Ok well I hate to say this about a local biz BUT my last experience here was awful. 1. Amount due" was not posted therefore you dont know when to stop putting in coins. 2. Beeping disabled so you can wonder how much time you got left on your coins. Not good when your working on the other side of vehicle. It used to warn you as to when to put in another 25c. Floor was quite muddy

This place is disgusting, dirty machines that ALWAYS smell like mildew, dirty damaged floors with rugs placed over top to cover it up. Lots of riff raff around, including the tenants that live across the way. The owner himself is absolutely insufferable, with his temper tantrums and rude behavior. Please stay away unless you don’t have any other options. Thank me later.

It is conveniently located, right here, in the scenic village of Hilton. I don't go often & I am very pleased, that they don't close @ night. Another, cool thing about Viv's; they had a working change machine! SOMETIMES it can be such a pain in butt; trying to buy quarters, @ night, from stores, so having the change machine can be a luxury, that we can all make good use of. Somethings that I wasn't particularly happy with, were the prices of the large machines & that every single, large washer had a place where you COULD add fabric softener, however, every fabric softener slot in every machine, was filled with, what I'm guessing is, water. Didn't know how to get the slot to empty, so I couldn't use the softener slot & had to purchase Bounce sheets, from the vending machine, inside of Viv's. I believe it cost $1.00 & had two sheets inside of the box, so I had to buy more than one box. I could see 50¢ a box, but more than that...no. There is one more thing I wanted to say about Viv's, is that the dryers, leave weird marks, on our clothing. The pattern of the dryer walls, gets imprinted onto shirts, jackets, pants, black socks. Usually just darker clothes, so far. I wish I could say, this was a one time deal, but it has happened EVERYTIME I have gone there. I would like to reiterate; I do NOT go there often. Maybe, just a few times a year. Oh, & my daughter would like me to add: she thought they should have wifi or @ least outlets, so people can charge their devices.

Put my money in the pay terminal, for the car wash, it didn't give me change, and the door didn't open. Called the number and no answer.. owner called back first thing in the morning and sent out a refund! Thank you!

If it's actually open, ok, but it's $10 for the most basic wash, $16 if you want the under carriage wash, which I do, because salt! Update: it's been consistently been open, and I got the monthly pass, what a great deal, $35 for 15 washes a month.

I am really disappointed that I used to come and wash my car myself for $3 and now they gave a credit card swipe pay system..so I thoight..great! But to my dismay I washed my car for 4 minutes and got charged $10!!! If I wanted to spend that I would go to a place that does it for you with all the perks. I find this overpriced and unfortunate now ..I won't do that again😕

Car wash is ok. Really only go here because it's the only one around. Very outdated on the automatic wash and the manual wash side. Highly recommend you do not come here with a lowered suspension vehicle as the exit has a big drop off and you will scrape as I did with my Camaro. Would be nice if the manual car wash was updated with higher pressure spray nozzles, quicker change over when you select different modes and it is in need of a manual air dryer. Most newer car washes also have a credit card option for the manual washes as well.

I lost money and called guy sounded nice and told me how to leave my contact info, I did. Never received my money back. All in all its a little place not much around it but a catfish which is the same property. The top loaders are funny a few finish washing very fast and some go thru a decent wash cycle. The dryers work good , no problems there. The is NO bathroom, with is very inconvenient, and they want you to stay with the laundry which only half of the people do. You can always find cloths in the machines without anyone around, normally the people are pretty good about getting back to take care of their laundry. All in all a good place to spend a few hours , they have an internet connection there but it's not really that fast.

Today I find out that the laundromat has changed to different way of paying. Loyal customer of years! No warning?? People on budgets come with just enough. Your machine says put a dollar in get 3 tokens and 1 quarter. 1st the prices , you are telling people, if you spend$12 on laundry you have to have $15 because you will end up with $3in quarters. Or you can use the computer payment on front of machine without any directions. Not a customer service way of doing things!!!

I like that they are open 24/7, there are a ton of washers. However, none of them are large enough to wash queen sized comforters. It’s very frustrating. I wish they had lager washers.

The cool part about this place is the owner keeps up on all of the machines. Either the owner or the owner's father is always there on the weekends making sure that everything is in line and things are working properly. The machines are all bluetooth enabled to be able to pay from your phone to the machine without having to sit there and count on quarters.

This place is so old and outdated tried both to self wash and automated wash and I was so disappointed. The self-wash, I tried to use the brush and no soap came out, just water I contacted the owner and he acted like it was no big deal. As a business owner I think you should care a little bit more of what's going on at your car wash and not give me an attitude when I ask for a refund, still haven't gotten it's been over 2 months. And the automated car wash, even with the top tier wash it's terrible, no real strong water pressure, the soap just kind dribbles, the dryers I can't even call them dryers your car comes out completely soaking wet. I would give zero Stars if I could but unfortunately Google makes me put in one this place is terrible.

The car wash has been out of service more this month than it has been in service. Owner refuses to refund what I’ve already paid for the monthly pass so I can apply it to next month. Service paid for - failed to provide service - refuses to refund.

I love going to this place because I do not like to go into car washes that move the car along. I like to be in control and wash the car myself and you just swipe your credit card or debit card and you can take your time and wash your car very easily very convenient and way cheaper than going to a regular car wash.
