False advertising. They do not have an unlimited plan. I’ve been a customer since they opened and have the unlimited plan. They recently changed the policy to allow only two washes per day. For me, that’s an issue because the initial prep work by staff is minimal, and my car often needs three passes to get fully clean. The quality doesn’t feel the same as before. I hope they consider either improving the pre-scrub or not having a limit. Why advertise unlimited when it's not unlimited? Would not recommend them.

I came in with a free first wash coupon and the experience wasn’t bad. I likely how they have someone at the entrance of the washing tunnel who will brush scrub your car before it gets sent in through the tunnel. While it was being moved on the belt, something struck my driver side mirror outwards which scared the living soul out of me, but thankfully it was not damaged. It did not make sense why it didn’t happen to the passenger side mirror though. They did have adequate detail supplies and vacuums to finish up and dry up your car. Lesson learned, fold my mirrors before entering the tunnel, but it would be nice if the employees would communicate and ask if they want them to fold their car mirrors inwards before letting them drive through the washing tunnel.

Do not sign up for the monthly plan. My car was in a wreck recently and I am unable to get it washed. I had planned on just seeing if I could suspend my subscription until I get everything worked out with the insurance company and get it fixed, but you CANNOT REACH ANYONE. I have called multiple times, no one answers and the mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message. That made me nervous so I have gone through my credit card to dispute the charge. How do you cancel a subscription??

I recently needed my car wash and went to get it wash but noticed it was closed for maintenance, so I went the next day and WOW!!! It was worth the wait!!! My car came out looking awesome. I love a car wash that is well taken care of.

I have had my membership for a few months now. I take my SUV to the deer lease every weekend and take it to be washed on my way home. They definitely have their work cut out for em when I come through. They always take the extra time to scrub off all the bug residue and my truck comes out spotless every time! I would definitely recommend this place for someone that is looking for a a good affordable car wash

I actually enjoy driving up and they meet and greet you make you feel like you’re a king in there place of business and the guy cleans your car to the best of his knowledge. I love this place. I will continue to do business there always keep doing what y’all doing. Thank you

Was there for the first time just to ask if they take last minute arrival and the way to entrance point. Was way far from the wash station still the (GM) got angry and was really rude “ What are you doing back up back up with anger” Was there just to ask questions stated above as i reached last minute. He could’ve been nice!!! We are humans.

I had a terrible experience at here. I went in for a simple exterior wash, and when I came out, I noticed fresh scratches along the side of my car that definitely weren’t there before. I immediately spoke to the attendant, who was completely dismissive and offered no help or concern. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told no one was available and to "call back during the week." I followed up multiple times and was met with the same unhelpful attitude. They refused to take responsibility or even look at the security footage. It felt like they were just trying to wait me out until I gave up. The customer service here is nonexistent, and clearly, they don’t stand behind their equipment or take any accountability. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you want to risk damage to your vehicle and get absolutely no support if something goes wrong.

For a quick wash and rinse without getting out of the car, which is what I used it for, it does a pretty good job. It's not perfect and doesn't get everything. In the beginning of my two month unlimited washes, I thought it did a great job on my 1500 ram truck. These last few weeks, though, it didn't feel as clean especially the top of the cab. The soap also wasn't rinsed off as well my last visit a few days ago. I did not use the vacuum services outside of the washing lanes. Only one visit did an attendant prewash the back window on the truck along with the front and back of the truck- that was a good visit day. I will be stopping my subscription to the monthly service due to the couple weeks of not feeling the truck was clean enough and the smell of the rinsing water was unpleasant. It was pretty cool to come in often and to know you can go twice daily on the unlimited plan. Overall, did good job and no damages.

I’m brokenhearted to say the least. I was super eager when this place first opened and made it the only location my household and I go to wash our cars. Today, I was looking forward to another remarkable experience at Baywash in Grand Prairie. Unfortunately, that all came to a sudden stop when, in the middle of the car wash, I heard and felt an unusual movement under my vehicle. Filled with dread and curiosity about the source of the noise, I immediately parked after exiting the wash. When I looked under my car, I saw a plastic bucket lodged under the exhaust pipe. This was infuriating, especially since it was my mother’s brand new car, and it was Mother’s Day. I was left wondering if this bucket had fallen off the truck that went before me in the car wash. I called the manager and asked if he could help me gently remove it from my vehicle. Someone who saw me in distress came over and asked if I needed a jack, to which I replied yes. With the jack’s help, I was able to remove the bucket but found minor damages to the vehicle. This left me extremely uneasy, as I wanted to understand how this could have happened. I informed the manager of what happened and asked who was responsible for the incident. He replied that they have signs explaining that nothing should be in the bed of trucks, and thus the responsibility falls on the vehicle in front of me. He added that the cashiers are also responsible for checking the beds of trucks, which clearly did not happen today, leaving me to suffer the consequences. Extremely annoyed, I asked the manager if there was anyone else I could speak to above him. He informed me that he and the owner are the only ones who run that location. I then asked him what he planned to do about the situation, and he responded that he would talk to the cashiers, but there was essentially nothing else he could do. In conclusion, my heart breaks even more because I was in such mental distress. I couldn't fulfill the duty of washing my mom’s vehicle on Mother’s Day, which was something she really wanted. I had to go home and explain the damages to her brand new vehicle that she had just purchased this year. Overwhelmed, I wasn't able to vacuum her car either. On top of that, I had to change clothes because I was covered in dirt and debris from going under my vehicle to retrieve what could have been avoided. I was never offered an apology or shown any compassion for the damage and distress caused. All I was left with were a handful of “what-ifs” and an unfinished car wash.

On 2/7/2026 we visited this car wash to wash a vehicle, this vehicle has been washed here several times before. After the wash we proceed to vacuum and realize the paint of the vehicle has being scratched. I approached a team member and informed of the situation to which he stated “these did not happen here because our machines spin in circles” then said “I will have to look at the cameras” after a moment into looking he tells me he has to fix a gate and leaves. This is unacceptable!!! Additionally the website has no contact information or customer support.

This car wash has the best attendants. The ladies acting as cashiers are friendly, welcoming and service oriented. I love getting my car washed here and I’m so glad I got the monthly membership. My car stays clean and it doesn’t take much time.
