Very disappointed. I have not been here since it was Wash and Wax Depot (nor did I know it was bought out when I pulled up). Staff was friendly and very fast but holy moly what a terrible job. I just did a basic in and out car wash but my car used to come out looking beautiful and was well worth $25 plus a tip. It’s now a drive thru was where you sit in your car like you would for a $7 car wash attached to a gas station. They don’t shine the tires anymore either. Back window was still dirty on the inside. A friend of mine actually asked if they even used water. A good rain would’ve done a better job or me, who is now going to have to rewash my car myself. And I still tipped $8 🤦♀️. Lesson learned, if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself.

This place is the worst! They no longer hand wash the vehicles. I’ve been going there before it was Wash and Shine and it was Wash and Wax. place was great last owner ran the place great. Now place has went downhill,”. They damaged my truck an stripped the paint off the hood. I filled out inicident report with manager and was told The owner Rick would contact me. After leaving multiple messages and checking in the place the owner never reached out to see if he was willing to do anything. He also owns another business clean wave. I would not recommend going there, if they damage your vehicle they won’t do anything for you.

Angel and his team at Wash & Shine Car Wash are literally the BEST in town. We’ve used multiple car washes in the area and they don’t compare! The team here pays attention to detail and do an amazing job every time we come. We had a mix up with our membership and Angel was quickly able to fix the error. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Avoid this place. They charged me $85 and my car was filthy when they were done. How is this even possible? I pre-cleaned the car before I brought it. I vacuumed thoroughly and I paid a ton of money for something as simple as shampooing and getting into the cracks and crevices with the vacuum. Not only was there dirt and crumbs in all the cracks and crevices but they managed to ruin my suede seats by somehow throwing a trash bag in my car that had been sitting on the ground pressed up against someone else's chocolate cake covered in icing. Then the outside of my car look like it had been washed with a filthy rag and when I complained about all the things wrong with it they claim there was no manager so the fellow who cleaned my car offered to clean again although it was still pretty bad. He also told me that's within the next hour to my carpets will be dry, to leave the windows open. I did that and for the next two weeks my car wreaked of mildew mold and funk. This place was a nightmare and I will never bring my car here again. Honestly the owner should give me a full refund and offer to pay for somewhere else to wash my car properly. Oh did I mention I was waiting for over 2 hours for my car to be done... only to come back and have to wait another half an hour for them to try to clean up the disaster they made in the first place.

Nineteen dollars exterior car wash. When I left my rims were still dirty. Both of my mirrors are dirty even bugs on the front windshield. What are the waste of time. The girl wiping down my car was worthless. I would never recommend them to anyone.

After my SUV was clean, I noticed in the dashboard that the back passenger tire was very low, I asked one of the guys if they could fill up the tire with air period he said that although they didn’t have an air pump that he could ultra one of his equipment to be able to do it. In five minutes, the tire was filled with air and it was out the door. They really saved my day. Took the extra step to help me which not too many people do today

I wanted just an interior cleaning in my truck. Their staffed jockey my truck around taking care of customers behind me in line. I get back in my truck and notice they didn’t even clean my dashboard or center console. As a business owner with 6 vehicles in my fleet I would never recommend this lousy service. I tried calling to discuss with a manager but could only leave a message. You’re just a number here, they value quantity over quality. Don’t waste your money

Car wash is in a great location of the town, unfortunately the people that they choose to hire not so much. This is unacceptable as a customer that has been attending this car wash since it has opened. Countless amounts of times I have had come to them about there services, only for them to argue with me when you can clearly see the vehicle is not clean.. an which I would still come back to them an have them detail my car. Not anymore this place is not representing lake park, fl correctly, although some people may say the place is not bad. That is not my experience enough is enough. There are a couple more picks from the inside and outside that didn’t load very unsatisfied.
