Lost a windshield wiper and was refused a reimbursement from the owner of the car wash. Will never come here again. Period. The accident could've easily been involved. The worker was around 20-22 years old, and was vulgar during the incident.

Great car wash. But using the automated pay was a hassle. Because the cards have the chips in them. I had to ask the attente to help me. He did, and had to go inside to use the card. But other then that, all was good!

Absolutely the best car wash. Cleans everything. The lava shine wash even got some tar left on my paint by mistake and took it clean off. Not to mention the friendly courteous staff and any issues I have at all they are always prompt to fix it right away. Will be going only to them from now on!

I just got my truck washed here. I put on a new bed cover the previous day. There was a bunch of soap and water in the bed of my truck after the wash. I had a box of LED lights that were soaked. Okay, that's my problem that my bed cover didn't work like it's supposed too. I pulled off to use their water hose to rinse my bed out. An employee walked over and said "you're not gonna dump a bunch of trash in my parking lot are you?" My truck bed had nothing in it but a small box with led lights. I can't believe that my first visit here, I was asked that. I won't be back!

The owner is absolutely rude. And will lecture you about how your vehicle can tear up his equipment. I understand that. But lecturing a customer for 10 minutes is completely excessive after your vehicle didn’t mess anything up. I will never use this car wash again. Learn to be nice to people who give you business.

One lane was closed I assume due to a malfunctioning arm as it was at an odd angle. The other lane that I pulled up to was barred by a piece of wood in place of the arm. The selection machine was faded and splotchy. There was damaged asphalt in front of the wash bay, perhaps a pothole? Overall the place hasn't been taken care of and looks like it's been there for many more years than it has. I was leery of paying and it either not work or be closed. I sat for a minute and no one came out so I backed up and left. I won't be returning. Tullahoma needs a good car wash. So far they all stink.

The best car wash in town! If you want to support a good local business this would be car wash to go to. My car always comes out clean by comparison to some that leave soap residue/dirt and have to drive thru yet a second time. I am always pleased and happy with my results.

Between the service and the quality of this company, they get five star plus from me. They always go over and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. I have never met a nice owner that makes sure that his company always stays nice and clean as well as very up to date. I don’t think there is anywhere in town for the price to get this kind of quality hands-down. The best company around I go there every week.

Wouldn’t recommend. Took my SUV and it came out still dirty, particularly in the roof. It didn’t appear the brushes touched it. They suggested taking it to another car wash which was more expensive. We ended up doing what we should have done in the first place, take omit home and washed it ourselves. What a waste of money

Passing through Tullahoma and needed a car wash. Great car wash local veteran owned. Helpful friendly service. Wash includes free vacs and a nice microfiber absorbent towel thicker than any other car wash I've been to. Support your local owned businesses.

Tried them out today and got the $20 wash. I was never so disappointed in a wash!!! My 10 yr old grand daughter does a better job! The wheels were so dirty I could write on the as well as the tail gate and around the side moulding and door handles there was dirt and dust and the edges of the bed were dirty and around the tail lights also. Worst $20 I've ever spent. Had to come home and wash it again my self. I will never be back!! Only reason for 1 star is I can't go any lower. Was hoping for an awesome experience !!
