethic and are a valuable asset to the company.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I bought 2 front hub assemblies for my truck with 3 year warranty (retail over $800 each), both went bad within 6 months. I have all receipts etc. Everett, the (newish) store manager, refused his staff to exchange both even tho they had 3 in stock. Staff wanted to exchange both. I've been a business customer there since O'Reilly's moved in, staff all know me. (Was previously a VIP auto parts store) This was the first time I ever had to return parts under warranty. I've spent thousands upon thousands in that store between customer and personal vehicles. From then on, I will drive further to ANY store other than this one. I can't wait for corporate to read this! Feel free to contact me corporate, I still have all my slips etc.

Worst customer service. I highly dont recommend this part store. The staff and managers are extremely rude. Veey unprofessional too. They give you the wrong parts then won't take them back. What????? You give the wrong part and now I can't return it. That was one issue. Next one, I bought some calipers, brakes and rotors here. One boot was ripped bring it back and the guy says oh did you rip it no I didn't rip it. Had to call customer service the order another one because the store was given me a hard time. The other one arrives late and the boot is missing off the calipers the same guy says oh they don't come with the boot. Really dude why do you even work here. Again had to order another through customer service it arrives with a boot however it's ripped. We ended up taking it and repairing the boot ourselves. Too much time back and forth. Horrible customer service Horrible experience. I would rather wait or pay more just so I don't have to come here.

After driving extensively through a slushy blizzard the car started misfiring. Fortunately we coasted our way into the plaza that had a O'Reilly's. With no idea what had happened we explained our situation to an associate (Connor). Not only did he explain what might be happening, but he provided us with a low cost fix and we were back on the road shortly after a few screw turns and some cleaner.

3rd store I went to because the Londonderry store was busy and the Derry store just didnt wanna do it, but Alex was great at the Manchester store, came out and replaced the headlight bulb in maybe 15 minutes max. Awesome employee, we need more honest hard workers like him. Send your lazy Derry employees there to learn from Alex.

I can't tell you how impressed my wife and I were by the outstanding customer service we received by Sean. I went for wiper blades. Sean looked up the parts and found the ones I wanted. Sean was not sure adapters would fit. So he went out to my car and removed the old blades. He the brought them into the store and assembled the adapters to the new blades. He then went out and installed the new blades on my car. All while being polite, courteous and professional. What an amazing employee and breath of fresh air. I will never go anywhere else for my auto parts needs as long as Sean is there! Jay if you read this will you please give Sean a kind word and pat on the back for us? Thank you...Mike and Carol

Brian from O'Reilly's on South Willow St in Manchester, NH was absolutely amazing! He is efficient, smart with great customer service skills, phenomenal positive attitude and advocates for his customers. It was a very tricky situation that I presented him with and he resolved the complicated issue while adamantly discussing the issue with his manager on the phone bilaterally advocating for his customer. He is absolutely a phenomenal employee. O'Reilly's is lucky to have him!

Shout out to Joshua & Bruce! Yesterday I had an issue with my headlight bulbs. All I needed was for someone to put them in. I started out at 10 am at Monro on Hanover St. (P.S) never ever ever go to that Monro. After getting the run around at Monro ,Joshua at O’reilly helped me out and put the bulbs in my headlights. And Bruce helped me out letting me know I was not going crazy.

Jason gave me the best service... assuring a perfect match and then explaining all of the process to properly apply it. he even helped. e to save some money in the process. while I waited, I saw the rest of the staff helping other customers in all sorts of ways with friendliness and with lots of knowledge.
