Yesterday my wife and I went to this Walmart to purchase over a hundred dollars of miscellaneous items and foods. We parked close to the pharmacy door so we didn't have to walk far as I have bad knees and she is disabled. I noticed that an employee was physically opening a door to let a couple in, it was about 9:02pm. I said "hold the door I have to move my truck". He started to walk away and told me I'd have to walk down to the other doors. I'm 77 with physical alements. The Young couple he let in, looked very healthy to me. Whatever happened to politeness and respect? Oh and your website says "open till 11pm." I phoned my wife and said let's go as I was approaching my truck and that I would pick her up at the other door and just to leave her cart. We went to another Walmart and purchased our needed items!

Self checkout to the left of the store is insanely fast, shelves are usually stocked, & most fresh products are actually fresh. Greeting staff are always friendly, however other employees often ignore you or are overall rude to customers. Its a good hypermarket but staff need some socialization lessons.

I'm really tired of the employees acting like they have bad attitudes and mental health problems. Always sizing me up as a black woman. I know this because I don't see other customers being treated this way. The deli area always has these weird acting employees that pretend not to notice messes, will have the sandwiches in the bags sitting open letting air all inside of causing airborne bacteria, they make you wait to even acknowledge you and if they do it's just rude like they are annoyed when I did nothing wrong and it's always only toward me like as if people just want to make me feel humbled or something. It's always toward the pretty black women—yeah I said it. I been noticing we are always treated differently from other cstomers. Soon as a white guy shows up it's immediate "Hi how are you sir?" It's so obvious to a smart individual like myself. I tried not to complain and give good ratings but this is the last straw for me. Get yall attitudes in order or get out!

If you’re at customer service! Then help! If I ordered online and don’t have the app bc the service in this area sucks. Why not help me. Direct me to in store to get my item. Not me walking out to ask a worker to go pull my order item! Three lady’s at the front. One w burgundy shirt! Too busy running the mouth to help! No thanks to Elinore or Jasmine. Who stood there talking! Thanks to the guy in the picture!

It's a Walmart. What more can you say. This one is clean and fairly well stocked. There were only a few registers open and there was a short wait for the self checkout. I had one item that wouldn't scan and an associate came over and put in the numbers by hand.

I found the item I needed BUT… I asked for help and the person I spoke to did not speak much English… just handed me the store phone and said … “you type” another person came and sent me to the location . When I got there, there was the item I needed.. but behind locked doors… well another customer found this guy and when I questioned him for sending me to a spot that he new was locked m. His response was.. “I guess I am bad” …. Other than having what I needed, this experience was well below what I expected for a company with this brand was known for..

Horrible customer service. They never have online pickup orders on time. Rarely have more than 2 registers open with an actual employee, yet employees are standing around everywhere in the store doing absolutely nothing. Way too many employees doing the online order shopping who are rude and get in the way.

Had an oil change done here I believed the tech was a guy named Ryan. My low oil came on. I checked the oil and it was only 1 bar on it. After checking the engine bay, it appears he dumped half of it unto my cross member. Get a better tech Someone that spends less time socializing and does good work. Never again...

I drive fifty minutes from where I actually live to come to this Walmart. You know why? Because it's quiet, clean, and organized, it does not have the merchandise locked up, there is no riffraff employed or shopping at this location. If you want a pleasant Walmart experience, this is definitely the store to be at.

What a great experience with their photo counter and development. They went above and beyond. We volunteer every year for photos with Santa and sponsor the event for kids. This is my first time coming to Walmart for the cropping and printing. It went so fast. Machines worked. But what made it was the staff. They checked on me and kept all 500 photos “IN ORDER” so packaging them in envelopes was a breeze.

First time and was impressed with the Red Mill Walmart. It's a long haul from where I live, but I was in the area dining at Blue Seafood & Spirits. Plenty of parking and the lot was clean. When entering they were very low on shopping carts. Walmart security was at the entrance well as VB City PD. I only needed to grab a few items, but decided to browse and do price comparisons since I'm not a regular at Walmart. The store was pretty busy for Saturday afternoon. The store was clean and shelves overall stocked well. Something that I now focus on is organic produce. In my opinion it was very strong with excellent prices. I witnessed staff stocking in many of the aisles. Every time I browse I compare prices and I must say hands down Walmart undercuts everyone's price point. It may be 10 cents, it may be a dollar. I utilized self checkout and had no issue. I do recommend you register for their rewards program. Staff was at the checkout area and engaged me to say have a good day. I would say this is the best Walmart Super Center I've shopped in Virgin nis Beach and it's the furthest too! Solid 4 stars.

Vanessa is truly amazing! She makes the most beautiful and delicious cakes every year, and they never disappoint. Her attention to detail, creativity, and passion really show in every design. Not only do her cakes look stunning, but they taste incredible too. She always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I also want to mention that all the services at Walmart are very helpful. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with anything you need.
