I went to target yesterday to have a normal shopping experience to by my kids clothes for school. It actually was a bit busy because it was Saturday. The employees were doing a great job disinfecting areas that are frequently used like the registers and keypads. Thank you target employees!

Regarding all target stores. I hate your high prices, you used to make up for it with nicer cleaner stores with short lines, now your just an overpriced Walmart. Also, locking up half of your items pisses off everybody I know. That'll end up being the death of retail stores, Mark my word.

I've been coming to this store since I moved to Fairfield and let me tell y'all that I never thought I was going to get a bad experience. 5 days ago I shopped here and got 4 items which my total was $30dlrs with 30¢. I gave the cashier a $100dollar bill and she gave me back $69 dlrs with 30¢. I never check if the bills are real or not because I thought TARGET was a good store, I only check if my change was ok and then left. Yesterday I tried to pay with one of the $20 dollar bills which turned out to be fake. I asked the lady at the store if she could check the other 2 bills and the 3 bills are fake. I spoke to the manager yesterday telling her what happened I asked her to pull out the cameras and check that the cashier gave me those bills, her response was "Maybe she (the cashier) didn't do it intentionally because we as a big store check the money first, so I told her that's why it surprises me that she didn't check those bills before, when the "person" gave them to her at first. I hardly carry any cash on me for the same reason, I always pay with my debit card. That day I only had cash on me. I hope that if this happens to another person they come forward so that way they can investigate the cashier and even the manager who I spoke to!!!

This is my favorite Target. The store is clean, staff is friendly and helpful if you need it & leave you alone if you don't need their assistance. I do NOT like aggressive or in your face customer service, so this is a huge bonus for me. They are steadily busy and yet the wait to check out is generally minimal, even more so since installing Self Serve Stations. This Target is doing a GREAT JOB all around.

I called 5 times each time the phone keep ringing over 10 times then hung up on me. I needed to speak to someone about doing a pick up order. There is no customer service at this store!! Keep this up and I hope Managers and Workers UNDERSTAND WITHOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE You will lose our money to support this store and find yourself closing like MACY'S!! PICK UP YOUR PHONE!! Someone complained months ago and still no workers answer the phone!

This Target location has improved over the years. It's cleaned up and has a lot more option in comparison to previous years. I'll go here on occasion because it's pretty close to where I live. I'm glad to see that they have made the changes they have. I'd keep going back while living in Fairfield.

Seriously step up your Drive Up order promptness please. Every time I use drive up I’m waiting almost 20 minutes. I have two special needs children and can’t just go into the store easily. I love using drive up and have used it at many locations that bring out my items within 5 minutes but this location is sooooooo SLOW.

I had bought a device from this store that needed to be returned and replaced because of a defect. The folks at the returns section of the store were helpful and quick in processing the device. I then went to the electronics section to get a replacement and to my dismay, there was no one staffing the area. I would have left a worse review, but the item return folks were great and a worker there by the name of Nicole was helpful after they covered for the electronics section. Nicole was not only able to get me the replacement device/helped me by ringing me up at the register, they were also very considerate.

I will never order produce via drive up anymore. I’ve had issues in the past but the last few months it’s been pretty good so today I picked up an order with apples and two containers of cherry tomatoes both containers of cherry tomatoes had mold and were dripping rancid juices out of the bottom because they have holes in the container and the apples were brown (instead of red) smooshed and dripping out of the bag. They simply do not care what they put off to the side for you. So I am officially done with ordering any produce from them because it’s disgusting and it waste my time having to come back to return it.

Had a poor experience with the customer service. Lady at the return counter said she could not accept my receipt. I went to another target and they accepted it promptly, no questions asked.

Went to target today, and went to the self checkout like at 6:20pm and employee up in the front at the self checkout was so rude and went to clear the register I was on just because I changed my mind and decided to pay cash .. I can’t believe such rude and aggressive people work here it’s customer service people are to conduct patient and courteous I know. If he doesn’t want to work he should go home and have someone who does want to work.

My daughter had her birthday here and the staff were all so sweet!! They let us set up a table at Starbucks and gave my daughter and her friends a bunch of little goodies to take home including their very own employee name tags! They made my daughter’s birthday so magical for her and we’re so grateful for the amazing staff!

When employees don’t know when an item is no longer carried & you search other Target store locations, within multiple aisle sections including case it moved, is wasteful of time, energy, & fuel. But having to further instruct an employee how to check for shipping dates & online stock, shows lack of Target professionalism. Sorry, not sorry.

This is a very nice target in Fairfield. They keep the store neat and organized, plus the staff on the floor is very helpful with the customers. They also have a starbucks inside with a friendly staff so you can get a coffee and then walk around Target. The person that rang us up at the register double charged us for som3 stuff. But we got it fixed quickly at customer services. So all in all nice target that I recommend going to!

I wish rude was enough to describe the African American woman with curly hair who was working at guest services at 330 pm on Friday 1/30. There’s something truly evil and sinister about her and if this review isn’t enough, karma will come for her. She has no business in customer service.
