I no longer have my car and they are making so hard to cancel the membership. If I can get someone to cancel it I would change my rating. The wash are good but they person at the car wash say email to can. No response. Go to the website and there is no form to fill out to cancel. When you click on contact it takes you no where. I called and they had me fill out a Google form. Come on, please let me cancel. And you say do it before 7days of due date. If yall wait until my due date I am giving a 1 star. Please be kind can cancel my membership! Update: They canceled my service. Thanks! You do need to make it easier.

1st visit they forgot to tape down my windshield wiper and it broke off… went back and they said they’d open up a case to replace it… never did. 2nd visit they signed me up for some plan without my knowledge or consent and I’ve been getting secret charges on my account ever since. And I can NEVER get anyone on the phone to refund my money or cancel this plan. I don’t even live in this city and now I’m stuck paying for a membership I won’t use! HIGHLY disappointed and do not recommend.

I don’t often get my car washed, like I should, because I feel a little nervous to drive thru the robotic car wash. I shared my concerns to Brodie, and he offered to assist me.. Brodie quickly got one of his coworkers to cover his position and drove my car thru the automated car wash system. He kindly gave me some tips, and assured me I could do it the next time. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I may even try to drive thru the car wash system on my own. Thank you Brodie!😀 Shirley J.

Excellent experience! Stopped in for their free wash to see how the wash does. I stopped using automatic car washes years ago due to my car being too low and risking damage. This brand new wash runs your car on belts so any low car will make it safely. With all of the equipment being brand new, everything works perfect and you'll leave with a beautiful car. On top of the free vacuums which is normal, they have compressed air nozzle for those who like to get even the cracks dry(like in the mirrors or behind the license plate. The staff were also very friendly. I will definitely be stopping on my way home from work tomorrow to snag a subscription while they have them discounted. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Best wash I've seen in Mansfield/Arlington area that works for my car :)

The establishment's cleanliness is top tier, and the amenities, including music while cleaning my vehicle, are also greatly appreciated. I came by today to get my car washed and vacuumed, and the experience was excellent! Not only was the wash great, but Louis and James were outside restocking and cleaning while I was finishing up. They were super friendly, professional, and even stopped to ask if I needed anything. It was a quick, pleasant conversation and really showed how much they care about their customers. Great car wash and even better service!

Make sure you don’t sign anything! I thought I was signing from paying with my card for a wash. I’ve been billed: $10 $10 $10 $39.99 $39.99 $39.99 $39.99 $39.99 $39.99 $39.99 $39.99 $39.99 $39.99 $39.99 That’s all the months and charges for a service I didn’t know I signed up for nor did I use it. I got a text with the portal so I tried to cancel and it locks up. The rep said you can’t even cancel from the portal and have to call it in. Why is there an option to cancel on the portal then? I looked at all the charges on my bank statement that I’ve been paying and it’s almost $500!! The rep that called me said the manager declined to reimburse anything back because I signed for it. They went back to see the signed receipt… implying that I knew what I was purchasing. Remind you, they see on their end that I have only used their car wash that one time once I asked. They took the time to look that up but did they take the time to see that I only went one time which backs up my claim that I didn’t know I signed up to having continuous service. I was just passing through the area for work and didn’t even know the area or live in that area. I live in north Dallas. There’s no way I would have signed up for that service when I’m never in that area. Now we wait to hear back from the regional manager to see if anything will be reimbursed. Make sure you are clear in telling them you don’t want no package if you are only getting a car wash. Be so clear!! Also, if you have a membership service, try to cancel it from the portal, you will see that you don’t have control over cancelling but still have that option even though it won’t work but yet have to call it in to a rep. There is no peaceful cancelling it at your own discretion. Looks like it goes on longer than a year as well, like maybe it auto renews without your permission.

Great experience here thanks to Fernando. He was friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond from the start. He insisted on helping clean my car mats even though they were large and extremely dirty (Escalade mats) and left them completely spotless. He stayed persistent with offering his help many times and replaced wash rags multiple times while I was there, he clearly takes pride in his work and his attention to detail is top tier. He made me feel like more than just a regular customer passing through and represented the business very well even made me consider getting a membership for all my cars. Employees like Fernando deserve recognition. He definitely deserves a raise and promotion!!

Usually don’t like going to new car washes but this one really caught my eye. Abel was an excellent help with vacuuming my interior and polishing my tires. I was against polishing them since I usually only do it at home with my own tools but I can say for sure I’ll be coming back to get them polished again. Hope he has an amazing day!

ATTENTION!!! I had a terrible experience with this car wash. When my car went through the blower, my REAR TRUNK LID TRIM COVER MOLDING broke off. I complained to the staff and said that they will review and will call in 48-72 hours. I never heard anything from them, so I went back and they asked for 3 more days. But even after that, still never heard anything from them. I went back to ask for any update, and they could not give anything. He told me that he will call at 4pm that day but as expected, I did not receive any call. So I went back, spent my effort, time and gas just to follow up with no solution. There were also other customers that asked for tape because of the car part that was loose. The staff has no concern and no professionalism. When you call them, no one answers. They are there for the money, but when there is a problem, they will just leave you. I attached photos of the car before it went to the wash, where all parts were complete, but when it came out, some parts were broken.
