Sales guy told me if we just paid once that we could still come back the entire month and as long as we didn’t fill out the subscription form, we wouldn’t be billed monthly. Well, that was a lie. The workers are nice enough, but the wash is just okay. There’s better places in town.

First time using them and my Lexus emblem in the front grill got blow out I guess from the high pressure air as I found it at the end broke the clip that holds it in filled out a accident report hopefully they replace it. UP DATE They wont replace the emblem they said they equipment was working good that day 😂🤣 so I guess it can mess your car up on a good day🤦♂️ bad business right ther your in the car wash business with high speed equipment and high compressed air. Something will get messed up one day. Didn't clean my car well either. But if ther equipment coused any damage they wont fix or replace the part in my case a $30 emblem can you imagine something serious was to happen

This guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. I said no twice to the monthly special and he continued to push it so I asked for the car wash I wanted and he said sorry I couldn’t hear you because I was talking you should let me finish my sentence. Keep in mind he wouldn’t let me talk after saying no because he kept talking to push the special….. Why would I need to hear you ask a third time when I said no already? I get they are in sales but the be that pushy and rude why would I buy something from you. Will not be coming back specifically because of his behavior.

Driving up to this autopay car wash I was met by a person on a stool not letting me autopay but instead trying to sell me upgraded washes that would give me a months free washes if I used a credit card so that they could auto bill like a gym unless I canceled?? The wash itself is short and left large patches of our vehicle dirty and water spots galore. I could have posted multiple pics but one is enough to tell the tale. The vacuums were the most powerful I have ever experienced.. if they could only suck off all the dirt left by the car wash...

I don’t have an issue with the product itself. The wash is good. However, my son paid for a monthly subscription. When he went to cancel it, he received a confirmation that it was cancelled. Now he has been charge 5 straight months. I have called and emailed. Nothing has changed. This is an example of really poor customer service. You could say it is a scam. Stay away from getting a subscription.

Considering this is a drive-through car wash, I think they’re pretty awesome! Fast, efficient, and affordable. I get six car washes per month for a fair price. Sometimes my car isn’t perfectly clean, but they’ll usually let me go through again if needed. I’ve used them since they opened and have not had a problem. However, they do have signs up stating they’re not responsible for damage to vehicles. Just something to keep in mind when using their car washes. I would recommend.

Apparently I had something in the back of my truck so the attendee shut the blowers off without saying anything. I paid for the platinum wash. At least the wash by Walmart will tell you there's something in the back and offer to take it out for you. So I tried again today same platinum wash same results when I ask why no blowers the attendant said you have rocks in your bed . My wife and I will be canceling her monthly $50 wash

I went to the car wash today knowing they were gonna try to sell me a monthly subscription. I just kept saying no thank you and trying to choose my car wash. I am not stupid. I know this is gonna turn into something even though we offered me a free month of whatever. I finally am able to choose and pay for my car wash. I go to pull forward and he says to me , I don’t know what you think you’re going to gain interrupting me. If enough people just stop using that car wash including me maybe they will learn a lesson. I’m so tired of being harassed. I have read so many negative reviews!! How is saying I am sorry going to help when the owner or Manager does Nothing to change business practices. Stop The BS and say like or leave we don’t care and will do nothing about it!!

Camaro: I use the "Platinum Plan". Use the wash 2 or 3 times a week. I will confirm like "Joe " above, wheel rash is gonna be a thing if use these washes. I have Brand New Wheels, and since started using wash n roll automatic car wash, its horrible, in the front. Keep in mind I have wide wheels on this car. Also at least on my car, the back flares on rear DONT get cleaned 99% of the time. Like many here, 1/2 the vaccums are down or coned off, which i should be prorated if the vaccums arent gonna be available 1/2 the time.

Terrible wash for $22 “platinum” wash…I’ll accept the hardcore bug guts in the grill of my wife’s SUV, but normal road dust and or dirt? I spent 10 minutes rewatching the entire back of her suv cause somehow the wash didn’t get that along with majority of dirt and brake dust on the wheels and tires…the windshield still had stuff all over it and the vacuums could barely suck any of the dirt off the open floor board…I will not be coming back. BUT, staff was super nice and friendly, not their fault at the sub-par wash.

Deceitful sales tactics. Told the guy I wanted one wash because I needed to see if it was good. If it was good enough I would be back and look into a membership. He said he would give me 1 month free with my 16.00 dollar purchase of a wash. He ran my card and then told me it would be a recurring charge unless I ended the membership. I literally told him that I didn't want a membership to start. Forced membership, is that against the law? Now I have to take the time to end the membership I said I didn't want and hope it goes through because this is on my business account. To make matters worse the wash was horrible. I had to spend 10.00 dollars at a self service wash to actually get my car clean. Will never spend another penny here. You should be embarrassed that you sell memberships this way.

I went through the carwash and my car came out with severe curb rash.. .The roller that pulls the car through went under my tire turning my wheel into the railing. I stopped by to talk to the manager JUSTIN and the first words that came out of his mouth was "our car washes don't do that kind of damage". I asked him to look through his video to confirm. I left my contact info with him. Never did he call or email me back. I sent a follow up email.... no reply. I stopped by again and the assistant manager showed me the video and it showed everything that I said. I then stopped by again and Justin said that i turned the wheel in the carwash (not true) and that they would not pay for the damage, I asked for his manager's number and email and he would not give it to me. This place was absolutely awful stopped in one time for a wash and my card was charged for the next 2 months totalling around 60.00. They said they would not give me a refund the lady in customer service was very nice though. (It's not her fault). I will not be going back here ever again and hopefully the over 1 million viewers that I have up here will see this as well.

I thoroughly enjoy using this car wash, I started last month and have used it weekly since. The vacuum is powerful and it's not overly crowded so you can take your time & get everything done.

Paid $22 for a car wash for it not to soap or anything just rinse and wipe like what a rip off. Not to mention when I pulled up no one was to be found. Had to honk the horn for someone to come to the vehicle. Went to vacuum and it wasn't on. Someone had to go tell the guy to turn it on.

BEWARE of this location!!! After reading the other reviews I’ve fell victim as well to them setting me up to a monthly subscription without my knowledge. They tell you to not pay for the one time platinum wash and they are running a special if you pay it today you get it for 30 days and it’s not a monthly subscription but it is. Also, corporate will not refund you. They will only cancel your subscription you didn’t knowingly sign up for because you’re trusting they are not lying to you.

It is, what it is, a car wash never had an issue at the few locations i went to. The service os good for a drive through but the drying ss a bit sad for SUVs. Only reason not 5 stars. Still a decent vaule compared to other companies.
