Prices are great and they have a la carte services also. Place was very clean. They should offer more sitting areas for customers outside. I was not satisfied tho. I still had items in storage areas like the doors and in front of my shift knob. My leather seats were not even touched. Streaks were left on the infotainment center. Windows were not rolled down and wiped. The boot for the shift knob was not cleaned, as well as the boot for the parking brake. The wiring for my LED lights came out, as well as the remote for them. Which tells me that when they were vacuuming (which also was a poor job) that they were a little rough when taking out the floor mats and vacuuming. The remote for them is near the center console and came off completely, which tells me that she wasn’t paying attention when wiping surfaces down. The exterior was actually not that bad. But I honestly expected a lot more after an hour and a half. She went back to the tires at least 3 times. Same for the back. I witnessed 4 vehicles be done by someone else while she did mine. Which isn’t bad, cause she was taking her time but the job completed was poor and not thorough. A $40 wash and interior does not take an hour and a half. The lady who did my vehicle was significantly older than everyone else. Which is not a problem but if she cannot do her job correctly then she should be moved to the cash register where the girl scrolling on TikTok is. I am willing to try this car wash again but I will be requesting somebody else. I was just simply not satisfied being a first timer here.

Not a bad price for what gets done. This isn’t I spent $200 on a full professional car detail; but it’s good for what you’re paying. I would say overall the work was good. But they missed a few little things that just make it difficult to be 100% satisfied. Like wiping down around my gear shift where all the dirt catches or continuing down to the storage area under my radio. Both still had dirt and dust I hadn’t noticed until shortly after I had left. Otherwise very quick and good quality for the price. But the employees; especially the ones outside, seemed to think us showing up was a huge inconvenience. Having never been to this location before, I didn’t fully know what to do, and they all ignored me. No one offered help, and no one spoke to me until I went inside to the counter. And even the counter person just stared until I handed her my money. No trying to help me figure out what I wanted or checking if I had questions. And the thing that bothered me the most: my key fob was left on my tire, which was wet still. I paid for a replacement fob a year ago after accidentally washing the original key; and I don’t want my new on ruined because it was left on a wet tire. Why not place in inside with the door open, at least that way it’s protected. There were at least 20 something people out there working I doubt it would’ve been stolen right out from under them.

They do okay work with washing your car. However service is below par and the inside of the building for waiting looks like a trap house. Tried to get change for a 20 to tip the detailer however the cashier refused to make change.

The first time I went was exceptional! This made me come back for a second time, but I was told they didn't do interior detailing at 5pm. I was told to come back before 4:30pm . I went back on a Monday before lunch time, I was told their detailers were no longer working on Monday. Finally I went back and arrived at 4pm. I was told they couldn't do detailing services by the same lady that turned me away the last 2 times. I spoke with a manager that was able to get me in for interior detailing service. Not sure why this attendant lady kept turning me away but I was finally serviced. I did not get a call back to pick up my vehicle when it was ready. I came back right before closing and was lucky to find 2 employees that were locking the business up as well as my vehicle inside the wash drive thru. I appreciate them for going the extra mile to secure my vehicle. However, I am disappointed at the lack of communication from the business and the way the business is being managed.

After returning home from washing my 2008 Jeep Wrangler, I noticed the antenna was missing. I called the car wash to ask where it was. There was some confusion at first, turns out the antenna was removed and per "policy" placed on dashboard. It was actually placed in between the windshield and gap of dashboard and I could not retrieve it. By this time, I also noticed one windshield wiper was missing. The manager confirmed the machines had caused the blade to fall off and it was broken. He offered to reimburse one of the blades but not both. As far as the antenna, there was nothing to be done. I took the reimbursement for 1 blade and expressed they should pay for both. The antenna is another issue to be dealt with in the near future. If you've ever seen the condition of the furniture, it shouldn't be a surprise of the lack of attention or pride in their image. I will not be spending my money here again.

I’ve been a paying member at Wash Boy Car Wash with automatic drafts coming out of my checking account, but for day now I’ve repeatedly shown up during their posted business hours only to find the location closed. Today, I finally caught someone on-site and was informed that Wash Boy has been sold to Quick Quack Car Wash. What’s frustrating is that there was zero communication about this change, no sign on the door, no email, nothing. As a customer, I feel completely left in the dark and now have to take extra steps to figure out how to cancel the recurring charges on my account. Very disappointing and unprofessional way to handle a transition.

The appropriate rating would be zero stars if at all possible. I have been to this place twice. First time brought my jeep I had to bring it back once I noticed it wasn’t detailed correctly. The second time I brought my F250 and paid the extra to have the leather seats cleaned and conditioned. Waited two hours to get the truck back just to find the seats were not cleaned and there was still dirt on the side on the seats where the knobs and seat adjustment buttons are at. Went back in to let the person know and I had to pay an extra $25 to have it redone. Not returning after this kind of service. No management personnel on site and employees walking around with flip flops like they’re at home. Unprofessional and not worth the $70 I just spent. Save your self the headache and waist of money and find a different place to get your vehicle cleaned.

My husband and I have been using this car wash for about 3 years. At first it was nice and the manager seamed to do a great job. The price is great to pay 49.99 a month and have unlimited washes. Here lately they have been so horrible. I think the old manager does not work here anymore. I haven't seen him in a while. The furniture is in really bad shape and uncomfortable to say the least. My husbands radio dash was wipe with a chemicals that pealed the dash. They just said how do they know that happened here at the car wash. I was so mad we come here every week. Then my antenna was not put back on my truck more times than I can count. The vehicles are not cleaned well at all anymore. They are always closed on the day I want to go. They have a fast pass lane that's never open. I am so sick of this car wash. They need new management please!!!!

Horrible never coming back here . Lady told me it would take 1:30 and I was there for 3 hours told her specifically that I wanted it vacuumed very well. Whenever they were done. I found cookies at the bottom of my seat. Seats looked like they weren’t even touched I had to wait another 30 minutes to get it vacuumed again . Then they threw away my drink. On top of that it’s my last day off . I spent it all day there. I advised everyone not to come here. Close this place !!!!!!!

The actual car wash, vacuum, and detailing of my car is of excellent job. However, when I got into my car my radio was CRANKED up on volume 30, the settings had been COMPLETELY changed, and it was on a station I've never listened to my entire life. 💥💥My radio was OFF!!!! I understand an accidental turning the knob while cleaning, but not this....

I wouldn’t even call this a “detailing” place. more like a “Eh I’m lazy and don’t feel like vacuuming my car, let me ask my sister to do it.” typa place. They didn’t vacuum the trunk of my car at all. There were streaks left on my car from the cleaner they used. The floors of my car all around the mats still had dirt as well as the back seats still having some sand in them. Leaves were also left underneath my seats. There were crevices with dirt left in them all over. Overall, it was a clean that you could’ve done yourself. It doesn’t look horrible, I just wouldn’t call it a “detail”.

WARNING They will steal from you and damage your truck. How do you dent a truck when you're washing it? This was on a flat surface parallel to the ground, which meant something really heavy had to hit it. I think they throw bricks or something back there. Stole my Astros towel. I took a picture of the inside of my truck right before I handed over my keys and the picture has the towel in it. Get my truck back, no towel. Left the water bottles that were trash, but stole my stuff. Good thing I thought to grab my work badge out of there first. The manager said he would check the cameras and call me. No call, nothing. So much Armoral on the tires it flung off the sidewall and down the side of my truck. Like they hit it with a grease dispenser or something. Did I mention this place employs careless thieves?

Seems to be a good place. They were super busy today, and trying to get vehicles through. Several little things were missed on my truck. One of the workers threw a dirty receiver hitch in my leather seats.

Just got my truck done. After they were done, I did a walk around. There was a deep scratch, about 4ft long. It was not there when I went there. I went to the manager and he insisted it was not them. Poor management and they just didn't care.

The owners need to replace the furniture for the customers to have a decent place to sit. Lack of replacing furniture and being slow getting your car cleaned in a timely manner.

I’m over this place and will be looking elsewhere. They charge you enough for their service but they don’t want to replace chairs for their Customers now that’s sad. I have been here before with temp plates but have never had this happen where it broke the plate holder and bent the plate. When I spoke to the manager he said that this happens from time to time and I should have asked to have my plate taken off. I said sir this has never happened to me and you’re just saying bullshit stuff so you won’t have to to take of it. They messed a lot of areas, manager said they don’t clean your rearview mirror in case something happens but I said they cleaned mine some what. This place has horrible service!!!

They make everything about this very easy for the customer. You pull up, leave keys in car and pick which wash option you would like and then pay. The lounge area is very nice and spacious. Free coffee while you wait. Ive been here when it's dead and when it's very busy and both times it's been a great experience. Cashiers are not friendly and the staff do come across very rude sometimes but if my car is clean I'm good.
