I was very hopeful coming to this carwash for the first time. I left very disappointed. Customer service/cashier personnel were great. Very attentive and professional. However, I paid for a Royal wash and left very upset. The person who is supposed to vacuum the car did a horrible job. Literally did not vacuum much at all or lift up mats or anything. Crumbs everywhere. Pure laziness!! He/she needs to be fired or given remedial training. I have a brand new 2022 vehicle and keep my vehicle pretty clean (no kids or pets). So the fact the employee couldn’t vacuum very few crumbs was disheartening. Lazy. If I might add, I’m a 20% tipper on my service. So I have no tolerance for laziness or subpar job. It’s sad when you pay for a detail and have to go home after you just left the car wash and have to vacuum/wipe down your car AFTER you paid for a service. This review is directed solely at the person who chose not to adequately vacuum. The man that did my exterior detail did a wonderful job and was rewarded for a job well done with a tip. Manager please speak with your interior detail employees. They are below average and are going to hurt your business and you will lose customers if they are not reprimanded or retrained. Do a good job with the wash and vacuum usually. Waited to go on a Tuesday and the “men/womans day discount” they have posted on a big sign outside only applies to the most expensive washes. Super misleading. Probably my last time coming Unfortunately.

I had the best service here today. Jose, the detailing manager, was fantastic and upfront with me about additional cost due to the extent of the staining on my seats. 2 preschoolers with muddy shoes had done a number on them. The detail team worked and worked on the seats. I was so impressed by their dedication to doing the best job possible. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

The best carwash experience. I drive a Porsche and nobody else knew how to get my suv into the carwash machine here the Manager explained how to do it & recommended a carwash package to help my suv get all the bug stains out and bird stains. Nobody had ever explained to me in detail. Jose the manager here has 13 years experience and looks out for the customers best interest. Excellent customer service.

$20 car wash you would think when it was done it would look great. Unfortunately no it’s far from even being clean floor mats are in my seat not the floor. They didn’t vacuum the seats. Dash still had dust and dirt on it I had to ask the guy to use the towel to wipe it off my self. They do a better job with a cheaper wash 🤦🏼♀️outside looks good but I’m very disappointed about the inside

Quality has gone down tremendously, carpets still had dog hair, seat creases had crumbs, streaks and dusty odometer. Never coming here again nor do I recommend it, a self wash would probably be better.

Quality of work is not worth the cost. The last 3 times I have been here, they never even touched the inside of my rear windshield to clean the glass. Their vacuuming skills are hit or miss. Last weekend when I had my car washed, there was still mud / road splatter all over my front bumper. Don't waste your money.

I usually wash my Jeep myself but on occasion I just don’t have the time or want to. Supershine has always been my back up and do a superior job detailing for the last 5 years I’ve been going to them. Their staff if very friendly and always working hard. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I am a bit bummed. I even drove further because this place had a better Google star rating. Outside detail/wheels look great! Customer service was nice and friendly, manager even opened the door to the office for me. However, I paid for the Supreme Wash and the inside seemed to be completely ignored aside from vacuuming. You can still see my daughters "art work" in the dust on my dashboard and her dirty finger prints on the door panel. Inside windows do seem clean though, so I'm confused. Not mad about the tip, it was extremely hot outside (heat advisory in TX is no joke), but it is annoying that now I have to do wipe down the inside after paying for a full-service wash. 🙄

Always try to stop here when I’m working in southwest DFW on way back to Dallas. They always do a great job. It’s full service and it’s the only full service wash I’ll go to. I’ve commuted here to get professional details or when I’ve needed to get my carpets shampooed to get stains or dark spots out in the past. I highly recommend if you are in the area and need a thorough cleaning!!!

I’ve been going to Supershine over 5 years & after today’s experience w/ the new cashier I will NOT be returning. All I asks was “hi how many points do I have?” She immediately said “you don’t have points you have to register!” And proceeded to slam a form & pen on the counter. I told her “ma’am I’ve earned multiple free washes with my points what do you mean?” Again she yelled “register!” As if I’m a kid. I then called the young lady who signs ppl in outside to come in and confirm the point system. After she did so the cashier tells her “oh so we’re just handing out free washes?! I’m not doing that she has to register!” I paid and told her I will not be returning. She said she’s only doing what the owner told her. A few mins later the owner Jose comes in and I hear her telling him, so I walked up and told him what happened. Once again, just like myself and the young lady told her so did Jose say “you can look her up by her plate # and she has points.” She caught an attitude after he showed her how to do it. She clearly had an issue the moment I walked in, because I listened to how she greeted everyone else. She also kept referring to me as “the girl.” Although, I’m a 48 yr old grown woman & probably the same age as her, but clearly…Lastly, I heard Jose asking her”what are you not understanding?” After still trying to explain how HIS point system works. She only seemed to have an issue for certain customers and NOT all. Iykyk! I then heard her tell him “well im not asking the girl, you do it. I’m sorry Jose, I got ish going on & it’s not your ish it’s mine.” He was nice enough to come hand me the form to fill out. Although, he was very kind the fact that her attitude was that crappy at 9 am and she talked like a bully or a female inmate who seemed to be profiling I will never spend a penny there as long as she is the cashier. The previous young lady who I believe was the owners daughter was always very professional, greeted with a smile and never talked crazy like the lady today. Thank you Jose, but your cashier sucks!

I got the Royal Wash and the interior cleaning was horrible. Crumbs left on dash and backseats, stain not even wiped down on my seats. I tip when I come and i’ve come about 4 times, but half of those times the job has been worse then mediocre. This last time was just the worse job done. Photos taken directly after the wash and clean.

Im filing a LAWSUIT. The first day that I came here as you can see the pictures they didn’t even clean my car. I purchased the royal car wash, which includes detail details in and out right they didn’t clean the car, the manager Jose said that he would give me a free car wash and I could come back and then the girl Leslie at the front desk. She was awesome right I come back to my car and it’s still not clean. Everything was still a mess. Everything was still dirty and then on top of that THEY BROKE MY STUFF! ON PURPOSE they broke my expensive after market lights, When I asked for a refund, they just gave me a free car wash. Why would I want to come back? They told me that the store owner his name is Nick and I will be having my lawyer reach out because I will be filing a lawsuit, It seems extra, but I was very nice from the beginning like all I wanted was my car washed and they didn’t do that. I come back. They said they were gonna clean it again. They still didn’t do it. It was still messed up then on top of that, y’all broke my stuff? This is a Mercedes Benz. & my headlights now have key scratches on it . Treat people’s stuff with care, watch me win this lawsuit bc I have every documentation, video, photo timestamp, receipt AND I was recording every conversation, I even have the video of me telling the car guy to come back that it’s still mad messy. SMH do not come here I never write reviews but I need this documentation for my law suit.
