The team lead for tonight 10/30 and Marcella the “coach” were extremely rude and definitely make customers feel wrong and unwelcomed. If someone higher up can please reach out to me ASAP I’d like to talk. Thank you.

The raspberries were moldy because the refrigeration unit wasn't working. The staff didn't seem to care. It was nice to see rainbow trout here, but moldi raspberries. It's temporary parking for truckers. Very tight, and they don't like us here overnight

Went in for 2 items. Both behind locked doors and no associate around. It's unfortunate stores have to protect against theft, but still lowers shoppers' experience. Lots of product in stock though.

I had to grab some stuff because I forgot some things and I came to visit my brother. Great, nice, friendly and helpful staff.

Lines are better, food is stocked. I dislike how certain things are locked up. But I understand, that’s why I mostly use pick up order.

Bad service nobody ever comes to open the lot glass doors while you wait in every 5 minutes someone's yelling the stories about to close they will inconvenience some staff or friendly and great and others ain't. Very judgmental especially if you're young black male like myself Even after spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars every week..... That's just the last couple months an I still get treated like a common criminal

I am extremely disappointed what I experienced at your store. What should have taken 10 minutes turned into an hour and a half of waiting, confusion, and frustration — all because your employees simply don’t want to do their jobs. I came in to buy a Diesel cologne, clearly displayed as 125ml for $40. I waited hour to open the glass shelf and then I was handed a 50ml bottle — same price, half the size. They ring up 50ml was $40! When I questioned it, I was told to go to customer service. I then had to wait 15–20 more minutes because the manager HADN’T EVEN CLOCKED IN YET. Why are customers forced to wait for a manager to start their shift just to get help? That’s completely unacceptable. Even worse, when I showed the Walmart website listing the same cologne (50ml) for $24, I was told they don’t price match Walmart’s own website. That’s ridiculous. How do you expect customers to trust in-store pricing when the exact same item is cheaper online — from Walmart itself? This wasn’t just a pricing issue — it was a complete failure of customer service from start to finish. Employees were standing around doing nothing. No one wanted to help. Everyone had a “not my problem” attitude. The manager, Lorene, was particularly rude, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than solving a basic issue. No apology. No explanation. Nothing. Let me be blunt: this store is falling apart. Your staff are untrained, unmotivated, and seem to care more about killing time than helping customers. It’s embarrassing for a company as big as Walmart. I left without buying and was forced to order online. I’m demanding that: • This store be investigated for poor customer service and false pricing. • Staff (especially management) be retrained immediately. Walmart can do better. If you want customers to keep shopping in-store, start holding your staff accountable and train them to actually care.

Label your toiletries area. Nothing is well marked. Additionally, stock more than just 2-in-1 shampoo. Literally every bottle for men is either a 2-in-1, 3-in-1, or just for dandruff. One or two for curly hair that aren't also a conditioner. So dumb. Impossible to navigate. Unless you're looking for mouthwash, that's pretty much the only label in those aisles. Seriously, it's the simplest thing. What a waste of time. Lady didn't even know where the men's shampoo was, looked surprised when I asked.

I came in to pick up something for my car. I asked if anyone could help me. I was sent to three different departments(crafting, seasonal, and maintenance) the only person that helped me was the person that was cleaning the bathroom and before he helped me he said Don’t you have a phone? Yes I replied. He said Google it then. And that was the help that was given to me.

I love that walmart is so close to my home and my place of employment. I love the prices and the self check out which for me is a bonus because I stop and shop quite often and always in rush. It's perfect for for my busy life style

Kudos to employee, Mathias. Very customer friendly. Deserves a raise! Also, the store seems to run well. It is clean. I love the delivery service. Some of the Great Value items are just as good as brand names.

Everything in the store is locked behind glass. They are treating everyone like criminals. Nothing warrants this. They make 100s of billions of dollars a year every year. Everything in the store could be stolen 100s of times and never even touch their profits. This is unnecessary. I won't be shopping at Walmart anymore. They certainly aren't spending that profit on extra employees to stay in all the areas......so hostile

Melissa at the Vision Center was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly friendly, super helpful, and answered every question we had. She made the entire process of purchasing glasses for my two boys so easy.

This Walmart store is horrible. I wish the City Of Fairfield or who has the power could close it entirely. Let me start with this Sam Walton the founder of Walmart had very specific core values and a vision for Walmart that I feel Walmart has lost and one of those core values by Sam was for customers to have an excellent store experience you come in this store and practictly all Walmart stores everything is locked up behind glass doors this takes the fun shopping experience away from customers. I understand Walmart needs to prevent theft but this is 2025 come on now find another professional way to deal with theft. And then it takes almost 30 minutes for someone to come open one of those locked glass cases and when a person is tired and can't get their item quickly this is very annoying. And I hope a manager reads this review my review because one time no one came to where I press the button to get my product from so I called on my cell phone to the main line of Walmart here on North Texas Street to get someone to come open the glass case. How unprofessional is this Sam Walton would be very disappointed in how Walmarts vision has deminished someone in Walmarts management team knows where the problems lie whether the CEO or leadership team but the real issues are not being addressed and that's in my opinion going to lead to a decline in customers. Their are lot's of new educated college graduates out there with majors in Criminal Justice get advice from them the way it's set up now makes me feel very uncomfortable coming into the store and customers should never feel that way. The pharmacy staff is so rude I complained about them several times yet Walmart still keeps the same rude employees there employed representing their company it's horrible. Also, when you drive up North Texas street all of the small plastic produce bags and plastic meat bags from the meat department are flying in the air some days all in the street up to the side of Walmart building on North Texas St and can get caught and burn under someone's catalytic converter and catch fire one day which can cost thousands to repair now who's going to pay for that and I did call one day and report this but yet it still happens but Walmart is worried about locked up things inside the store but outside damage can be being done to countless of cars passing daily by this store without the car owners knowledge very selfish on Walmart. And lastly the problem I see is in the parking lot are police are arriving all the time I mean come on now this is not a fun, safe, shopping experience for me or anyone I feel to take our hard earned money to and spend it here. See Walmart needs to understand not everyone steals and I know they know this but come up with a way that makes everyone feel safe, invited to the store as true guests, camera's at the self checkout's on the screen it's so invasive to me. I don't shop at Walmart anymore and am so thankful I have transportation to go to other areas to shop at Walmarts competitive or competition stores that don't have any of these things in place lock cages, bags flying in streets, etc. It's really, really sad to take customers hard earned money and treat them this way. Find nicer ways to combat theft.

Great store with a wide selection of products and very convenient location. You can find everything in one place — groceries, clothes, household items, and more. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff is helpful and polite, and checkout is usually quick. I also like that prices are affordable and there are always good deals. Overall, a very convenient place for everyday shopping. Highly recommend!

Worst woman’s bathroom ever. Could you at least fix the doors so the locks work and TP is closed so it’s not dirt on the roll?

This location for the most part is stocked for what you need. Also the lines are never really that long. Except for the self check out it does take a while. That is why I decide to come here in the morning, which is a lot better.
