The workers do not go off the posted hours of operation. They are suppose to be open until 8pm. I put my things in the dryer and came back at 730 and they have locked up and left. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.

It says they close at 10pm but come back at 9:20pm to find the doors locked with my clothes still inside and the lady attending the laundry mat no where to be found. For her to leave more than 30 min before closing time is ridiculous. I guess they can close anytime they want even with people's clothes still inside. Lazy Employee leaves more than 30 min early.

I am glad no children!! Whomever was going to bring 5 children in there was NUTS. The job's not hard enough? I hate kids anyway. 5 brats running around? Don't afflict us! Yes,get a sitter!

The encounter I just had with the Wash and Go attendant.... she so rudely steps out of the laundry mat door as I'm unpacking my granddaughter and laundry, she say "children are not allowed" oh I guess she doesn't know that's illegal, I will be filing complaints. Then the month before I tried to go after work and was greeted so rudely again (by the same woman) letting me know that the last wash was at 6:00 p.m. but you close at 8:00 p.m. if they're not here to service 'the community' then they need to exit our community! For sure the Better Business Bureau and the city will get my complaints.

Unless you do laundry in the middle of the day, don’t bother coming here, because they’ll probably be closed. Since opening, they’ve randomly shortened their hours of business several times with no advance notice. They used to be open until 10pm, then it was 9, then 8, and now apparently it’s 7pm? I just showed up at 6:29pm to dry a single load of laundry and got turned away by the attendant because they close at 7 and dont let anyone in after 6:15. Who closes that early?? I guess I’ll have to go back to Advantage laundry off of Tennessee St. They’re clean and consistently open until 9pm.

Very clean, proficient laundromat. Its nice not to have to compete with large families, just regular working sorts. Rules which keep the creepy sorts at a distance. Yah. OK prices. Newer machines. Cards only.

Very clean! The washers were great! But it was like the slots in Vegas with the dryers! SAME dryer, SAME setting; your clothes may come out hot, damp or wet. Luck of the draw! And all I got from the attendant was “Sorry! Sorry!” I won’t be going back.

I really like this place. Payment is super easy, and there's even an app or you can use your debit/credit card. The attendants are really nice and helpful. I showed up two hours before close with four loads and wasn't turned away. Will keep going here as long as I live this way!

We had the nicest woman help us. It was our first time there and we were at a loss. She guided us on how to use washers correctly. Not to use too much soap how to load correctly. I don't know her name but she was from Alabama and retiring soon. They will sure loose a valued employee when she's gone. Such a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend Wash And Go. So clean!

Don't come here if you have children the laundromat attendant lady was kind enough to let us move laundry for a family of 7 into the laundromat and once it's all inside she goes children under 15 aren't allowed in the laundromat and I finally said why wouldn't you tell me that when you saw my kids come in with the first bag well it's written on the door you should have read it not only rude but entirely unhelpful please if you value your money don't spend it with these people

Passing through while on a road trip, needed to do laundry. Looking for where to pop in the quarters and I'm met with a card system that requires ANOTHER $2 just for a "loyalty" card. That's so much BS. Found someone's discarded card and added credit to that. Don't come here unless you want to pay another $2 just for their BS card. And there are no fans in here. It is over 90° outside right now and there are no fans in a laundry room! There's a good reason why this place is dead.
