Wish I had taken before pictures but I did not. Next Level Automotive got me in next day. I had a work vehicle transferred from Detroit to Alabama and let me just say it needed some love. Dropped off at 11 am and at 4 pm it was like I was picking up a new vehicle. Thank you so much to attention to detail and even showing us what you were working on in the bay with Ceramic Coating. Next Level Automotive did an amazing job on my 1982 Chevrolet Corvette. They did a deep clean, paint correction and ceramic coating on the vehicle and it's now transformed!. The vehicle was brought to them with a new paint job, but there were scratches, swirls etc., in the paint. It's a metallic black classic Corvette which presented some unique challenges. In summary, they knocked it out of the park! They also did a bang up job on installation of new window tinting and vinyl wrap on my T-Tops. I wanted to also comment on the professionalism, courtesy and friendliness of the whole staff ( something missing from some of their major competitors). They stick to timelines and keep communication open. Check these folks out and you won't be disappointed! Robert

10/10 service! Come see Chris on Cambridge Ln. I called every mechanic in town, everyone was scared of European cars—except for Next Level! They took me in immediately, fixed all of my issues in a very timely manner. Found & fixed issues that kept my car from running properl These people are very straight-up about what they are going to do, and how much it will cost. Had a stage 2 paint correction, 5 year ceramic coating, along with an interior detailing…. And I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!! My car looks show quality and better than when I bought it from the dealer!! The staff are amazing and super helpful willing to answer questions even after the service is completed. It is clear to see that they take great pride in their work! They did a fantastic job making my 2003 Toyota Sequoia look brand new. Vinyl wrap looks terrific! Cleaned the inside top to bottom. So clean and fresh. Can't say enough about the great job they did. Pleasure to work with. I have continued to have work done at next level. They do an amazing job!!! Not only can they clean up an old car to look new, Chris is a great mechanic. Besides his great skills at fixing and maintaining a vehicle, I most appreciate his honesty. His goal is to help you, not rip you off. Great business!

I would suggest not doing business with this company. I scheduled ceramic coating service a week out and put down a $185 deposit to "hold the appointment". That evening I was involved in a car accident. The next morning I contacted the owner and explained my situation but he would not budge on refunding my deposit, just offered credit for the future and stated that was his policy. I completely understand all of that, however I feel that in this situation giving the advanced notice that I gave, consideration should have been given. My purpose is to let others know that if you schedule service with Next Level in Athens, AL your deposit will not be refunded, (they are not initially forthcoming with this information), under any circumstances. My suggestion would be to consider doing business with other auto detailing businesses in the area that do not require a deposit. Lesson learned I myself will be more diligent in the future. Their website policy states (may result in loss of deposit, not "will" result in loss) concerning cancellation or rescheduling. Under the deposit clause of their policy it states that deposits are non refundable but extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration by the owner. The staff was pleasant but in no way informed me that the deposit was non-refundable when taking it over the phone. Again, just a PSA - buyer beware.

These guys crushed it from start to finish. I brought them my 2022 4runner after the dealership left swirl marks on it from an automatic car wash.. Upon arrival at Next Level I was greeted by the entire team and showed me their process and just overall made me feel taken care of. Now it looks better than I could ever imagined and I can't stop staring at it! Highly recommend the ceramic coating.

Next Level demonstrates patience and professionalism. Despite my forgetfulness and occasional jokes, they handle the situation with understanding and a positive attitude. They are very detail-oriented and surprisingly, they also do minor mechanical work. I’ve had them replace the belly pan and help button up some loose trim on my car, along with performing my oil change a couple of times. Personally, I have zero complaints. The prices are fair, and you can text or call them for a casual conversation. The work performed was of a very high standard. In terms of value for my money, I can’t think of any other detail shops that come close.

I had my 2015 Chevy Corvette detailed and ceramic coated by Next Level Automotive with the promise that the coating would last 10 years. It’s now only 2025 not even three years later and the coating has completely failed. The shine and water resistance are gone, and it looks like I never had any protective coating applied in the first place. What’s worse? I’ve repeatedly reached out to them through messages. They’ve completely ignored me. I was initially told to contact them if I had any issues, I even sent pictures of the car showing the issues with the coating. They were quick to take the sale but have shown zero professionalism or accountability after the fact. False promises, poor customer service, and absolutely no follow-up support. If you’re looking for long term quality or support after the install look elsewhere. I expected “Next Level” results. What I got was a waste of money and time.

Took in my recently purchased Corvette to get it detailed and cannot be happier in how it came out. Got the 2 step paint correction and ceramic coating. They did a decon wash first then the cut/polish and got most of the scratches and 10 yrs of paint oxidation out. The ceramic coating made the paint look and feel like glass. They also wrapped the spoiler (which came out great). We had discussed at length about tinting the back window with its real bad curve and let me know up front that it would be difficult at best. They attempted it twice with no luck (no charge). I am taking it back for them to do the 15 day inspection on the ceramic coating (standard) and to reattempt the tinting. When I picked it up they did the reveal and it looked brand new. Folks, you can't beat the level of work and professionalism they provided. Their prices are in line or better than most in town. The staff will let you know what would be best for your vehicle without high pressure sales and will show you their previous work. Give these folks a try you won't regret it.
