Having a Shine Time location on this end of Huntsville is a breath of fresh air. I have 3 cars — two I use for business only. All three have a Shine Time subscription. This location has a nice parking setup like the other 3 spots, but this locations has fancier floor mat machines and is next door to a convenience store-gas station combo. Win win.

Vacuums are incredible here! Get your vehicle washed well and experience high suction for a deep interior clean. Free water bottles and reasonably priced car scents and other options. Mat cleaner was a little fickle with my suburban’s mats, but the machine definitely did the job!

If you want to overspend (others in town are $10-20 cheaper/mo) and be THREATENED for not putting the sticker on your windshield, you'll LOVE this car wash. No doubt this company has poor management from the top and lazy, grumpy employees all the way down the chain.

Talk about a flash in the pan. Wonderful for the first few weeks. Has been closed twice since they opened. Today they closed at 4:00 for a team meeting. Since when do you close for that. Isn’t a team meeting something that should be done after hours? Rarely is there more than one person working. Yesterday it was a poor excuse of a pre wash. He didn’t even hit the front bumper. Now they have self service pre wash brushes and water. If I need to scrub my car myself then….What is the point of going to the car wash. I’ll be cancelling my monthly plan.

Dalton and Austin did a great job making me feel welcome and taken care of …. very personable and professional. Best car wash I’ve been to in a while great deals and the vacuums seriously have the most “suck” I’ve ever seen lol. Great job guys

Car wash is ok. But they did not give me the correct information when I bought the membership they told me it was $12.49 a month for the family plan and it didn’t matter how many vehicles I had on the plan. They didn’t tell me it was full price for the first vehicle and $12.49 for each additional vehicle. If I would have known that I would have not purchase the plan.

Joey was very professional and did a fantastic job on my car. He talked me into bringing my wife’s car in later for a wash as well. He told me he is fairly new there but said Brodi the manager runs a great crew and wash location. Joey told me he has worked at other washes but this one uses the best products and has the best equipment of any around. Joey ask me if I would mention my experience with Shine Time with family and friends so I decided to do a review as well. My car looks better after the wash than it has looked in a while. Thanks Shine time, Joey and Brodi.

Was confused when purchasing my car wash, I thought that ceramic coating was done in the other tunnel, and I'm really looking forward to them wiping down my car. Apparently it is for a polish, I offered to pay at the time and would they would not let me get it. I told them that I would more than gladly pay for it that I would come back and finish since they wasted so much of my time. I ended up being at the car wash for over an hour. Came back to get polish done, offered to pay. They let me pull all the way in after I already handed the man $5 for the extra. And turn me around again and told me no. The car wash is very good, but the experience was very bad. Need to work on customer service. They told me that I would have to pay for another car wash just just to polish. Why could I not have just gotten my complete car Wash at the time. Not a very happy camper

Outstanding service - unlike any car wash I have been to. They brought me some cold bottled water when it was hot. They are always very attentive and helpful. Cost is very reasonable and they do not overcharge you. Much, much better than Tidal Wave.

I am unpleased with this service. First off I stopped on the way to my sons funeral and I told the Gentleman this. He then goes on this spill about how they were running a special if I sign up today. I have only been once although I have been charged $44 since I signed up. So I sent my husband to get it washed this morning, mind you they just took the money from my account but refused to let my Husband go thru without him accusing me of stealing a wash. Omg. Totally disappointed. Looking how to cancel the subscription 😕 😐 😒 🙄

I like this better than wash and wheels and tidal wave car wash here in Huntsville. To go down that second tunnel and have hands-on wax it's worth being in the top tier I love it. Even for my 10-year-old car is worth it looks marvelous

I'm new to the area. I've been looking for a carwash that I can call home. I came through Shinetime and was shocked and amazed. The way my car looks after the wash, and they also have a polish tunnel. The shine on my car is amazing. The gentleman that greeted me gave me a sucker and an air freshener that smells like cherries! They made me feel very welcomed and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great customer service and a great wash!!

This place is horrible!! I advice you to steer clear. I took my 2023 Dodge Charger there, Well I went thru the wash and all of a sudden my car jolted, When I pulled out I noticed my windshield was cracked. I pulled over and told the manager, He stated it wasn't his problem and that was a risk of going to a car wash and maybe next time I should wash my car at home. I was so flabbergasted that he would say that to me. He also said that's what insurance is for to fix these problems. He told me it wasn't his problem nor was it the companies problem. I was so upset. I told him my co-pay is 500 dollars!! He looked at me and said.." Next time wash it at home and you won't have a 500 dollar co-pay" With that he turned and walked away. If you value your money and vehicle stay away!!

My first time here and the experience was horrible. I've been looking forward to this place opening so today I decided I was going to try them out. I get there and was greeted by someone that helps you select what kind of carwash you want. Select the carwash and then go up to the girl that directs you. Now there is a car in front of me so of course that car goes first and then it's my turn. Now the car in front of me should have been in the tunnel for about 2 minutes now so there shouldn't be any reason that my car is going to be close to his. I go in the tunnel and of course the soap starts to spray and do its thing. I can't see what's going on in front of me because there is soap on my windshield. But then I feel my car jolt and then I feel my car bump into something. At this point I'm almost done with my wash and the soap is still on my car. So I feel my car bump into something again and this time I turn on my windshield wipers and see that I'm bumping into the car in front of me. He drives out of the tunnel and looks at his car and then gets back in the car and drives to the vacuums. I was actually surprised he didn't say anything to anyone about it. So my car still has soap on it so I drive back up to where you pay and I'm greeted by the manager. I tell him what happened and he said that he would let the GM know and lets me go through again. I go through the tunnel and I did forget to put my car in neutral the second time and so I go through the tunnel and nothing happens again. My car still has soap on it. I should have left at this point but I go back again to the same manager and he says with an attitude "there's no way you went through that wash that fast" I did say to him that I forgot to put my car in neutral and he says again with an attitude "I'm only letting you go back in again this last time" I then say to him that I would like to speak with his manager and also would like a refund because going through a carwash shouldn't be this complicated. He did ask if I had my receipt I told him I didn't get one and the kid that helped me pay for it confirmed that I told him I didn't need it. Now I know for next time to get one. I've been to several of the carwashes here in Huntsville and never have I had an issue. He then tells me to go by the vacuums which I do and I wait for him to come by my car. He finally comes to tell me that his manager wants him to take pictures of my car. I ask him why does he need pictures of my car? At this point the soap has now dried. He says " I don't know my manager wants me to". So he takes pictures and then walks off. About 5 minutes later he comes back to say that the manager isn't going to issue a refund because my car is old and they seem on the cameras that I drove through the tunnel the second time. I then say but nothing happened. No soap no water not even the dryers blew. I then say again you seen my car the first time I came around and say soap was still on my car. He asked the GM to look at the cameras again and confirm what I said. So his manager tells him to go do something and I'm still waiting. Now I know that I'm probably making a big deal out of nothing but the way I was treated all because the machine didn't work the first time and I hit someone's car several times. They acted as if it wasn't a big deal. So eventually the manager came back and said they would issue the refund and I stated that's all I asked for. I didn't need to sit there and feel like I did something wrong. So if you plan on going to get your car washed there be prepared for either your car getting hit or you hitting someone else.

It’s hard to beat the value of a membership to Shine Time especially if you get the family add-on. They’ve resigned one stop shop with all the amenities they offer. This is the first car wash service I’ve stuck with and I don’t plan on going any where else.

Glad this location is finally open close to my home. I appreciate the attention to each customer throughout their wash&detail. Aaron made sure I had everything I needed and I hope that they continue to keep things in proper working condition and peaceful from customers blaring music. The only suggestion I have would be to increase the air pressure at the individual ports so the time in using is not as extensive.

The General Manager’s behavior was highly unprofessional and rude. Despite having been a member of this car wash for quite some time and being satisfied with the wash itself, I experienced a significant issue this week. During the pre-wash scrub, my car was damaged. When I spoke with the team onsite, they advised me to contact the General Manager. After calling him, he informed me that I needed to return and complete an incident report. He suggested that I could do this the following day when he would be back onsite. As agreed, I returned to the wash. However, from the moment I exited my car, the General Manager became hostile. He began the conversation by asking me what I wanted from him and then proceeded to deny that any of the claims I made actually occurred. I simply responded by requesting to cancel my membership with the wash. During this conversation, he continued to speak unprofessionally toward a long-standing member. This incident has been reported to their leadership team. I will not return while this immature want to be bully is allowed to manage the wash - I recommend choosing from one of the many other options in town.

I was a bit worried due to the recent reviews were, but I'm also a white man so I can't verify anything but my own experience. Overall though they were very pleasant, even had the, I believe, owner come up to me and was a nice guy. Even the other staff was nice and it was obvious they were all hard working. I was a bit worried about the subscription but it honestly was easy to get going and cancel, so as far as that goes I'd probably recommend it to those that regularly go. They don't tell you but the ceramic package doesn't include the polish but you can get a upcharge of $5 which is worth it in my opinion. Again, can only go from my experience, I hope they are as nice and considerate with everyone because for me they would get my business again.

This is a message to everyone do not take your cars to this car wash if run my car this wash it broke out my third brake light while it was going through the wash i ask the manger to look in the bay to see what got hit or broke on my car he went to look came back with my third brake light Lens off my 2018 Lincoln mkx they told me anything over 5years olds they do not repair the car so be aware of this so if your car is over 5 years old they will not fix it that is what home office told me if i could give them a zéro review i would i am a small business owner myself if i brake something on your property i am going to fix ix no matter how old it is because it is the right thing to do its just take care of your customs you take care of them they dont mind use you again so i think this is wrong in every way so remember when you are fix to go through this wash and it gets broke they are not going to fix it because it is over 5years old which is sorry as hell
