Used to be a great place, with attention to detail. Unfortunately they’ve lost that special touch, and prices are always changing (contrary to the same prices being posted On their bulletins). Myself and several referrals have brought cars here to get a different cost for a wash depending on who’s working- despite the car and condition never changing. Hoping they reconsider some staff and focus on what they used to be.

Scam alert charges $80 to wash a truck inside and out and $80 to wash a utility trailer still has dirt. I asked why is it still dirty? He got mad the owner is called Hector and told me never come back I used to use him to wash my boat. I used him to wash my vehicles. I will never come back and he thinks I don’t want to pay, but I always pay every time. they do not know how to wash vehicles.

I’ve gone here many times and always had a great experience… today the woman at the front (refused to give me her name) told me I was not allowed to get the standard silver pack because I had sand on my seats. There was nothing on the outside that would require an upgrade, but she told me I had to get the platinum because it was “too much work” I was not asking for more than a basic vacuum and wash. I refused platinum but could only get my car cleaned if I paid for the gold which included silver and wax (which I didn’t want nor did they actually provide) Absolutely unheard of. I have a Kia soul for reference. I’ve brought my car much dirtier and never had an issue. Disappointing.

They always do a pretty good job but now they are nickel and diming the customers. Now you pay extra for dog hair. As they seem to think that takes extreme cleaning. I’ll be going back to Pelican next round. Update. After that extra charge for pet hair, there was still pet hair

First of all there is a seating area in the shade where you can watch everything happening so there is no stress about what is happening to your precious car. Second, the people are the nicest and actually care about doing their best. The equipment used is plenty and maintained properly. The wash came out beautifully and that’s why I’m writing a review now. For 30$ you could have the inside and outside of your car completely revamped to new levels or for some number less, I have no idea, they could clean your car perfectly and just leave out the wax. I wanted to get everything just to see the level of work they do. Amazing business. Very happy I went here instead of pelican wash even though no hard feelings against pelican they are just normally closed when I try to go.

They never fail to leave our car sparkling, smelling nice, and generally looking fantastic. They’re very mindful of not leaving dents or scrapes, too! Great service from a great group of people. These guys are hardworking and diligent. We use them to detail our Nordhavn yachts and they are quite honestly the best we’ve seen. No where else in Palm beach County can you get a hand wash as fast and as well compared to Hectors Car Wash. Not to mention the pricing that is unbeatable but the real treat is all the cars that roll By while you wait on yours to be completed. You will see Bentleys, Aston martens, and Mercedes galore. Not to mention sometimes a few true rare gems. So come to hectors and get the VIP treatment for fair prices.
