Well, let me start with I work too early to use my membership day time and they close an hr early so I am unable to use evening time. Also, they don't bother with helping the front or rear when going through the car wash so its almost as if it isn't being washed. I could handle them not doing that necessarily even though it would be nice. What I can't handle is the hours that are posted is why I chose the membership. But as I said they are close at 7 pm. Its 7:13 currently. I can take a picture. It was 6:57 when I tried and cones were up. Cones are up in both lanes as you can see. I don't have a problem if these are legit closing hrs. What I do have a problem with is it says 8 pm on every take 5 and that is the reason I chose membership here. That's misrepresentation. I work hard for my money, If I give it away for a service, I expect honesty up front. The first time I ever used them I was vacuuming and took my grandsons car seat out to vacuum and drove to murphys gas station directly across the street and realized quickly that I left it and walked across and they didn't bother putting it in lost and found, they had to retrieve it from the dumpster area. No apologies, no nothing but I let it go. Now this? Take 5 speak to your employess near walmart in leb tn. Do better, please!

Sadly it's hit or miss, some days you get a worker who brushes the front and back like their paycheck depends on it lol and sometimes you get a quick slap of the windshield and that's it before you go into the actual washer. Here lately the vacuums don't work or have very low suction. Cancelling membership due to the inconsistency 😔

I am at the Take5 Car Wash in Lebanon, TN, by Walmart. They have a whole row of vacuums not working! Of course those are the ones that are covered. Went to one of the employees about it here and he said it’s probably the pvc pipe located above the vacuums that are clogged. He stated it would take 3-4 hours to clean it out and he doesn’t have time. I also asked why there wasn’t an out of order sign on them and he further stated they had one on there but the District Mgr. made them take it down. That let me know someone in mgmt. knows about the situation but nothing has been done! This car wash is also very dirty! Always has trash on the ground.

I love Take 5 carwash! To me it’s the best one and at a great price. I get the mid-grade wash with my membership and the car looks amazing including the tires. It’s also nice that they offer the use of towels and cleaning products.

Recommend the monthly membership it's one flat rate and you can wash vacuum and detail your vehicle all you need. The car wash itself is a little on the rough side but it gets the job done. Would be nice if they would add some exterior detailer or maybe something to clean your wheels with to their detail station. The vacuums work great, when they are not full of stuff at the tips due to people being to lazy to pick Up objects to big to be vacuumed then don't bother to pull the stuff out of the vacuum instead just go to the next one and do the same thing.

I like this car wash a lot. So easy to drive through and then vac. Just wish they would let me use e the vacuums when it is “raining”. I cancelled my membership because on a day when it was supposed to rain, but not a drop of rain there, the car wash and vacuums were off. I asked attendant to turn on vacuum for me and he refused. So I cancelled my payment. This is first time I’ve been back in months.

I love the people who work here. They go above and beyond to help to make your day as bright and shiny as your new washed car. Service is superb here. If you’re not happy how the car looks after the wash then they have no problem letting you drive through the second time again. That’s service to me and I thank you guys for making me feel special.

My passenger side mirror was broken while washing my car at this car wash, I filled the incident report, nothing was done. I went back to the the site, the manager give me a phone number, after multiple attempt, someone called me back, give me another phone number and email, but unfortunately nothing is done, So disappointed in the way you treated your customers. I thank God that I canceled my membership, no one else should go to this so called car wash.

Sometimes one side of vacuums doesn't work. Other side of vacuums need cleaning. Looks like nobody cares of this place from employees. Previous 3 Star review: The car wash is good, but some brushes hit your car very hard. The water pressure is too high, causing small leaks in the panoramic roof of my brand-new car. I use Take 5 Car Washes in different areas, and only this location has this issue.

The assistant supervisor Johnathan was great in helping me as I could not get aligned and he was very patient with me and my Jeep. This is the second time I've been here and they treated me with patience and kindness both times even when it was windy and cold. Its why I came back and will drive 30 min to keep coming back

Whoever the male attendant that was working on Friday 10/16 should be ashamed. You were very rude to my elderly mother and should do your job and keep your mouth shut. She works on your side of town and I am sorry it’s an inconvenience to you to let her use her membership there since she opened it across town. You had no business asking her personal questions because that’s not any of your business. You told her she needs to cancel her membership and start over. Well guess what we will all cancel all of our memberships and go elsewhere. There is a lot of competition in Lebanon now and we will be taking our business elsewhere. I have already left a voicemail and sure I won’t receive a call back.
