Previously I had written a 5 star review for this Walmart and bragged about how great the store is. So, today we entered through the garden area and became very disheartened due to all the plants sagging and thirsty for water as shown in attached video. What a waste, the lady said they don't have anyone to water them and when they do have a worker they are too lazy to do so. And so the plants die and get thrown away, Walmart will not reduce the prices not will they give them away. Walmart just puts them in the dumpsters or has them returned dead to the growers and writes the value of.

Horrible experience. I went to buy a tempered glass case for my phone, and the staff was quite rude. I went to check to make sure it was the right one for my device, and they snatched it out of my hands in the rudest way. I mean, I'm standing right in front of you. What's the problem with me checking what I'm buying?

This is where we go grocery shopping every week or we might just stop by and pick something up for dinner and to get a few drinks as well since Sam's Choice drinks are only $1.00. I just wish that Walmart was open 24/7 like before. If you get off at 11 PM you're kinda screwed because there are no stores open at all.

First off let me say that I have shopped at this location for several years and NEVER had a bad experience till TODAY.I made a grocery pick up order and the pictures of the item below was severely damaged on the outside with a foul odor of garbage scent.I proceeded to unwrap the outside package and I never expected to see this ‼️Not only were the cans of Vienna sausages open and banged up, there are FUR BALLS OF MOLD ‼️I contacted Walmart customer service, they issued apology, refund and a Promo code for $25 on my next eligible order of $40 or more,meaning I’d still have to spend 40 to even use the code.WALMART I am not satisfied with your way of handling this situation.You hire shoppers to do the shopping, this product should have NEVER made it to ANYBODY cart and it should be addressed amongst your team members and supervisors to make sure incidents like this doesn’t happen again!!Someone should be held accountable for scanning this product and placing it in a shopping cart period!!!

Chloe from the bakery/deli is amazing! We came in last minute hoping to get cupcakes and couldn’t find exactly what we needed. Even though we hadn’t placed an order ahead of time, Chloe went above and beyond by making them for us right there on the spot in a department she doesn’t work at. I recently ordered tires from the Auburn Walmart, and I received utter racism and terrible customer service. It's not even worth a star. I received a text message saying the tires had arrived, so I made an appointment for installation. But when I got to the store, they kept telling me the appointment had been canceled and wouldn't service me. Walmart explained that the system had automatically canceled the appointment, but I never received a notification. I also received a text message saying the tires had arrived, but the technician lied, saying they had just arrived. And the staff there didn't share any information with me. I called in the morning to explain the situation and reconfirm my appointment. When I arrived on time, they said it had been canceled. When I rescheduled, they again said it wasn't possible and told me to take my car and bring it back. When I argued with them about their system and why they were wasting my time, they finally offered to install the tires, seemingly annoyed, but then said they couldn't do it on an EV because it was too heavy. All five technicians were laughing at me. I was upset and worried they'd ruin my car even more, so I just took my car somewhere else. I don't understand why Walmart operates an auto center they can't even manage. I think the system should automatically block reservations for vehicles that can't install tires. Shouldn't they continuously improve employee training and system management, or, if they can't do it properly, close the auto center altogether? I strongly recommend against going to the Auburn Walmart.

Sylvia was wonderful! She was working at the dressing room counter and was so sweet and very fun to talk to while I waited for a dressing room, and even recommended and grabbed me some pants she thought I would like. She also told my boyfriend to congratulate his little brother for shooting well at his archery tournament, when my boyfriend told me about it standing there. 10/10 experience, Sylvia needs a raise!!!
