I had my windows tinted and a full interior/ exterior detail. I waited on site for the window tint so I didn’t have to arrange a ride and they were done in no time. There was rain in the forecast, so Daniel offered to come to my workplace to do the detailing after the weather passed. My truck looks immaculate. Honest people doing high quality professional work. This man and his business is simply unbelievable ( that word doesn't come close to the quality of his work). My car was just awful until about 2hours after he started. It truly shines outside in the sun you best have good sun glasses on, if not you could be sun blinded for a while. He's not "Look how good I am, he's how do you like it. Oh sir you had a spot on your leather seat I really tried to make it right. Duh I can't find anything wrong. 5 stars are not enough. I can hardly wait to see what you say. By the way he even does DUMP TRUCKS. You will NOT BE SORRY!

Daniel and Cordelle came to detail our Tesla and Prius today at our house in Franklin. The Tesla actually had concrete spattered on it by an accident when we were near construction site, so they had their work cut out for them. Daniel Pharris did the ceramic coating and window tinting on my Ford Expedition. Having a black vehicle is a lot of work, but when clean and well taken care of, its the slickest, most beautiful color on a vehicle. Daniel's communication was great. He came and picked up my vehicle and even dropped it off at my house once complete. The truck looks great and is very slick. Time will tell how the ceramic coating holds up to the elements but I am very happy with Daniel's customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended.

I took my car in looking like it had been used as a daycare, a drive-thru buffet, and a construction site at the same time. Crushed Goldfish, mystery sticky spots, dirt in places dirt should never be. I was emotionally prepared to trade it in. These guys returned it looking like I just stole it from a dealership showroom. I’m talking new-car smell, seats resurrected from the dead, and an interior so clean I feel underqualified to sit in it. I don’t know what kind of sorcery they use, but my car has never looked this good. If you’re debating whether it’s “worth it,” stop. Your car deserves this. Honestly, you deserve this. 10/10 would embarrass myself again just to see this transformation.

RIDICULOUS, spent 2000$ to detail the inside of my car. The price alone is WAY TO HIGH AND OUTRAGEOUS. But it was already done and I was given the total. My car wasn't all too bad. Yes it had pets inside and thats why I needed to have it detailed. I got screwed over by a friend and allowed them to use my car and it came back trashed. The car wasn't detailed worth 2000$ it should have been spotless. Stuff was all over the ceiling which could have easily just did a dusting. Stuff on the back behind the back seat near the window wasn't cleaned. Inside the console wasn't cleaned. Several other places wasn't clean. For 2000$ it shouldn't have come back looking like it did.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR DETAILING NEEDS!! I really didn't want to leave this review and as you can see by the photo of my text conversation with Daniel, I offered the company a chance to make it right so that I wouldn't have to leave a negative review. They chose not to do that, so here we are, unfortunately. I ordered the Platinum, or Ultimate, detailing service for my SUV. I also added leather conditioning and pet hair removal. 10 minutes after they arrived at my house to start cleaning my car, he called me out to tell me it was worse than he was expecting, and it was going to take a lot more time and money to get it clean. He commented that there was melted candy in the cup holders and consoles and more dog hair than he had ever seen before. It was going to be a 2-day job to do it right. Well, we agreed on the dog hair because there was a lot of it, but he immediately said he wasn't going to be able to get it completely clean without removing consoles and seats and that wasn't included in his "Ultimate/Platinum" price. They need to be specific about what is and isn't included. It was honestly like he'd never seen a car that had been used to haul kids and dogs around. I was blown away. It was obvious to me at that point that he didn't want the job and that's how I feel he left us. As you can see by the attached pictures: cup holders, the streaks on the exterior, the surface paint that I was able to scrape off with my fingernail, the trash left between the seats that was easily picked up, they "mailed it in" on our car and just wanted to get out of there. I texted them to come back out and fix what they missed. He asked for my availability. I told him, and I never heard from them again. This job cost me over $600. Look at the pictures. Would you pay over $600 for that? Again, I didn't want to leave a negative review because I know how that can impact a small business. I wasn't going to leave a positive review, but I also wasn't going to leave a negative one if Daniel had come back out and made it right. We would go our separate ways and call it even. I gave him the opportunity to make it right. Any small business should jump at the opportunity to make a customer happy. I wasn’t asking for a refund; I was simply asking him to finish the job I had paid for. He chose not to, unfortunately, and so I felt I had to leave this review to warn others. Go to someone else for your detailing needs or, at the very least, get a firm quote up front from Daniel. And if your car has melted candy or dog hair in it and might take a little extra effort for the price, find someone else. This company isn’t interested in it.
