They had all sorts of phone chargers and I was able to buy one that suited my phone for a affordable price. No plug in chargers are a huge life saver when moisture attacks your charging port after a deep dive into the dooky drainer.

They never answer a phone and when they do can't ever be any semblance of considerate or helpful. I'm really tired of having to call seven times a day to be hung up on and dismissed. Don't ever shop at this Walmart.

Was in the store today. Was in the parking lot row 8 or 9 leaving around 1:50-2 pm. I walked up to my car the cart pusher had his machine on the other side of my car. I heard a big bang and then he was pushing the carts away from my car. I went to check. No scratch or dent so no big deal. My issue is the cart pusher goes “yo I didn’t hit your car calm down”. I never said anything to him, I checked as I have a right to do because it seemed like my car was hit. As I got in the car he continued to say rude and inappropriate things, he was walking away while doing this. I had my kids and wife with me, I wasn’t going to start a scene so I got in my car and left. I’ve called the store 7 times now and it just keeps going to a message saying they are too busy and to call back later. I wanted to address this with a manager and not through a review. Added note the man was on his phone while using the cart pushing machine. The way he spoke is no way to talk to a customer for checking if their car was hit after hearing a crash right next to their car and seeing a man operating the machine who’s watching Tik toks. Not being able to speak to an manager let alone an employee after 7 calls is wild. This store is not a good store. Management isn’t good and employees don’t care. I’m just glad my kids didn’t hear what he said and that my car wasn’t damaged. Be better Walmart!

I was disappointed with my service at the outdoors section. I went I to buy a hunting license and gave the young man my identification at which time he misspelled my last name and the only way to correct it was for me to call Virginia DMR and get them to make the correction. My question for walmart why is the customer fixing the employee's mistake it is costing me time from hunting and the expense of driving back and forth.

The worst WalMart around. Go to the one on WalMart road. This location is trash. Don’t even think about using the pickup service at the Garland Groh Wal-Mart. I have consistently had to wait 1/2 - 1 for my items. There’s one greeter/security lady who works inside on the grocery side who is great, but the rest of the store is a dysfunctional dystopian nightmare. Not even the self-checkout is a fluid experience.

I retired to buy a formula for my baby but the vase was closed and nobody showed up to open it. I asked the manager to find someone to go there with me to open the case, but he didn’t find anyone and didn’t give me any support. I had to go to another store. I never more will show up in this store. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life.

Loved it. The whole store has been rearranged inside; wider aisles and more selections. Great improvement! The exterior of store was recently painted. Landscaping done. Really gave store total upgrade!

Worst run Walmart I’ve ever been to. Management needs to step up its game. Why are all the self checkouts closed with long lines? There was one person in electrics, and all the products were locked. This made for a huge backup and wait time for anyone trying to purchase something in that department.

Stopped in after work for a few essentials. Walked past the lady sitting at the doors at first, mistook her for one of the many old homeless people that seem to hang around that store. She immediately became aggressive and accused me of stealing a jug of OJ because it wasn’t in a bag like the rest of my items and I did not have the receipt available for her to look at. It’s not like 3 employees didn’t just watch my full transaction at the self checkouts. Why would I waste a whole plastic bag on a jug with a handle? This Walmart is not only dirty and dark. The vibes are off, there’s a weird smell, they have un stocked product everywhere and the staff don’t seem to understand customer service. Will not be back to this location.

Mind blowing that you can go into a store when it opens and NOT A SINGLE register is open. NOT ONE! UNBELIEVABLE! How can you be "open" and not have any registers to check people out. That's literally THE ONLY JOB you have! I'll never go to this place again. I work in retail, and if we told customers that we didn't have any registers open AFTER THE STORE IS OPENED, my managers would lose their minds. Literally the most unprofessional place I've ever been to.

Larger of the two walmarts in town much more selection than the other. Long lines only a few self checkout. First time I've seen battery display in a plastic case with a lock on it. I don't want to have team down an attendant just to get some batteries. Cosmetic area has its own register where you're expected to pay for Beauty items there not at the regular checkout and this one register is hardly ever manned

I visited the bakery on 10/28/25 to pick up a pre-ordered cake and set of cupcakes. When I arrived, no part of my order was ready or made. Taylor listened to the issue, explained what happened, but I was still in need of the items I pre-ordered. She immediately began making the order and told me the entire order would be ready in less than 20 minutes. I then saw her begin to work on the order herself! Later, when I returned to get the completed order, part of the bill was comped. Taylor really turned a bad situation and potentially ruined event around. Super friendly, efficient, helpful, proactive are all words I would use to describe this young lady. What a wonderful experience. Based on my interactions with her alone I would 100% recommend ordering from this location again. Thanks Taylor for stepping up and turning things around!!

Grocery prices were great for canned goods and dry goods but the produce quality (December before Xmas) was not good at all. I was particularly pleased with the speed and courtesy of the cashiers at the checkout. The wait was very short on a day when the store was very busy. Overall I was very satisfied with this walmart location.

I’d give less than 1 star if I could.dynamic pricing, don’t bother calculating what you’d pay by the stickers because they will always be at least 20% higher by the time you get to the register. No this is not taxes, they add those too. It’s false advertising.

I’ve shopped at this location several times, and unfortunately, I’ve noticed a recurring issue with the attitude of some staff members….specifically the cashiers. During my most recent visit, the cashier assisting us had a noticeably unpleasant expression throughout the entire checkout process. I didn’t realize it right away, but when I went to place the bags in the cart at the end, the energy felt so off that it completely changed my mood. I didn’t say anything at the time, but I left feeling really uncomfortable. I don’t understand why someone would choose to work in a customer-facing role if they don’t want to engage with people respectfully. It’s disheartening, especially when I’m just trying to shop without causing any trouble. To feel like my presence is an inconvenience is really disappointing.

On Thursday morning, Dec 18, i had the nicest cashier. She was a young lady with long dark hair with white braids. She was so personable, had great little conversations with each customer(i was 3rd in line) yet kept the line moving. She made eye contact and SMILED! Very professional, efficient...and sweet. I hope she is appreciated. Merry Christmas, young lady!

Weekly delivery orders ensure we have everything we need! Walmart plus is definitely worth the price because I have completed deliveries for family in Georgia, Maryland, and South Carolina too.

Simone went above and beyond to help me out. Super nice young woman. 1st time at that store and I just need to check if a beauty item was in stock. She came over and checked the top shelf and found it for me. I looked at 2 different stores before going to Hagerstown. Thank you simone

Absolute trash store. Outrageous prices for plastic junk. Need essentials like toothpaste and deodorant? That's a separate shopping trip even though you're already in the store. They don't trust you with a five dollar deodorant, yet they have expensive items in electronics you can walk right up to. $13 work gloves, giant security tag. $15 socks, no tag. $7 clearance plastic wallet, locked in a box. Make it make sense! Security tags on most clothing items putting a nice hole in them. Want a hoodie? Cool. How much is it? Nobody knows, they ripped the price tags off. Sign lists four different styles and they're all different prices, but that one isn't listed. Got rid of self checkout, replaced it with one cashier. Then, even though you paid a cashier, they still think you're a thief. Do you not trust your own cashiers? WALMART IS NOT A MEMBERSHIP STORE. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SHOW YOUR RECEIPT. I say no when you ask, you say thank you and move on to harassing the next person who spent money with your store. That's how it works. No need to get yelled by a guy that has no clue what your own policies are. Why are we shopping at places that clearly don't respect us as customers? I'm done with this festering sinkhole of corporate greed and employees that do way too much for a company that would fire them for using one too many squares of great value one ply in the employee bathroom.
