Went to go car wash at 607 Rowley Victor Tuesday the 17 for basic wash @ $11.83 the next I looked at my bank account to find out I was also charged for a 23.75 dollar car wash at 619 Jefferson road Rochester location. Keep an eye on your bank account with this company there scamers

Been going here for a few years, crew has been great. Lately, the auto tire dressing has been too heavy on one side and slings all over my truck but the other side has barely any juice. Please adjust, and test for even coverage. Went to Henrietta yesterday and theirs works perfectly. 💪 Thank you!

We have been subscribers to Go Car Wash for more than a year and they always take great care of us. Yes, it can sometimes get crowded, but we drive by enough that we can skip when it is too crowded; we also find weeknights are the best time to go and avoid the crowds. Plus we love the free vacuums! And finally a shout out to Wilfredo at the Victor, NY location! He is always ready for service with a smile, he helps spread positive vibes and is waiting like the rest of us for the Buffalo Bills to finally win a Super Bowl!

I needed a wash after having been on the interstate for hours. First, the line was seriously long, not their fault. Second, a single basic wash was super expensive for a basic wash, and third, for $15.00, I'd expect my car to be clean, it wasn't. Didn't get the undercarriage wash that's supposed to go with a $15.00 wash. The website says there's an $11.00 wash that wasn't a choice on the touchscreen. I had to use a card, they don't take cash like a normal carwash. The most unfortunate thing is there wasn't any other car washes listed close by on Google, I feel bad for people in Farmington, if that is indeed their only choice. My car was not clean, it was very expensive. I have a package here at home where $19.00 a month gets me unlimited washes, including undercarriage and wax. 24 hours a day, I don't have to wait until they're open. I live near Fredonia though, and there's like 6 washes in a 2 mile radius from the thruway exit. Plus car washes in the surrounding towns. I guess that'll drive down prices. But $15.00 for one wash is insane.
