This location is the best!! The staff is so kind and helpful. It's always clean and fast service. I really appreciate the extra effort they put in to make sure you have a good experience like the microfiber towels and mints, etc. Love the unlimited wash especially with pollen season. Jacob made sure I had everything I needed as well which was nice :) all the staff so far has been awesome

Two days ago, my visit for washing a car and cleaning inside of car, your window cleaning solution damaged on surface of interior…. I had never ever problem to using that window cleaning solution to my interior parts before. I filed claim and need your response . Window cleaning spray must not dilute enough since it damaged interior surface or mixed other chemicals to causing it. Let me hear what causes this. Thanks!

My vehicle is always under trees which makes it very difficult for a car wash to get all the tree sap and such off. However, Q and the guys at Goo Goo made sure to scrub the car down extra well and it looks great. I’ll definitely be back.

First time at this location I was assisted by JD and a young lady who signed me up for a monthly subscription. Great customer service all around. I really enjoyed the cleaning stations. Happy I finally found somewhere to clean my long weather rug because it doesn’t go in those machines. I liked the idea of paper towels vs reusable towels to wipe down inside of car but left behind major lint so had to wipe down with my wipes. I wish there was a closer location in Opelika, downtown Opelika would be nice. I felt the vacuum works better than other car wash but also wish it had those whistleblowers to get the dust off of the dashboard, cupholders and vents. Overall I still give it a 5 because better than where I was going.

I was charged $22.00 every month without my consent, totaling $330.00, from October 2024 through December 2025. I only went to this car wash one single time in October 2024 and never returned after that, yet the monthly charges continued anyway. When I finally noticed the withdrawals from my account, I called the business to get it resolved. The employee told me I would have to come in person to fix the issue and then hung up on me before I could ask any questions. No explanation, no assistance, and no professionalism. Taking money from someone’s account for over a year when they never used the service, then refusing to help over the phone, is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. Please check your bank statements carefully if you’ve ever been here.

Cane in with red mud on tires and rims of my SUV. Prior to entering car wash, he sprayed all tires and rims. Came out clean as a whistle. Thank you so much!
