Went there with only a picture of a part of my 2006 ford f250 that i needed. Because i didnt know whats it called. I went to the counter and this Filipino guy was a not having a good day. I told him i dont know whats it called and i only have a picture and while not even taking a glance of my cellphone to see the picture that i was trying to show him, he said that he is not a catalog that knows every name of every car parts and that it could be called differently by different manufacturers. What an a$$. and i was like, yeah me neither, but im not the one working in a car parts store, thats why im asking you. Im not asking about medical question because youre not a doctor and im not a patient. Im here for a car part and your a car part salesman. He woke up, and looked at my cellphone and got me the part. Well, ofcourse it was not the exact correct part, i had to come back to get the correct one for a 4x4. He gave me the 2 wheel drive version.

I've been working on a 1965 Chevelle, great staff knowledgeable too. Had to special order some parts and had no issues, also got a phone call any time things arrived.

I absolutely will not go anywhere else for parts for my vehicles.. the staff are fun, friendly and highly educated.. they always lend a helping hand, won't let me leave until I have exactly what I need and always find a way to help me .. they are franchised so they have the proper staff to complete tasks.. not to mention always having parts in stock! Love napa auto!

Put on hold for 10 minutes then someone hangs up on me. I call back just to be put on hold again. I call a third time explaining to the person I was already on hold and I'm told too bad and they're gonna help the people at the counter before me. This person claimed to be the manager. There's only 20 other auto parts stores I can do business with... lol

As far as a good Parts place it’s good. The guys there are very friendly when a females are around but are very rude and not polite to older people like myself. They forgot just because your older doesn’t mean that the customers are dumb.

Most Napa stores are well stocked with what you need. However, most Napa stores have counter help that are glued to their bar stools. They do not like to get up and help you find things, they just point or say things like "it's probably in the back" and then just sit there and look at a screen. They are friendly but not very motivated to get off that chair and help you.

The people working at this Napa store are always professional and knowledgeable of your needs. Their recommendations are always correct and their pricing is in line with other auto supply stores and often cheaper. I've been going there for years and have no reason to stop.

If You need Car care products for carwash, or fluids for brakes, power steering, lubricants or other go visit Auto Zxxx, O'Rxxlly, or other. If You want quality parts, then Napa AP is the place. And I don't want to purchase a part, and then have to go back 2-3 times in some instances to either return because of poor quality or design, or get the right part. You definitely get what You pay for at Napa AP. While they have an extensive inventory between the North, and West Texas stores sometimes a part will require ordering. Lead times are reasonable, most being 1-2 days. I rated them 4 stars because their online search engine You can access stinks. In most cases they are helpful as well depending on the level if experience the Customer service has. All in all I visit Napa AP for Car, Truck, Marine, and some general parts for small engines like Lawn Mowers.

David was a life saver. He helped replace my lights. Cleaned one from rust. Even though water was running out. He did not give up. He dried it out. Wiped away rust. Found right size buld. He did not stop till he fixed it. I am so grateful. I brought him lunch next day., Thanks David your the best. I will be returning back. Good hospitality is the key. Going beyond to help a customer is priceless. Alice Grimes

I wish I could give zero stars, but it will not allow me. Horrible customer service! My husband purchased an oil filler cap. Placed it on the vehicle and it came off, spraying oil under the hood. He returned to another location to purchase another one (since this location was closed) and realized the first one he purchased was missing the gasket. He returned to the West Texas St. Location to return the original filler cap since it was defective. He explained to the clerk the problem and told him it was missing a part. The clerk replied “so you say” and refused to issue a refund. Terrible way to treat your customers!!!

Love it here. They helped us find what we needed. Most important though, they doted on my grandson and made him feel very special, with a football and calendars with car pictures. Just the things my Grandson loves. Very nice, personable people!

Aaron was a great help and tried to help the customers as soon as possible. But the heavy set older white guy took his sweet time and jumped on the phone even though they had the longest line I have ever been in. After he helped one customer he never looked up or acknowledged any other customer. Not sure I will ever be back and I have been shopping at this store for over ten years.

Bought shock absorbers from NAPA, and they failed within weeks. When I went to return them, they refused because there’s no warranty. They are made in China, and NAPA does not guarantee their quality. 95% of their parts are imported junk.

I will definitely not be returning. The people behind the counter have no idea what they are doing. Once he found my part he wanted to charge me even though I had proof I already paid. Then he couldn't figure out the computer and kept saying ( sorry man I don't really know what I'm doing". He kept saying he needed to get the manager but didn't go get him and instead sat in his chair waiting for the manager to pass by. This is before I said "hey why don't you go get him?". The staff didn't know what a spark plug gapped was either. Hello, ypu work in a auto parts store. The manager was the only one know what he was doing and seemed to be doing all the work. I will NEVER return to this store location again.
