Don't go here manger is very prejudice. He wouldn't let me have a windex bottle to clean a car and. Took the index bottle added water to it that it was a grey blue instead of blue. I asked him fir another one he Saud no he's the manger I used one one is enough then ask me to leave. I'm vip customer this guy was extremely rude.

This place is a scam! They charged my credit card without my permission. When I called they said I had signed a brochure (which I don't remember doing.) When I asked them to scan what I had signed & email it to me they said it would take a while to locate it. Long story short, they never sent it. We called Discover & they said they would credit our account (which was 5 months) & start an investigation. This company's rating on BBB IS AN "F"!! UPDATE: DISCOVER CREDITED BACK ALL UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES THIS COMPANY STOLE FROM US!

I usually go to Tidal Wave. The wash there is much more thorough. Tidal Wave is also less expensive. The vacuums worked great but are not on both sides of the vehicle. The staff was also pushy about joining their monthly program. First visit, but I will not be back.

Car wash did a terrible job. Half of vacuums blocked off. The ones that were open did not work. Muddy parking lot. Almost got scammed to sign a monthly membership. Will never go back.

Went to get the bronze wash just to knock the dirt off my car and vacuum it. The guy working the payment machine was so rude. He kept trying to get me to pay for the monthly recurring thing. I told him 3 times, no thank you, just want the cheap wash. Then he said in a very snarky attitude that I wouldn’t even let him finish his sentences. The girl standing with him was just giggling. I knew what I wanted and didn’t need any extras. They try to MAKE you sign up for the monthly thing. I’ll never go back. Rudest employee’s ever!

I got the free car wash card in thr mail so I went to give them a shot to see if I would cancel my other membership and use wash and roll. The attendant sprayed the front of my vehicle and used the brush. The blowers to dry the vehicle seemed very powerful as it blew my windshield wipers up and damn near off the vehicle. When I came out, my vehicle was still very wet with drops all over even though it just went through an F5 tornado. Windshield was still covered in bugs even though, like I said, the attendant sprayed and used the brush. Once out, I decided to use the vacuum. They do not reach very far so I had to back out and go to the other side so I could vacuum the otherside if my car. I couldn't reach the back at all. All in all, I will not be using this carwash again.

Get the free coupon in the mail, and when I pulled up the attendant asked if I wanted the free month of washes as well, I declined, and he proceeds to shame me in a comical fashion. He says, “you know that’s why they got me standing out here, right? Can’t believe people don’t understand the value of a free month of washes. I wouldn’t be here if it was always just gonna be free.” I declined again, and laughed and shook his head in a dramatic fashion. Ok! You are frustrated with your job, maybe some other stuff I have no idea about, but I can’t imagine the shaming sales technique being effective for that many people. The wash was OK, but I certainly wouldn’t return given how the attendant behaved

Not worth it. First, the sign says free month. Not true unless you have a "coupon". Wash was nothing exciting. The vacuum is not on both sides of the vehicle. Mat cleaner doesn't work, doesn't even turn on. I wanted to use them for convenience but I will be going back to previous car wash after this month is over ( unfortunately signed up for the unlimited wash).

VIP member and the guy working the other side had the gate open, so we had to wait. He never once acknowledged us. We honked twice. Too many car washes to put up with this. There's a reason we purchase for both of our vehicles, but the benefits of it don't seem to be on the salesmans mind. Sure hope it doesn't happen again.

Showed up back in February with a free car wash coupon. An employee talked us into signing up for a month for a penny. We at first declined, but they assured us it was only a penny and we wouldn't be charged further. Well, months later we find out we are being charged $46/month. Shady practices, and also a poor wash to boot.

I used to go to this car wash before Wash N' Roll took over. It was a pretty good experience and I never had any issues. I got a coupon in the mail for a free car wash, so I decided to try it out. As soon as I pulled up, an attendant walked up, took my coupon, and hid it behind the machine as he talked to me. He tried to sell me on the monthly wash, which I declined. I said I just wanted to use the coupon for the Free (one time) Wash. He said that it wouldn't work and that only his barcodes would work for the monthly wash (would charge me $0.01 today and then start charging monthly). I asked how I would cancel if I decided to do that, and he said "you tell me" (red flag). I said that I don't want a monthly wash and asked for the coupon back. I tried to use it while he was still hovering over me and telling me that it won't work. Sure enough, the machine said that it was invalid. I backed out and left to use another car wash with better customer service and amenities. Other reviewers mentioned having issues with credit card charges that they didn't authorize. I'm so glad I left and didn't have to deal with with this company's nonsense. Stay away.

Free was too expensive for this. I had a mailer giving me a free wash. Their “Top Tier” service. The lady who scanned me in and setup a month of free washes for a penny was great. However, they didn’t mention that the vacuums barely work if at all. There is a sign asking to return the bottles and towels, yet there are NO bottles or towels. So basically you are getting a machine to throw water on your vehicle and you then just drive away. They did have a trash can for me to throw away my receipts and napkins I had, so there is that! I want my penny back!

Come here if you wanna get scammed! The lady clearly explained to me twice, that I would pay for my first wash, and then sign a FIRST TIME VISITORS brochure. She said that I would get a month of free washes, and that I could come back and chose to purchase a membership AFTER, only if I enjoyed the washes. Ironically, I never even went back for a free wash within the month time frame. Yet, I just got charged a month later for a premium membership. Went back and talked to a guy and he cancelled the membership but they couldn't refund me on the spot. The guy admitted that this has been happening often. He gave me a card and I had to call customer service and it took a while for them to pick up. The lady on the phone explained that somewhere on the brochure said that it was a reoccurring bill which I didn't see at all, anywhere. Either way, the lady who signed me up actually lied to my face, twice. I've been to plenty of car washes and this has never happened. Finally wanted to try this one but I guess they fell off. Used to hear good things about this one.

Tried to sell me a membership, when I let him I’m not in area much, they argued with me saying it was still worth it. I asked to just get the cheapest wash and they kept trying to get me to upgrade. When i finally asked for my card back and that I was in a hurry, the employee held on to it and argued that wasn’t his problem. Finally when I got out of the tunnel there was still soap all over me car and the vacuums didn’t work. Further down to road in both directions there is another car wash.

Well I haven’t ever sought out a location to post a bad review - but today I did. Of ALL the car wash locations in Madison AL I decided to try the one with fun lights in front of Kohls. What a waste! $17.00 car wash! My car does not look clean. Vacuums were worthless and there were zero cloths outside to wipe down your interior Went and kinda yelled “HELLO” through the tunnel and down the side opening. Zero response. I would like my money back. 4pm Thurs Nov 7th 2024.

Got a free wash mailer coupon. Went to the location and the coupon scanned "invalid" so I waited for an employee to assist but the two guys were busy sitting in the office. I just ended up purchasing a wash. The top wash. And boy was it bad. Employees came out of the office and barely sprayed my car and didn't scrub the back at all. Several soap generators in the tunnel are clogged and not working. 2/3's of the vacuums are blocked off/missing hoses/missing canisters. Not even worth a free wash as I will now need to rewash my car. With so many other options in Madison why even go here? You would think they would step up and get better with all the other options but I guess not.
